They got me in for an emergency to put down my poor rabbit that had been too sick. It was the end of the day so they Squeezed me in and took their time. Very caring and did the job right. Even sent me a nice card that had some very compassionate words. Thanks for helping me put my best friend to rest.

These people really cares about your fur baby! Always very friendly and explains everything so you know what to do to help your fur babies! Great place and peace of mind!

My first experience with Dr. Susan Gaffney and her staff were no disappointment. I know with Covid protocol and restrictions curbside service is an option. I went in hours before my appointment just to weigh one of my babies. Dr. Gaffney had the time to go ahead and examine my Ruby who had been sick for a couple of days. I was blown away at the care and professionalism. Best vetenary experience ever. They live up to their slogan; "We treat you and your pets like family ". Thanks to all the staff!

Honestly, the best veterinary experience I have ever had.& I've been around, caring for animals for quite some time. I have an extra large (170#) dog that is extremely fearful of going to the vet. He is not only anxious when there, but can also show signs of aggression. I have never before witnessed such professionalism as I did with the protocol here at this office.

The whole team knew just what to do and handled the entire visit flawlessly. I felt confident he was in the best care possible for the surgery he underwent. Dr Rachel not only took the time to answer all of my questions, but also gave me solid advice concerning some of the behavioral issues we've had lately. I was so happy to hear alternative options to medication!

I really have been to a number of vets over the years, (more than I could count on both hands) and from start to finish, this place is by far my favorite. I live an hour away from this vet and have many other options closer to home and truthfully, I would even drive 2 hours if I had to!

My eight month old Husky puppy sustained a serious eye injury. I'm from out of town and began calling every veterinarian nearest me without ever getting a human being. My caring neighbor suggested Angel Fire Hospital. She called, and they were able to see him right away. The staff there were fabulous! They were able to save the eye that I thought was a total loss.

They were also able to ease my anxiety. Dr. Gaffney consulted with canine optometrists and developed a post operative pharmological plan that was well explained to me. My pup and I were so well treated I would recommend their services to anyone. Best vetrinary care I have ever experienced in the 40 years I have had pets!

We had to have our little dog put down there. Everyone in the clinic was very compassionate.

Dr. Gaffney is an amazing vet, we won't go anywhere else. I am so so thankful we found her! Highly, highly recommended. Her skill and compassion is uncomparable.

We recently moved to New Mexico and had our muttly crew transported via professional dog transport. Our 7 dogs arrived severly dehydrated and quite unwell. Dr. Gaffney and staff jumped right in after hours and started care. Thankfully all 7 survived. I will always be truly thankful for the care my dogs received and the compassion from the entire staff.

We have been amazed with this clinic. The staff is extremely friendly, caring, responsive. We wish more businesses were like this one.

Dr. Gaffney and her team are the best. We are very lucky to have them in the valley. My sweet fur baby had a rough three weeks with abscessed teeth and mouth infection. Two teeth were pulled and a cleaning with antibiotics. While she was healing from that she then had an episode with Lyme disease, being lame, fever, and not eating for almost 4 days.

Another round of antibiotics and pain pills. I am happy to say as of yesterday she began eating and is now feeling so much better and returning to her sassy little self. I am so happy to have my fur baby back. Thank you Dr. Gaffney for your dedication and knowledge, I am so thankful.

We are full time RV ers with a 19.5 year old cat who has some age related health issues. I always look in advance for veterinarians with good ratings, when we are moving to a newlocation, and was impressed with what I read about Dr Gaffney. She didn't disappoint . She was caring and thorough, and spent time answering my questions and talking with me about my concerns, as we needed to juggle some medications. Can definitely recommend this practice!
