Our Veterinary Hospital in Wayne County is pleased to provide a wide variety of veterinary services for your animals! It is our desire to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care to our patients and offer the best possible service to our client. You can help keep your ferret healthy by bringing him or her in for an exam once a year. This place is not a bad choice But considering they do not allow you to split up payments is very frustrating. Not everyone has $700 to pay upfront and they should really allow people to pay over time. Care credit is an option but i do not want another credit card just so I can pay my pets bills. I also was told a bigger amount of money to pay once I arrived at the clinic. This place is WAY too expensive, be ready to pay! It's ridiculous.

Dr tried to convince us that our dog had cancer and we should get blood work done ($200) a biopsy (who knows how much) and also put him on a serotonin blocker to stop licking his body paws. We paid for none of it and left, and I then googled natural remedies and guess what?! It's already healing. Will NEVER go back here. All they want is your money, and they don't care what they do to your dog to get it

I told them I didn't want my dogs nails cut and they did it anyway for 25 DOLLARS!?!? What the hell? Am I paying for my dog to get a mani pedi? The vet on the phone basically shamed my dog for being nervous and peeing and the staff are rude 75% of the time I've been there. I've been charged twice for things they didn't clear with me first. I won't say they can't help your dog because yes my dog came back good to go but I wouldn't recommended this place to anyone especially if you want to keep your money in your pocket.

Our appointment was at 3:30 we arrived at 3 it was close to 4:16 before we got called to the back once we got called to the back we waited probably 15 minutes for the doctor to come in she said that she was going out to get the medicine after she done the exam and come back and we sat in there another 45 minutes waiting for her. I finally had to go to receptionist desk and remind them that we were still in there waiting on doctor. they are very expensive we were in there over 2 hours

Wayne Veterinary Hospital was the ONLY vet that was compassionate enough to see my deathly ill cat on an emergency basis even though she was not their patient. Her regular vet said they were too busy, even though she had been their patient for years. The Vet was so kind and knowledgeable. The entire staff was wonderful and I will be transferring to them.

I do not recommend this vet of you want to keep your animals alive. I had two healthy happy dogs that I had board over the weekend. After getting them home one becomes severely ill, she was only home 8 days before she died from parvo and now our other dog has just tested positive for it. We do not take our dogs anywhere except for them to board that weekend and one time before.
And instead of them being sympathetic about it all they do is blame the owner for what they should have done differently, and the only thing I should have done different is to never bring my dogs there. The vets there only care about how much money comes out of your pocket and not about the best interest of the animals. I'll make sure y'all remember who NINA is!

The 2 receptionists I've interacted with who answer the phones are very sweet. They'll go out of their way to clarify or ask the Vet questions before you go in. Stay in your car and call to check in or go in to check in. They squeezed me and my kitty in and I still didn't wait too long. The vet assisted spends a few minutes and is nice and concerned.
And Dr. George The Younger has been so great for me and Gray Boy. Hes patient, explains what's going on and while we did get antibiotics, flea stuff and earlobe mess, he did prescribe an old school, warm washcloth compress on his cheeks several times a day. When he allows himself to relax, he enjoys it. Closes his eyes and. His head gets heavy. Hes doing good. Thanks guys. See you next week around the 10.

This business killed my 15 month old German shepherd service dog. It was dr. Wagner did the spray wrong. I took her back to them 4 times and they didn't even check for infection until it was too late. Her surgery scar was about 6 to 8 inches long. 500 was paid for the dog. And 120 for shipping to get her here. Her name was Kellie. I would not take any animal to this place. Very unprofessional.

I use this place for my border collie, who is coming up on 7 years old. The staff always seems to be nice and friendly even when you can tell they're overwhelmed. I would give 5 stars but they are pricey. I choose this place because of how close and how reliable they are. I even use their boarding services and again it's pricey but they are reliable.
