They need to solve their invoicing practices. To charge extra for using a cc should be communicated BEFORE we set an appointment and certainly before it is time to pay. To have an invoice reflect on charge and be charged something else, more, is deceptive at best. it is certainly unethical. Had we know upfront, we could have chosen somewhere else to serve us, or decided the extra charge was sufficient.

To be handed a cc slip to sign and then realize after the transaction is complete that the charged amount and the invoiced amount is different is unacceptable. It is poor communication at its best and stealing at its worst. Get this solved. We will not go back due to this and very slow service.

Our chihuahua Tinker is our child. Yes we are those people I say this so you will understand just how pleased we are with Companion Animal Hospital. They take really great care of my baby Kaos and he is very high maintenance with his health issues. They have become like family do the fact that I have so many animals and the staff are amazing. Melinda goes above and beyond to make sure that you feel heard and any issue is handled with the upmost respect and you are satisfied and happy. It's very expensive to care for as many as we have and I admit that I struggle giving them the proper care they need due to the fact I can't afford it but when you have 5 dogs and 8 cats ( which happed totally by accident) it's very difficult to come up the money to get them all spay/neutered, plus all the vaccinations and not to mention the flea and tick collars.

Even though Companion Animal Hospital is a tad bit on the costly side I stay with them because of Melinda and the other staff that have become like family to me and my pets. So thank you guys for always doing a great job and helping me keep

I had to bring my kitty in for an urgent appointment today because he wasn't feeling well. They got me in almost immediately. They were kind hearted, friendly, understanding, and much more. Thank you guys so much for taking care of scooter! Will definitely be back. 5/5 stars

This veterinary practice is awesome. The whole staff are conpassionate and competent. Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and I trust her to take care of my pet. I drive 30 miles to the practice because they are that good!

I have never seen a vet care less about the animals and all about money. I had a very bad experience dealing with this company and would not suggest it to anyone.

Companion Animal Hospital is most caring and concerned vet care we have ever gotten in Lewisburg. They genuinely care about your animals health and wellbeing. They take time to get to know you and your pet. They are also the cheapest by far! The kind of care they give is truly hard to find!

Companion Animal Hospital is the best animal hospital I've ever seen. Everyone on staff is kind, caring, and dedicated. They have always taken excellent care of our pets, both for routine and emergency services. I am very fortunate to have them so close.

I am extremely picky when it cones to care for my animals. But these folks made me feel like family. My animals do not have health problems other than the regular check up but the service i received today was far from OUTSTANDING. These people helped someone who never really gets a break. These people gave me one when me and my son needed one. Thank you. You have earned a life long client for sure!

Companion Animal Hospital showed compassion and provided professional care while caring for my 15 year old dog that was in need of an amputation. They were always accommodating when she needed to be seen urgently on multiple occasions. I am very pleased with her care and would recommend them to anyone who has pets. Thanks for everything! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Low down sack of people, took my puppy n took my money to fix him! I would not recommend them to anyone! They are outrages on price n Low down as hell! They lie to you n act like you lie to them! At least Im Honest!

Suppose it's ok but we didn't have good experience with them. Long wait very pricey to say the least and told we needed to talk to the Vet but kept getting messages back and forth from head tech will at the office. Vet was busy playing with a baby child. We found a very caring pet friendly vet same town. We've lived all over the world and this place was expensive even compared to Washington DC

I just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH to the girls here for getting us in so quickly this morning! I had such great experience from the moment I called til the time they were bringing Jersey back to the car. I definitely highly recommend this facility! It takes a team to give quality service and care . Again thank all of you guys!

Dr. Story and his staff are awesome! They've always taken care of our pets. We're now fostering (to adopt) 2 senior Jack Russell terriers and we know we can count on Dr. Story to do his best for any fur baby we bring in to him.
