Services
Brandon Veterinary Clinic opened in March of 2008. We are located 1 mile west of Brandon High School on Hwy 18 and Star Rd. Our clinic is a full-service small animal veterinary practice that will exceed your expectations in veterinary care for your pet. Our goal is to keep your pet healthy, and both you and your pet happy with a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
Here you'll find everything you need about Brandon Veterinary Clinic and how we can help you. We have online forms for everything related to our Brandon veterinarian clinic, and information, including a virtual office tour and what to expect in your visit. The grieving process includes accepting the reality of your loss, accepting that the loss and accompanying feelings are painful, and adjusting to your new life that no longer includes your pet.How do I tell my family? Family members usually are already aware of a pet's problems.
We understand that time is a precious commodity. Just print 'em out and bring 'em with you when you come for your visit. Please include the name and information of your previous veterinarian so that we can request your pet's records. After reading, just check yes or no and sign. For pets age 6 and older, we recommend a couple of tests that screen for common but often undetected problems in older pets, such as liver or kidney failure.

Love dr Watson and he has always done his best for my dog. However dr Mann did not handle my dogs emergency issue well. The front desk staff was also very rude and needs to be taught how to talk to customers when facing a bad situation

Dr. Watson is very responsive, patient, and thorough. He really listens when a client tries to explain what's going on with their pet. I never feel as if I am being "yeah-yeah'd" through my explanation or going through symptoms. My first experience with a veterinary clinic who did not sedate my senior cat with ketamine just to groom him (a cat who isnt aggressive by nature).

Communication between client/doctor is quick and thorough. Each time I have taken my Moogly to the vet, he has returned to me just as calm as when I dropped him off. Dr. Watson will always have my business as long as I have fur babies, or as long as he's in the fur baby doctor business. The staff have always been super nice as well. Even during the thick of the pandemic last year, it was easy to drop off and pick up.

The doctor and his assistant were AWESOME! I had not one problem with the way my dogs were taken care of. The two ladies at the front desk were the problem. They were very rude. It wasn't the right way to greet their customers. I was actually a new customer, and I didn't feel welcomed with the attitude they were giving off. I was told to call and let them know when they could take my payment.

Instead of what I was told, they ran my card WITHOUT permission. When asked to cancel the transaction until I gave them permission to run my card, they told me they wouldn't cancel it. Very unprofessional swiping cards they had no permission in doing so. The front desk and the people working behind it are the face of the company. It needs to be worked on.

Yes, they are nice. However, after 5 visits, they still could not provide a correct dosage for my dog's medicine. We will be taking our business elsewhere, permanently. My wife picked up our dog 4 of the 5 visits and was charged over 100 dollars for each visit. When I picked the dog up, for the same tests being done, I was charged 60 dollars. If you have something simple, I am sure this place is adequate. If it requires multiple visits, prepare for them to drain the bank.

The staff is friendly and helpful every time I bring my dog for a checkup. Dr. Watson is also responsive to my questions, and I feel that they love my fur baby as much as I do. I've been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years and plan on continuing to be.

So glad we started going to this clinic. We had Banfield wellness plan for many years because we moved around a lot and it was just easier. But we decided to go local and so glad we did. The staff is great, clinic is nice and clean. They are fast and friendly as well. Love it and going to be making an appointment for our other dog soon!
