Dr. Winning goes the extra mile to make sure our pets have top notch care! She is so knowledgeable about any questions I ask and is so careful explaining them to me making sure I understand everything. Her staff is so friendly and professional! We have two dogs with health issues that other clinics were unable to diagnose. We are so thankful for Dr. Winning and her staff! I just don't know what we would have done without them.

Professionalism is poor. You don't get to see the same vet, they upsell without letting you know the price, including a second wellness charge for a follow-up visit ($60 for less than a 5 minute visit). The worst service I've had at any vet clinic in all places I've lived is their checkout procedure. They make you wait 20-30 minutes to checkout after your visit is over and then the final checkout is incorrect. Apparently, only the clinic time matters and not the client's time.

Vets are really good at what they do so I wish we could have made this work. The staff that work the front desk have been repeatedly rude both when I am in and when I call. When I ask questions it comes off as they are very annoyed. I get that they might get similar questions on repeat but if I am asking I don't know. The feedback I get from them are very annoyed, curt, and refusal to look into concerns I have.

I have said on three different occasions I need to give them another chance due to loving the vets. After having it happen again after asking questions about how their policy works for getting a dog in for an appt due to health concerns and the individual who I was speaking to was very rude and sounded annoyed with my questions. It wasn't until after I had said I am not trying to annoy you so sorry if I am bothering you but I genuinely don't know how this process works that her tone finally softened. I won't be back but hopefully this review helps address customer service approaches.

The first time I went there I went to get my dogs shots. I scheduled all 3 of my dogs and they gave them the wrong shots! Very grateful my dogs didn't get sick because of them! That should have been my first warning! I decided to schedule an appointment months later for my rat, and I had accidentally missed it, when I called to reschedule, they said I'm never allowed to return.

Because of a policy nobody ever explained to me. Then they hung up on me! While I was trying to explain that I had only been there the once before. Do not recommend. Very rude, very bad service.

Don't count on getting copies of your records. My roommate had been taking his dog to this establishment for two plus years. Then moved across the country to live with me and they continue to refuse to provide a copy of the records. Which will no doubt end in loss of housing and the dog never being up to date on vaccinations. Pretty terrible for a place that's supposed to care about the health of animals.

Brought my kitten in today for his first vet visit and I couldn't be happier with how it went. The prices are good, the staff is super friendly, and they were more than willing to help answer any questions I had! Reggie and I say thanks!

Thank you Tyler and Dr Haroldson for taking such good care of my pet and me today. They did such an amazing job for my pets initial appointment. They were very patient with my dog to establish trust throughout the appointment. They were very thorough with the information they provided me and educating me on so many great things. Im so glad that I established care through them. Tyler also did an amazing job on my dogs nails. 10/10 experience! Also their prices are very reasonable.

I'm telling my dog to get behind me line: I want Dr. Kaufman as my MD! Dr. Kaufman is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Our dog has had several seizures, and he has given us information and comfort. Staff is friendly and reliable as well.

Dr. Kaufman is very good at what he does! Hes very knowledgeable in his practice and makes sure he does his best to help your fur baby. I haven't had as much trust in another vet.

I went to Dr Kaufman here yesterday at Valley Veterinary. Anyone who knows me knows my dogs are my world. This is the first time that I have cried multiple times in any appointment, but it was from being happy and understood. I was explained reasons why things are the way they are, medications, side effects, study clarifications and just genuine caring.... My dogs are very protective of me and I of them. This man broke every fear I had and my baby's... Dozer came in shaking like a leaf and scared like I was leaving him there like the other place. We were set in a room and he still was at my side not wanting anyone close to him, low growl and get away look.
He sat on the floor, talked to Dozer with the utmost respect and we ended up leaving there with huge smiles! Dozer came out of the exam room, happily went right up to a family with a puppy, got kisses and pets and was calm as a cucumber and happy, like normal. He put his front paws on the counter when I was paying and was a very happy comfortable amazing boy!

I love this place. As hard as it is to bring your pet somewhere, I know they are taking car of my little fluff muffins. They rememeber our critters by name and even call to see how they are doing after surgery. They send us home with all of the necessary equipment to properly care for a pet in need. In person, they seem just as obsessed with our pets as we are. They just seem to truly care about them and us. I will exclusively be bringing my current pets as well as my future pets as long as I am able to. Highly recommend!

Professional. They treated me like a person and my pets as if they were part of their own family. Gentle and caring. They explained everything clear and precise to where there were no questions from me. Awesome place with great people in the whole building. Thank you. This is Meeka and baby Keena.

I cannot say enough positive things about Valley Veterinary Hospital and Dr. Winning. Every staff member I encountered was sweet and polite. My 4 year old beagle has struggled with some aggression and behavioral issues for most of her life and the way that the staff treated myself and my dog brought me to tears! Dr. Winning was so kind and compassionate and was genuinely supportive and on my team about how to deal with my dog’s issues.

She knew exactly how to approach my dog and was calm and kind even when she got a little growly with her. I will be taking all of my animals here from now on and would recommend them to anyone!

Called to bring my kitten in for urgent care, was able to get an appointment same day (which I know isn't always possible). The staff was very loving, helpful and helped my Willard start to feel better. Even though I had to leave him there for further care, I felt like he was in good hands. I was called with an update and his care plan was explained well to me.
