So awesome! I was so worried for our new rescue dog because she's so timid. Everyone was so kind and helpful! She was very comfortable there!

This has been my go to vet for 20 years, & now. He has lost his compation to greed. I took my sick fur baby into him to find out why he stopped eating. The exam alone was 20 minuts & costed me $92. On top of that, he wanted another $260 for lab work to be done, but that's not the topper, the icing ontop of it was when I asked what kinda payment plan I could do with him n he said he wasn't a charity case.

That their is financing for people to apply for, gave me a few of them options. But would not except private payments. So, the care for my sick kitty ended right their. This vet is no longer in it because he cares for. He is only into it for the money. and if you not wealthy enough, then he's to good to care for yourf ur ur fur baby.

The weekend.our dog was suffering with pain but our regular vet was not available. We called this place since it advertised emergency services. Dr. Nitschelm was the most compassionate Dr I've ever dealt with as we had to deal with euthanization of our beloved little girl. Most highly recommend his services.

The staff here are beyond caring and wonderful. My dogs don't freak out when needing to go see the vet now - not to mention that prices are extremely reasonable! Hands down, this is the best vet in central Oregon!

Awesome vet! Calm, open, goes slow when pets are scared or new to the environment. Explains things in great detail and honestly loves animals!

Kayla, the technician is so awesome! She's very loving and caring! She probably makes everyone feel like their animal is special but I truly believed her she loved my baby kitty! The doctor was great and explained everything, in detail and didn't rush me with all my questions. The receptionist is very friendly too! Love the staff and felt very safe and comfortable that my baby was in good hands!

I love this clinic. They have always been so caring and treated my pets as if they were their own. I especially love Karen. She called to check on my pup and is always caring and attentive! They have my business always. Thank you!

They were great with our dog. Gave us many different options to how we wanted to treat our dog instead of just assuming the worst and saying he needed an $800 surgery to remove a wart size cysit like Madras animal hospital did and did not argue with me about what breed my dog was.

Is Steve a great veterinarian? Absolutely! He's very knowledgeable, kind to the owners as well as the pets, and goes above and beyond in every situation. BUT what I love most about the clinic is the staff! They're amazing! Karen is one of the sweetest vet techs I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, I always love talking with Ariana on the phone, and Savanna is so good with every one of my fur babies. These are the kind of people that you know your pets will be safe with. If you're in the Madras area, take your pets here. You won't regret it!

Absolutely LOVE this Veterinary Clinic! Dr. Steve is compassionate, knowledgeable and very attentive. How often does your vet call and follow up with you in the evenings way after business hours. The gals that work in the office are kind, funny and helpful! If you need a veterinarian, don't go anywhere else. Kim Sprengel
