I have a german shepherd that has a LOT of anxiety so going to the vet can be really hard for him. i took him here about 3 months ago to be neutered and they let me stay with him until his medicine kicked in to help keep him calm. they were extremely understanding of his anxiety and did their best to make him comfortable. trust me, i know my dog is a pain, and he's probably every vets worst nightmare, but it was nice to see anyone else be so patient with him! later i found a stray cat who was beaten up pretty bad & covered in cuts. i had to take him to a different vet (i don't remember why) but after that visit my cat would not stop scratching a cut on the back of his neck. i wasn't sure what to do so i started calling different vets to get him in, unfortunately none of them could fit him in. when i called here they asked me to send a picture of his cut and told me all i had to do was cover it up. very simple & obvious solution i know but they saved me at least $60 on a vet visit. the staff is very kind & they obviously care about all of the animals that come here. they're also the most affordable vet i've ever taken my animals to.

This was my first time taking our dog to Pony Express, and they were absolutely amazing. They're all extremely friendly and patient, especially with our anxious pup. Our dog has heartworm, and they were super informative and explained everything in detail regarding the procedure and cost. Not to mention they're affordable. So glad my dad recommended them to us!
