Wonderful staff! Everyone is SO nice and friendly. I've seen both vets and they're both fantastic. Everyone puts you at ease and you can tell that they love their jobs. They've got a client for life in me.

Staff very caring and thorough. They have a way of making your pet be calm.

I never went here before, but my Dr Ellis moved here and she is a total life saver. She saved many of my kitties lives. Her presence at this clinic speaks volumes for their integrity in my book.

Dr. Faulks & her staff is absolutely wonderful people Would never take our Pitties anywhere else! They never judge or treat us or our fur babies any different. Always kinda, loving, educational, & price is always reasonable as well! I couldn't be more greatful to know when our babies are coming for a visit at SHAH they'll be taken great care of! The lady that answers the phone needs to get off her high horse. Learn to properly answer the phone honey. Not excepting new patients. Sure. Then telling me to go else where. Well your right I will. I'll never give my money to unprofessional people like this place. I'm already stressed over my cat. I've been in businesses for many years. If one of my employees treated someone like she did.

I'd fire her. If she doesn't like her job, maybe she should get another. Thanks for ruining my day. Thank goodness I found a more kinder place to care for my cat. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE FIND A PLACE THAT CARES AND TREAT YOU AND YOUR FUR KID LIKE FAMILY

Great care provided to our four footed friend! Dr. Fulks took her time.got a good history on an older cat.and explained treatment. Technicians were gentle and caring as well. Highly recommend! Thanks Dr. Fulks!

They truly have a love for animals and also go out of their way to make it affordable for those on a tight budget. Staff are kind, friendly and the lady at the front desk has an awesome sense of humor. You leave feeling like you belong to this group, like part of their family.

Our dog has been poorly socialized and is not what you would consider an easy patient. She greeted each person that came into the room with growling. However, the doctors that treated her were calm and patient. By the end of the appointment, she was allowing them to pet on her without much fear/anxiety. The atmosphere and attitude of the staff was excellent. Even while she was growling they commented on what a pretty girl she was and really gave her time to adjust to them.
