The Vets Animal Hospital

We just moved to Windsor in July and just started care here. So far we've had nothing but positive experiences except my poor pup was just diagnosed with melanoma but I'm confident in Dr. Carson's care and that she and her staff are going to do everything they can to cure him. And Ashley is amazing with the animals, mine love her!

Super nice staff. Love that they know and expect their clients, even listing them on their daily board. Wendy with my friend to take her pets and have also picked up meds for their pet. Always a Positive experience.

Been with the Vet's for over 15 years with several dogs. They have always been great and provided us with top notch care.

This was the first time I took my Dog Bella to see Dr. Carson, a friend of mine, Carole Egger, recommended her to me. Because of Covid they were very thorough over the phone asking me the important questions about Bellas problems. When I got to her appointment, one of the Techs came out to the car and asked me more questions to be sure they understood what was going on.

A little later Dr. Carson came out and explained some things she thought they should do and about how long it would all take. I ran some errands and came back and again Dr. Carson came out and told me what they had done and that they wouldn't know anything for sure until the blood work was in. The next day Dr. Carson called with the results and told me some of my options.

We're going to try some meds for now and see how she does. Dr. Carson suggested some Dental work which I know she needs but I can't financially afford right now. I am very impressed with Dr. Carson and all the staff. We were treated with great care and I'm so happy to have found them and their compassionate clinic!

I rarely write reviews but the Vets deserve genuine love! Dr. Carson & her team saved my cat's life. They truly love your animals and care about the community. Dr. Carson brought me to tears many times from her love and generosity. Your pets will be in great loving hands and I cannot recommend the Vets Animal Hospital more!

The Vets is such a wonderful place. My dog has severe vet anxiety and the vet tech and vet sat on the floor with her and did everything they could to make her experience ok. They spent as much time as needed with her and I felt so comfortable asking questions. We even have puppy anxiety pills for next time. I am so grateful to have found a place that treats my dog as their own.

Our pup gets really nervous at any vet clinic or with meeting new people. Everyone here was extremely patient with him and let him get comfortable at his own pace. In no time he was wagging his tail and showing off all of his tricks for some treats. We will definitely be making this our permanent vet clinic!

My experience at the Vets Animal Hospital has been very positive. I have taken my dogs here for 20 yrs. Problems are diagnosed promptly and are addressed to ensure the best care. Everyone is super compassionate & the love for animals is very apparent.

The Vets Animal Hospital is my favorite! They always greet my corgis and myself by name, and are quick to offer suggestions over the phone and make a last minute appointment for emergencies. All of the vets and incredibly knowledgeable and explain things to me in a way I can understand, and the techs are phenomenal! It truly makes the task of taking my two pups to the vet much less of a chore when it is an enjoyable experience!

I owe them all such a huge thank you for getting us through some ups and downs after moving here with our middle aged girl Echo, and all the puppy unknowns with our newest fur baby Maple

The Vets staff take wonderful care of our dog and cats. They have such compassion for their clients, and really take the time to get to know the pets and owners. They have a small town clinic feel, but are very forward thinking in their care of animals. They truly provide quality and innovative care. Dr Carson, Dr Schwartz-David, Rosa, Nicole, Casey, Sondra, and anyone else we are forgetting ROCK!
