This was our first time at Greenbrier and I cannot say enough wonderful things. Dr Linze and her staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, punctual & helpful. Dr Linze answered any questions that we had & was able to run all of our tests while we were in office so we got the results back before we left. We recently switched vets to Greenbrier and we are so thankful we did!

My 17 year old cat hadn't eaten or drank in over 48 hours, so I took her to Greenbrier as soon as they opened yesterday morning. They had been her vet previously, but she hadn't been in awhile because of a prior visit that I felt was traumatic to her in trying to collect a blood and stool sample. When I told them that we felt this was an emergency and that she needed to be seen ASAP, they checked her records and told me they didn't have any room for her.
The front receptionist just plainly told me that we'd have to call other places. This is not how a "hospital" should operate. You should allow room in your schedule for emergencies. I was so upset and would never recommend this vet to anyone.

2/2022 Update: It seems things are getting back to normal. The doc's are great and really care about the animals. Straight forward with their thoughts in situations that are hard to chose what to do. These Vets will actually get on the floor at your pets level to meet and treat them. So glad we stuck it out! Since the ownership changed earlier this month it has been almost impossible to get through on the phone. Even with an appointment, plan to spend a little time there. Hopefully they will get things straightened out very soon.

I moved to Greenbrier back in March because I wanted a vet that would allow pet owners in the building. I had discovered a lump on my dog Layla and I did not want curbside service. Dr. Linze and her staff were caring, attentive, and Layla loved seeing them at every visit. Layla was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and Dr. Linze and the staff took amazing care of her every time I had to take her in. Layla passed on Sept 9th and the compassion and empathy Dr. Linze showed during that process made an incredibly heartbreaking day more bearable. I look forward to continuing to use Greenbrier for Echo's vet care for years to come. I would highly recommend Greenbrier Animal Hospital.

New owners have driven me away! Can't get an appointment and we had an appointment for a month and when my husband showed up they told him we didn't have one but insisted he be worked in. We miss you Dr Grimm. I have been a Greenbrier client for over 25 years! I accidentally picked them out of the phone book when I moved to Evansville. I can't say enough kind things about Dr Grimm and his staff.
I never had to wait to get my pets seen. If I called they would get me in that day or the next day. Of course there have been a few vets in and out over the years that weren't good but I just asked to see Dr Grimm and it was not an issue. The new owners have ruined the good name of what Dr Grimm spent his life building. I'll never find another place so good.
