We are continuing curbside service- pets will be treated in the hospital while you wait outside. Communication will be over the phone. Call us when you arrive for your appointment, and you will be given directions on how to hand off your pet at the door for their appointment. Take advantage of our drive-thru window for food and medication pick up and sample drop off.Please be patient with hold times and appointments-we are doing our best to keep up with the increased demand for appointments. Use the Pet Pro Connect app for prescription refills or non-urgent matters to minimize phone hold times.

Here at Cherry Hill Animal Clinic, we always welcome new clients and patients to our full service veterinary practice in Westland. We know you will be very happy with our services. Our veterinarians and staff are devoted to staying on top of the latest diagnostics, treatments, and wellness programs to maintain your pet's optimal health.
As a new client of our Animal Clinic in Westland, you can expect our full attention to your pets' needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we'll usher you into an examination room after checking in your pet. In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.
We are very excited to offer our patients therapeutic LASER treatments to both cats and dogs. This is a non-invasive therapy which involves shining a LASER light beam on affected areas to reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation. In certain situations, it can also promote wound healing and is safe to use in pets with kidney or liver dysfunction. I visited this office for the first time today with my high-anxiety pup, Ollie. Vet visits are a difficult experience for the both of us, so I felt the need to leave a review about our experience today. Every single staff member that we encountered was incredible; the doctor, assistants, and receptionists are so kind and understanding. We were here for a routine check-up, blood work, and vaccinations.
The staff initially tried to remove Ollie from the room in hope that he would be in a less protective state away from me. I could hear the staff outside the door reassuring Ollie that he was okay even though he immediately began to panic upon losing sight of me. They brought him back in the room and continued with bloodwork/vaccinations while I held him in my arms, and this truly aided in the process.
I was nearing tears over how stressful this situation was and how uncooperative he was. They continually reassured me that I am not the only person with an anxious animal and that he was doing his best in a high-stress situation. I cannot thank this team enough for minimizing the embarrassment I felt and taking the time to make my dog and I feel welcome and comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic and their wonderful staff for any of your vet-care needs.

Our primary vet has since retired and it has been really hard to find a clinic that will accept new patients during COVID. My Nova had a sore on her toe pad and she was now limping. They were able to squeeze her in same day and provided compassionate care, we're very informative in how to proceed moving forward and we're incredibly nice. Very happy with their services they provided for my fur baby. Will be returning with her and our other fur babies.

This review is in regards to its new ownership. Not competent Upsell services pushed They didn't review old records to see that my pet had a chronic disease his whole life before wanting to discuss this issue he may have. He's been with this clinic his whole life. Did not update Petpro Connect appropriately. Vets do not rotate so the hours are very limited and non conducive, and not related to the crisis with covid. Our way or the highway. Unwilling to work/discuss care even with owners that are in the medical field. God bless the service the others are getting.
