Very happy with Companion. Took my kitty for a check up and they were extremely nice and seemed interested in my cat's health. Helped me with getting her on a diet to help her lose weight. Update: took same kitty back after 3 months and a different experience. After saying her teeth were fine to now she needs a cleaning and possible extractions. But kitty lost one pound on new diet.

When I first started taking my dog to them I was extremely happy with the service and team. I am not sure if there has been staff changes but the staff can be alittle rude sometimes. I am very disappointed that when my dog was having issues I called to see about them getting her in to prevent from going to the emergency vet. I was told by the receptionist that they were going to lunch in an hour so they wouldn't be able to see her and to go somewhere else.

I am upset with this because 1. I have in the past dropped my dog off and had her stay in their kennel area until they can examine her. 2. If they couldn't get her due to limited appointments/space I would be more understanding but to blame it on lunch and tell someone to take their animal who is sick to the emergency vet and offering no other guidance is a little disrespectful and really concerns me about the care they provide for the pets that come in.

I appreciate what you have done in the past but to know that if my dog needs care and is completely disregarded and lunch is used as an excuse makes me think that finding a vet closer to my home is a better choice and something I should've done when I moved.

We've been going to Companion since moving to Knoxville two and a half years ago, and our experience had always been wonderful. Three pets later (one dog and two cats), and Companion has been our go-to all the way.

This is the best vet ever! We moved from Idaho and had the same vet for 15 years so we were nervous to find a new one. From the moment I walked in with my dog, I was kindly greeted and sent to a room that my dog could run around. The assistant that came in to ask the questions was very sweet and was very thorough to find out what my dog needed having moved to the South.

When the vet came in, she was just as sweet and you could tell she had such a heart for animals. She answered any questions I had and also gave me prices on tests that I would like to have done but not on that exact day. I never felt like I was being pushed out of the room for the next patient and they made me feel right at home and really took time to care and love for my dog!

I have already recommended this vet to all my friends and neighbors and I am now bringing my second dog in next week to be looked at and have any shots needed for the South that we never had to do in Idaho. Thank you for being so caring and wonderful!

Don't think I'll ever take a pet anywhere else. They are caring and compassionate and are genuinely excited to see my pet every time we come in. The care feels methodical and focused, and their response to potential medical concerns is thoughtful, and manages to be neither alarmist nor dismissive. Can't recommend them enough.

They were very kind and calm around my dog who I recently adopted and isn't socialized well. They were so professional, yet friendly and explained things so well. He had an eye issue and they went above and beyond to help me be able to take care of my new baby. I was referred by a different vet who was backed up all month and I'm so grateful I was. I would recommend them to anyone, and we will definitely be back for yearly check ups or if goodness forbid something else happened.

It was our first visit here and it was a very pleasant experience. All the staff and the doctor were awesome! I would recommend them highly!

They are very polite and professional. My girl was having some complications due to a pregnancy and they handled it so well and took very good care of my Sophie! Also very reasonably priced. Being on a fixed income it was very nice knowing it wasn't going to hurt to bad money wise. 11/10 most definitely recommend!

I love Companion for the care of my babies! Everytime I need to make an appointment they are so accommodating for me and my two pups. They are honest and upfront and I love the fact that Dr. Caldwell always takes the time to go over the visit and answer any questions I have and I never feel rushed! They love my fur babies as if they were their own. We are so happy to have found such great care in TN!

Amazing staff! Amazing care! Got a same day appointment for my senior dog. The care, compassion and understanding of the staff was brilliant! Prices were reasonable. The doctor explained everything clearly and provided a care "report card" to take home. Can't speak highly enough about this practice! Bring your pets here!

We LOVE this vet! We would give them 10 stars if we could. We have been going for a little over a year now and they have been so helpful every time. One of our kitties has many health issues but they take such good care of him. Every time we show up- we feel so loved and welcome. The vet explains everything so well to you and they ask you before doing anything costly with your pet.

You are always sure of what you'll pay when you go. They keep you updated and really take such good care of our pets. If you're looking for a reliable, compassionate, and loving vet- this is your place!

These vets are the best in town. They treat my dogs like they are their own. I will not take my kids anywhere else.

They were simply amazing. We just moved from Illinois last month and I was nervous that we wouldn't find a vet for our fur babies that we would trust as much as our old vet, however they meet the task! Everyone was so friendly and kind. We did not seem rushed and all of our concerns and questions were addressed with kindness. We loved everything about Companion. A huge thank you to Dr. Caldwell and all of the staff.

Dr Caldwell and staff are absolutely amazing! They take such great care of my fur baby and have been able to treat his allergies when his last vet failed him. Since the lobby is restricted due to the plague, she will call and verify any treatment before proceeding. He has been sick a few times since we've started coming here, and every time he is able to be seen quickly, treated appropriately, and sent home much better. I truly appreciate this place and the care they give my precious boy!
