Rolling Hills Veterinary Services, PC (RHVS) was established in July of 1998 by Tracy B. Whitaker, DVM. Dr. Whitaker is a 1990 graduate of Tuskegee University. Following his studies in veterinary school, he went on to the University of Tennessee and completed an internship in large animal medicine and surgery.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. Animals brought in on emergencies will be charged an emergency fee.

My experience with the veterinarian clinic was that my stepson and his 15-year-old girlfriend took a dog there for examination there was nothing wrong with the dog but said it may be worms and charged her for worm medicine that he didn't really know if he needed and a total bill for $80. No one that I know in my family would I recommend going to this place unprofessional

I had to get my husky her rabies shot because it had expired. I couldn't get a hold of other vets and the ones that answered were not helpful and kinda rude. My regular place is closed and my dog has a grooming appointment so I needed it asap. This business has very polite, respectful and helpful employees. I enjoyed the trip here and appreciated them a lot for their help.

Dr. Whitaker and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and will thoroughly explain what's going on with your pet along with taking the time to answer any questions that you may have. I won't take my cats to anyone else, unless it's a dire emergency. If you live in within a fifty mile radius, I highly recommend them. They're reasonably priced, too. Five stars!

I have been taking all fur babies to Dr. Whitaker for YEARS and he's absolutely wonderful! Professional, low turnover rate of employees and uses his common sense! After reading one Yelp review regarding a cocker spaniel, and after owning one, I agree with the doc that cocker spaniels in general just have nasty dispositions! They will turn on you in a second!
