I really love the vets here and the walk-in-clinic hours they have make it easy to get your pet help when they need. Also, my little pup Zoe has a history of UTIs and they were the first vet to explain that this was likely due to a small defect. In addition, they give effective treatments and don't try to give you anything more than you need.

My experience was horrendous. The vet was so rude and belittled me for trying to soothe my dog's anxiety and I would've understood if he informed me politely, but instead he talked down to me and claimed I was encouraging her. Unfortunately, that wasn't even the worst of it. When he gave her the vaccinations, he muzzled her (understandable) and she was fighting really hard.
She was fighting like she was fighting for her life which she does not do with her regular vet. With her regular vet, she is very calm and lets him do his job, but with this vet, she was terrified. I tried to tell him that she would be more relaxed if she faced me and if I held her but he refused. She was so scared that she peed on the table which is something she has NEVER done in her life.
And he literally told me that I needed to smack her when she barks? Then he tried to tell me that because she barks she'll end up biting someone, and I tried to tell him that she doesn't bite and that she gets used to people pretty quick which she showed when she got used to the (nurse?) pretty quick, but he wouldn't listen and kept talking down on me.
And guess what. The moment my dog and I get in the car, she stopped freaking out. She didn't bark at any of the dogs or dog owners walking by. I don't know what the hell happened today, but that vet is a very bad man.

We've been here several times over the years from vaccinations to the dog thinking mouse traps are tasty treats to ingest. They are always friendly, personable, and above all, respectful and courteous that your pet is a member of your family. They took amazing care of our dog ernie and then called, promptly, to follow up and give us the results of his tests.
They have all those personal touches that you want and hope for in a vet. We will be back and also recommend this where you take your pets for regular appointments or a second opinion.

We got in quickly with our dog who was having a bit of an emergency. Everyone was professional and friendly and we got him the help he needed. We were educated about everything we need to do at home, about his medications, and when to follow up with the doctor to get stitches out, as well as what to do if there was a problem again. We felt prepared when we left the office to be able to care for him appropriately at home. I really appreciate how caring and knowledgeable the staff are.

The hospital was extremely busy but we, Sadie Kitty and I were treated like we were important and at the same time all the other patients were treated the same. Sadie was diagnosed and I was explained how her treatment of an antibiotic plus the loving care of the Vet and assistant giving Sadie special gentle handling made Sadie feel loved by their attention!
