This clinic cares so much about you and your pets. The clinical care the very talented team at Chappelle provide is always exceptional. I really like the nail trimming with each visit and I appreciate the time every staff member is willing to spend with me answering questions about my dog and their health.

Took two 8 week puppies in with severe diarrhea and a fecal sample. They outsource samples to another lab! Sent me home with a case (12 cans) of prescription food and a box of probiotics. When asked how much to feed them, I was told to go on Purina's website and look it up. As for the probiotics, the tech said to sprinkle "some" on the food. Nothing more specific than that. They said to feed the canned food for three days yet sold me a case. Not impressed with the quality of customer service or professionalism.

Visited on 1/12/22 for the first time. Had a cat that unfortunatly did not make it. The staff and vet were very sensitive about the matter and I don't think they could have handled it better. Their pricing was very fair and they did not insist on services that didn't seem necessary. Will use again and would recommend. Thank you for your care in our time of loss. D

I have been taking my animals here for the past 15 years. Dr. Suto is awesome! When any of my babies has had a procedure, from teeth cleaning to cancer removal, he has called to tell me what he found & what the continuing treatment was if needed or not. Very thankful for a great vets office, my fur babies are the most important to me!

I will NEVER take my dog here again. Before I get into why, I do want to make a point in saying that every visit we had up until today was positive and the actual doctors are great. However, one of the assistant vet techs has ruined that for good. We got out GSD neutered and he was anxious from the start, which is normal. He was resistant to the anesthesia and taking longer to set in than normal, so instead of waiting for it to kick in, one of the vet techs (Lea P) tried to get us to corner him and hold him down to insert the catheter while he was still conscious and panicking.
Our dog has gotten along with every employee in that hospital except for her. Keep in mind he's anxious, muzzled, afraid of where he's at, dislikes peoples faces in masks, and fighting off the effects of strong drugs while Lea showed zero sympathy or effort to make him more comfortable. She then decided to walk him to another room to finish the procedure and LAUGHED AT HIM while our dog was terrified of everything that's going on. VERY unprofessional.
Later she comes back out to offer her unsolicited opinion on how we should train him, to buy some blinders, and sedate him before his next visit so he is less reactive. Afterwards she vaguely gives us a timeframe for the procedure and should be done in 30-60min. We sat around for 3 hours. Thankfully the actual vet, Dr. Womack, was kind enough to talk with me about what happened and was very sincere.
We never saw Lea again as a different assistant brought us our dog back after I talked with Dr Womack. So many previous positive experiences have been ruined by a single employee and single traumatic event. We will now be finding a new vet.

This is probably one of the best veterinarian clinics I've been to ever. I move frequently and tried 2 other places since my arrival in FOCO. I honestly wanted to cry tears of joy after my visit. They were so great with my dog. They were patient with all my questions. I'm so happy someone recommended them to us. Dr. Suto and Courtney thank you for the compassionate and thorough service!

I'm so grateful for all that Chappelle Clinic has done for me and my boys. The folks here are kind and caring which goes a long way when regarding your animals. Visits are always tough, but I feel comfortable and confident when I come to Chappelle's. They do still work the car service options for those whom feel more safe and secure, and they also allow you to come in with your pet[masked] -I've taken both my boys here for different reasons and the outcome has been great.!
I've gotten all I needed both ventures and the techs and doctors were very focused on making sure all information is shared and no questions are left unanswered. I'd def recommend.!

Have taken my cats here for years and all the Vets are wonderful as well as all the other staff! I had an emergency with one of my senior cats and they were able to get him in right away. Once he was worked up, they advised me to take him to CSU Vet Teaching Hospital as his symptoms and probable diagnoses were out of their scope. If Dr Suto hadn't referred him, he probably wouldn't have made it. They sent all his work up info and called ahead and that was the best thing they could've done to help save his life that day!

What happened to Chappelle? The Vet that I have used and trusted since 1996 is no longer there. It has been replaced with incompetent, rude and cruel persons void of Integrity, namely Sophie Nelson and her assistant. I have suffered the loss of the most innocent and sweetest living thing that I have ever known. And due to the misdiagnoses done by Sophie, my little Sweet Pea suffered the most painful, tormenting and prolonged death I have ever seen and witnessed in my entire life.
And to make matters worse, Sophie has refused to return any of my phone calls and has refused to speak to me in person. WHY? In conclusion I'm guessing the gene pool for kind, caring, competent, and professional animal health care has been depleted (concerning Chappelle Small Animal Hospital), and been replaced with hideous persons such as Chappelle has now employed. Same on you Chappelle. I'll never be back. You cannot be trusted!

I don't even know where to begin. My dog Coconut previously had cancer, and long story short, her cancer came back and her health began to decline rapidly. Chapelle did everything they could for Coconut and were so compassionate. When Coconut passed, they made the process as gentle and easy as could be for something so heartbreaking. The vet did a phenomenal job of comforting me and walking through the process.
She even teared up a bit herself, making me believe that job never gets easier! There was even the most lovely quilt my dog got to snuggle in for her last breaths. I then received a flower delivery and a paw print with Coconut's ashes - both pink to match the pink dyed ears Coconut had! It was beyond thoughtful and compassionate. I am so grateful I had the staff at Chapelle to help me through everything with my dog and will always recommend them and take my future fur babies there too :
