Kittens generally use the bathroom anywhere from 3-4 times a day. If your kitten hasn't had a bowel movement or urinated within 24 hours you should schedule an appointment to see your veterinarian. For your convenience, our New Client Form is available for you to print in advance of your initial visit to Moyers Vet. We hope to see you soon and thank you for choosing.
We believe the best way to promote overall health is through preventative care. Regular checkups allow us to establish a baseline in your pet's health and make us aware of any changes that may indicate future problems. We highly recommend bringing your pet in for regular exams. Often times health problems that go undetected can become more serious issues when left untreated, so checkups are important even when your pet appears healthy. We are proud to provide Morristown, TN and surrounding communities with state-of-the-art veterinary surgical procedures. We believe in utilizing the highest level of medical technology, and our surgeons are experienced and highly trained. We also realize that it can be stressful to have your pet undergo surgery.
We are very proud of our laboratory. We are able to perform many diagnostic tests quickly and efficiently in it. We can do many simple tests but are also able to offer some more complex ones, too! We are able to run heartworm tests, leukemia and FIV tests, and full blood work for those who are interested in it.

My dog has rare issues and I wasn't sure where to go to find answers. So I gave Moyers a try. They ran every test they could and referred us to UT for further tests. We found some resolution and many more questions but continue to make progress with treating my very young but now vibrant and happy companion. I love my dog and want to do anything possible to comfort him through his issues.
I have found the doctors at Moyers are just as committed to my baby as I am and I am very grateful for their patience and appreciate the care they show to our family.
