Dr Nelson is the best exotic vet in practice. I have been taking my Guinea pigs to her for the past 5 years. She is very knowledgeable and great with my Guinea pigs. She can handle any situation that comes up, from teeth issues, URI, Abscesses, even hay pokes in their eyes. I have 6 Guinea pigs and she keeps them healthy and happy.

My first visit to Fox Creek was an emergency visit with my kitten. The Dr. quickly assessed the situation and recommended a treatment plan. The Vet Tech, was also very professional and personable. I was thankful to get him in on short notice, get him treated, and on the road to recovery. Their care and concern for my cat was top notch. There were no unnecessary testing or extra fees. The fees for emergency care were reasonable. They also communicated everything they were thinking and planned on doing in a way I understood. They made the experience very personable as they even called the next day to check on my kitten and sent a card in the mail. I drove over 25 minutes to get this location and I would do it again. I would highly recommend their services!

I have used them years. With many different kind of animals. Always kind helpful curious. And will treat any animal they handle like their own!

The facilities are nice but unfortunately the prices are double or more what others are charging in the area for many basic services. Combined that with the high pressure sales techniques makes it uncomfortable and expensive place to have my animals seen.

UPDATE and WARNING: because I left a review they decided to withhold my dogs medicine from us (she has a disease that turns fatal if she doesn't have her medicine ASAP) so basically they are okay with my dog dying because I didn't want to use them as a vet. Luckily our new vet had it instantly half the cost! Shows what kind of people they are. Ill make sure to bash yall on every platform and get the word out.

When my dog was first diagnosed they told me to just put her down that shes useless but after we coughed up enough cash they did treatments and what do you know it helped. You've been warned these people are super scummy and I can only imagine how they treat their own children. Yikes. Original: place just wants money. wanted to charge me over 100 just to come pick my medicine up which I also had to pay 100 just for the medicine.

Staff is extremely rude and treats you weird all of the time. This place doesn't seem to know anything about complex diseases in dogs. So glad I found a much better knowledgeable and reasonable place to take my dog. If you want your dog treated like a dollar bill and not an animal then this is your place!

I've only been there once but my first impression was positive. I liked them. Beautiful building, clean. They do titter testing too, if you prefer that to blindly vaccinating I was impressed.

We came to get our dog's limp checked out. Upon walking into the building, it was quiet, relaxing, and had a beautiful atmosphere, which made us feel right at home. The vet and assistants were all very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. They did not recommend unnecessary x-rays, proving they were not just out for money like other places I've been to, and in the end the bill was very reasonable.

I was so happy with the care they provided and felt they really took the time to listen to all we had to say, answer our questions, and thoroughly explain what was going on. We left very satisfied. Thank you Fox Creek team!

It was a very sad and heartbreaking day. My dad had to make a life changing decision. He found Fox Creek and was truly blessed by the team there. Thank you all for your kindness and making my dad feel like he was not just another dollar and making Chole feel comfortable with your special treats. God bless all of you.

My sister, mom and I had to put down our family cat today last minute and every single one of the staff members was so kind, helpful and understanding. They made the process easy for us and I can't thank them enough. The facility was also clean and very nice.

I had an emergency with my cat. No vet office in Washington could see us( apparently you have to schedule your emergencies in Washington). Anyway one suggested this vet clinic. They are open until 8pm on Saturday ( maybe every day), they took my info told me basic pricing up front and most importantly got me in! Luckily everything was ok but I cannot say enough about this staff!

From when we walked in the door, they were friendly, caring and competent. All the tests they needed to run were explained and pricing given up front! Amazing! In the end it was a third of what I expected to pay based on internet estimates! I highly recommend them and will be going there from now on!

My dog fell very ill on a Sunday afternoon. Fox Creek was open and was kind enough to get him in right away. He was seen immediately upon arrival. Dr. Nelson and staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and gave top notch service. Since we were impressed by their bedside manner so much, we decided we will be switching over to their practice in the near future. Again, thank you so for being there for us, and for our pup.

We transported a rescue kitten and the employees are amazing and so friendly. And I got word they are going to try and save the baby kitties eye. Highly recommend
