Warm, caring team. Dr. Wendy is fantastic. Paws has been my veterinarian clinic for years.

Left messages and they never called back. But years ago took dog and was very happy with care she got.

Always great service. We take our three Italian Greyhounds and one cat for all their needs.

PAWS is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. I have only used their services since I moved to Mesa. Dr. Holst is an excellent Vet. She is kind and knowledgeable and she has fair rates. I can't recommend her highly enough - she is way more than 5 stars!

Just took Jack black to see Dr. Wendy after a 6 month hiatus. Jack has pneumonia again. Dr. Wendy & Karen took such loving care of Jack today. He's home & breathing much easier after decompressing & letting his stress subside. Thanks Dr. Wendy & Karen. My baby is now resting peacefully, no heavy breathing, hacking or gasping for air.

Super friendly staff. cozy little office, never a long wait.

Glad they could get us in with our Siberian Husky with diahrea, , but even with a fecal sample and blood work, they could not narrow down the nature of the problem. So $296 later we only can hope she gets better, and she did, but not because of anything provided by the Vet. A little disappointed!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Holst and the entire paws veterinary team. We have been going here for sometime with just about all of our fur babies. Our two Saint Bernards Hercules and Big Ben love the staff. We recently ran into a problem with Hercules and Dr. Holst And the entire crew did everything possible to make sure our big baby came home safe. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of them. I appreciate the fact that the doctor is upfront with her prices. No hidden fees and no surprises.

I have been bringing my animals to Dr. Holst for quite some time. I used to live in Mesa but now live in San Tan Valley. The long drive and waiting in traffic is worth it, because she is the BEST. After I leave each visit, I feel so much gratitude for having found a caring, practical, and knowledgeable veterinarian.

Some of my favorite people in this entire city! The only place my dog can go for routine shots or get thorns out from cactus (we are talking mouth, face, etc) and still every time I take him there he's happy to go inside and doesn't try running away like from a simple groomer! My animals love Dr. Wendy Holst and her staff. I've been going for 10 years and they have always taken care of me and my fur babies. It's the one place you can feel helpless and they make make you feel better, in the good, bad, and ugly. Halo's here please!

Dr is straight forward and explains procedurea/bills. Good staff. Closed weekends and Mondays.

Adopted a doggo from the pound and found this vet on the list of "complimentary wellness checks" list. Called and was put on hold for 5+ minutes, no apologies, but whatever. Told the receptionist our situation, "free well check for adopted doggos, she proceeded to count out ten days out on the calendar and said "we can see you on X, which was 11 days out. "so it won't be covered as a feee check up." Wow. money hungry much?!?

The Veterinarian was amazing. She doesn't try to price gouge you and her fees and prices are affordable. Her staff are very friendly and I highly recommend her for your pet.

Even though I've moved from Mesa I still travel to Paws for my pets vet needs. This home town local small business is in fact the most compassionate and caring vet I have ever been to. They care- that's what is important to me. We love Dr Holst and all the staff! I miss being able to go inside due to Covid- not because it's hot outside- but because I miss seeing them all! Can't wait to see you all soon! Would not trust anyone else with my pet needs!

Dr. Holst was the best! I have a cat that had been suffering from diarrhea and have taken it to different veterinarian who wanted to run almost a thousand dollars worth of tests on her all at once. Paws was recommended to me and so I made an appointment here. Dr. Holst examined our cat and saw nothing majorly wrong and suggested giving her anti-diarrheal medication first and then if that didn't work we would move to the next step.

She was extremely nice, explained things well and asked if we had any questions. We gave the medication to our cat and she is totally fine now. It's been almost four weeks. Thank you for solving the problem and not running unnecessary tests!

Took my dog Bentley in today for an exam and the staff were very nice and helpful, Dr Holst loved Bentley and was very gentle and patient with him. The facility is really cute and clean too. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Best veterinarian and vet tech staff! Dr. Holst is amazing and Ana, Diana, and Cindy and Jordie are all so friendly and helpful! Also a bonus that they are bilingual! I recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!

My cat hasn't been to the vet aside from when he was a kitten. He isn't declawed and is so scared of anything new that he pees when stressed. Today I took him in for a check up and to get shots before a long 17 hour drive to move to a new state. They gave him some medication to help ease his stress on the drive and were great with him. He sat still for the whole thing!

All the staff treated him like family and I never felt judged or as if I was asking a silly question Only thing I regret is not going sooner. Fair prices. Medication, check up, and some Mats removed for 150!

I came in today desperate, with a sick kitty. The staff was so understanding and professional. They took care of my boy and helped me out when I got hit with a bad situation at a tough time. My boy is healthy and taken care of. I wouldn't trust my Penny anywhere or at any other clinic. I've come here before with my other cats before for free checkups after I adopted them, and they were both taken care of quickly and professionally.

This vet, Dr. Holz is absolutely wonderful and very affordable. We met her when we brought home our first rescue dog and continued for more than 10 years even after the beloved dog was euthanized due to cancer. She is so knowledgeable and compassionate. I now live further away but she still answers my questions personally. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone without hesitation.

The techs and vet treated my puppies like their own. Made their first bet visit fun and mine stress free because no outrageous overpriced bill. Love this place

Dr Holst & her staff are amazing. Recently I had to put my little boy Todd down. They got me in right away, the staff was very compassionate. It was a horrible day for me, but worse for my over 14+ year old dog. May my little dog RIP, but I will still go back to her for any other vet needs for my other dog.

I love this place. The doctor and staff are always kind, humorous, and thoughtful. I've never felt overcharged or overwhelmed, which is easy when I want to do the best for my animals. For 30 years I went to another vet. I am a Paws devotee now.

Great Vet! My aunt recommended her to me probably 15 years ago (back when they were on Mesa Dr.) I have used her since. The staff has always been great! I will be bringing my new pup there this morning to get started on shots. I have all the confidence in this Vet to take care of my family's new little girl!

I brought my 2 weeks old puppy because he was restless, wasn't eating and he was getting dehydrated. Dr Holst told me just to keep him warm and feed him formula, she said it was normal for puppies to get sick and possibly die. I came home with my hopes crushed and the puppy died 2 hours later. My other puppies got sick too, and I was not going to pay the same vet to tell me is normal for puppies to die, so I took them somewhere else and it turned out my female had mastitis and so did the puppies. Seriously, you would assume that a vet with such experience will recognize these symptoms in a puppy and all she says is normal for puppies to die, are you kidding me? I'm never coming back there.

The staff at Paws is very kind and professional. I trust them with all of my fur babies and would recommend this office highly. I've never had trouble getting an appointment even in an urgent situation. They've always been able to fit us into the schedule. Pricing is also reasonable. The care given at Paws is top notch.

Did not like my experience with the vet at this clinic when I took my dog a year ago after I got him from the shelter! She assumed just because my dog was snappy and nervous that he had behavioral issues and was dangerous. Turns out she was sorely mistaken! After taking him to another Vet, who recommended blood tests, he was diagnosed with Valley Fever and the vet said that is why he was so nervous and seemed to have behavioral issues.

Wish Dr. Holst would've taken the time to see the whole picture instead of just passing judgement right away! It's also unfortunate that the low reviews don't pop up automatically for this place, people need to see all reviews to make a good decision about their pet's next Veterinarian.

I've been going to Paws for over 10 years. Everyone is wonderful! Dr. Wendy Holst is amazing. I'm the type to be skeptical of if I really need all the tests etc but I trust them 100% which really says a lot. They are very reasonable on their fees which is a major plus! I have never found a better vet. Great care, prices and very trustworthy makes this place the very best in my book. It is also very clean.
