Brought our shitzu Layla to see Dr. Les Hatfield as she was having episodes of diarrhea. Her cause immediately diagnosed with recommendations given. He cares about his patients and doesn't recommend what's not needed. Great service at competitive prices delivered with caring attitude /superior service! Equally important Dr. Hatfield explains all, very knowledgeable and gave us written info about Laylas issues! They earned our biz!

We have been going to Moon Valley Animal Hospital and Dr. Hatfield since 1996. The entire team is exceptional. They are all incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and caring. Your family couldn't be in better hands!

This is a fantastic veterinarian office. We are treated like family and they call to check on our pets a few days after the appointment. Love them.

I am very happy at Moon Valley Animal Hospital. Dr Hatfield was very accommodating when I ask for a tour of their facility. I have been shopping for a veterinarian since I moved to Phoenix two years ago. Finally I can feel confident that my pets will be cared for, that I won't be overcharged, and that I will be remembered. Dr Hatfield has both personality and wisdom. This practice is successful for a reason. It's privately owned and it shows. It makes a difference when you have skin in the game.

I have not had any trouble making an appt for checkups, nail trims, and emergency appointments. Recently, my elderly husky was diagnosed with Glacoma. Moon Valley Animal Hospital helped me get an appointment with an animal eye specialist and get the best care for my pup. It helped save her life and one of her eyes. Their prices are competitive, and their care is top-notch.

Bought a home within walking distance of this place, I have 3 dogs, cat and 3 birds, convenient you would think and great client for future business. Negative, ,,, called in today only to get a receptionist to say they're not taking any more new pets. Bummer

We've taken our dog a few times and thought the place and staff seemed good. Today we brought our dog in to have a few things checked out. She had a tick bite that they were asked to look at and no one did. She had a scab on her ear and when they brought her back (they take your pet back in a separate room- that's another story), she was bleeding from her ear.

She was flipping her head all over and got blood everywhere. My husband had to come home and change his clothes and wash our dog because of all the blood. Maybe the wound on her ear just opened up but the problem was that no one seemed to care or be concerned about her bleeding everywhere. She was terrified to go in, was panting and shaking when they brought her back in.

And this is a very happy, social dog. We've literally only seen her this scared once when she was sick. The nice receptionist brought her water and stuff for her ear- not the helper or Dr. We will NOT be visiting them and as a new rule of thumb, we will not be letting our animals get examined when we aren't in the room and don't know what they're doing.

Staff was so sweet, gentle and patient with my dog. You can tell they love their patients and their job! My dog is terrified of the vet but through the help of these amazing people he did great! Will be coming here when the need for a vet arises! Would love if they did grooming!

Nothing flashy, but great staff and fair enough pricing. They handled my dog well and were willing to take the necessary time to actually answer my questions. Love them for that! Would like to see more modern amenities and building though, feels like going back to 1988.

I have been going to MVAH for over 12 years now and am still very satisfied with their professionalism, humor and true dedication to pet health. I moved from the north side to downtown Phoenix and I still drive all the way up there for doggie appointments. Doctor Lisa, Amy and the entire staff are awesome! No matter the issue, they've ALWAYS made accommodations to get my dogs in for appointments. No matter where you are in the metro Phoenix area, they're definitely worth the drive!

I love this place and I'm glad I found it. I take my two Goldendoodles here and her and the supportive staff are great. Always friendly. She takes time with you when she comes in and doesn't just concentrate on what specifically you came in for but also gives the animals an all around check as well. She's informative and affordable!

I wish I can no star rate this. But anyway My puppy recently died, so I payed $232.79 to get her cremated and back in an urn. Three weeks later, I still don't have her urn, I called and asked what the problem was, turned out they messed up what was suppose to happen with her. She got cremated with the rest of the other dogs that weren't going in an urn. Im really heart broken that I won't be getting her back :/

Nolan Doodles and I are very big fans of Dr. Lisa! Moon Valley Animal Hospital is a great place- very clean, always on time, and sends great reminders! Each visit, Nolan looks forward to seeing his friend, Dr. Lisa, who just showers him with love while taking care of him. The entire staff is so friendly, kind, and professional, and I feel very comfortable trusting them with Nolan.

I took our dog there last month and he had to get put to sleep. Not only were they kind and gentle with us and our dog, today I received a plaster paw print with his name in it from them. I have never had this kind of compassion from any vet that I have gone to in the past and this is the only place our animals will go from now on.

My family has been taking our pets to Moon Valley Animal Hospital for years. The staff is all very friendly and understanding. They are thorough and are great at giving information, to help you make the most informed decisions for your pet.

We travel all the way across the valley so that our pets get the best care possible. The best part is they do not pad the bill with services that are not needed.

We were referred to MVAH and Dr. Lisa close to 25 years ago. Our dogs are a high-risk breed, with multitude of health issues. We have taken all eight of our dogs, as well as my grown sons take their dogs to them. They are highly professional, and have saved some critically ill dogs for us. They have also held our hands while our best friends have left us. their concern and compassion is invaluable. Dr. Lisa, Dr. Les, Amy, and the rest of their staff are outstanding. I highly recommend them, and would never trust anyone else with their care.

Without a doubt, best vet I've ever been to! The prices are low to average and the entire staff cares! The office/examine rooms are always kept clean and welcoming. Right off of 19th ave and Tbird you'll find this small "hole in the wall" office. I highly recommend this place for your canine/feline companion!

I really like this place - the staff are wonderful and the vets are kind. They are great with scheduling and I rarely have to wait. I have 3 dogs and they let me bring 2 for their exams, then drive home to get the 3rd and do all my billing at the end. I once had a dog emergency while I was home with a migraine. I don't know how I drove there (luckily it was close) but when I got there, the receptionist could tell I was in a bad way.

She took me and my dog into an exam room right away so I could lie down, and she did all the paperwork from there. The vet was also really cool with talking to me while I was lying down. :) And she was able to diagnose my dog's seizures. I've taken my dogs there for 3 years now.

This place killed my pet. The lack of knowledge at this place is mind numbing at best. This place nickle and dimes you to death. The best is when the vet told me that if the procedure wasn't done before she left for the day, that i would have to take my pet someplace else. Not to mention over 8 non returned phone calls. This place is more for getting your pets teeth cleaned or groomed than medical help. Al
