The check in procedures for aggressive animals could use adjustment and the parking lot could be bigger. My dog was the aggressive one and while they ushered me into a room with a door quickly, the layout does not promote safety. Furthermore, holding the leash tight probably only added to my dog's anxiety. Even on Trazadone my dog ended up being too aggressive to be seen since I have not done muzzle training with him.

I take both of my dogs here and I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. I know that they will be well taken care of, and loved just as much as I love them. The people that work there are caring, friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and welcoming. The dogs are well taken care of. I would and do highly recommend them! For all your pets needs!
