They take great care of our two dogs, but it takes months to get an appointment. Would be 5 stars if you could get an appointment quicker.

Good place to take your pets. They're very patient & nice. They explain things very thoroughly & give you payment plan options if need be. Glad I could get my 2 dogs fixed right away (since they had a last minute cancelation lol) Everything worked out great!

People are nice, but truly have no clue what they are doing. I had my pup spayed here and within a week after being spayed went into heat (before the surgery she was in heat and had surgery right after going into heat) and they said it sometimes happens and that nothing was wrong. Now another 6 months later, she went into heat once again. This is not normal and I will not take my pup here again. People there truly have no clue what they are doing.

Usually available for appointments the week you call, friendly vet techs and compassionate veterinarians. Best vets we've ever had, we take all our cats here.

Horrible place! These vets are straight out of vet school. If you pets has something seriously wrong with them it's in the best interest you find an experienced vet all they know how to do is give vaccines otherwise if it's beyond their experience they will advise you to put them to sleep.

Been going to this place for over 10 years and it has gotten horrible. If I didn't pay for the lifetime Vaccines I would no longer take my pets here. If any of my pets have any serious medical concerns I will be taking them to an experienced vet who believes in treatment not putting them to sleep. Do not put your pets health, fate in the hands of these vets.

They were so gentle and caring with our pet when it was time to put him down to sleep.

Our precious cat got lost and recently came back on the weekend very sick :( of course concerned, we called many vet hospitals in the valley but many were closed or unavailable or with a 8 hour wait time! I put request for an appointment online (again at many vet hospitals) and the very next morning Goodyear Animal Hospital called to offer me a spot as soon as they could!

We are so thankful for their help - very quick to respond, kind staff and even check up on our precious cat, Storm ! Thank you Goodyear Animal Hospital! We appreciate you very much for your immediate help and kindness!

I've gone here with my cats for 15 plus years. I always relied on them and they always saw my pet immediately if an emergency during business hours. And scheduled dentals or neuters within a week. But. Now I have a pet RABBIT and apparently the vets who work there don't want to care for my bunny. Well, after the high price neuter; they did that one timely (within one week of calling).

I was told twice now, that they DO have ONE vet who will see a rabbit, but it's three weeks out to be seen. She didn't even offer me an appointment, even after I said, "I don't think my rabbit will live that long." She didn't even spend time asking me questions or even try to help (call was less than 2 minutes). She just said, "call these other two vet offices." Almost ironic, they referred me to a vet, 40 minute drive away, who I first took my cats to after moving here to AZ, 20 years ago.

This other vet office gal spent 9 minutes talking to me about my rabbit.and then switched an appointment around and is squeezing my rabbit in because it's "urgent." At least Goodyear Animal Hospital referred me to a good vet office that could help and was willing and caring.

Great care for all my pets and even has allowed me to make payments! They truly love animals and will do what's best for each unique pet.

My dog had pyometra and I was scared because I am currently in a financially rough spot. My care credit card was cancelled who knows when and my Lucy looked bad. I was redirected to a website with a list of vets who do payment plans. That’s where I found this vet closest to me.
That whole day I had been looking for someone who could take her in that very day and no one could at vets closer to me (not on the website)...Goodyear animal hospital asked me to come in as soon as possible.
They were so so kind to me and really were reassuring she would be okay. This was nice because two years in a row I had lost one dog each year every October due to old age and I couldn’t emotionally handle losing my Lucy for a third year over something like this.
When she got out of surgery I was given thorough instructions on how to take care of her. They were also very patient with her because when I got there to pick her up, Lucy was screaming her head off! Not only that but they told me to call them with any issues or questions, which I did and they were helpful then too!
They set me up on a payment plan and I could never thank them enough for having this option available at a time where my finances are so very tight.

Like Family 💜 Were new parents and Unfortunately our puppies got sick. I can’t tell you how thankful we are that we found this team to help us heal our babies. The whole staff was beyond our expectations and helped us every step of the way! Highly recommend

Everyone here is beyond amazing!! I am convinced that everyone working here have at least 2 pets, they care so much about your pet like it's their own. First, my Bebebaby had surgery for tumor removal and they made sure to call the next day to check on how she was doing. Eventually circumstances forced us to make the heartbreaking decision to put her down and they were so wonderful that day. Our Millie was just fixed and again they called the next day to check on her. I can't imagine taking our furbabies anywhere else ever!

Goodyear Animal Hospital & Grooming is so much more than a veterinary clinic. They are very knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring people. We recently had to put down our Pug of 15.5 years. Rosco was an amazing Pug who lived a long, wonderful life, so the decision wasn’t easy. With multiple health issues, we knew the time to let go was near, but we needed help making sure it was the right time to relieve his burden of multiple symptoms. The staff gave us the loving support that we needed, taking their time to guide us through a most difficult decision. When we decided the time was right, we stayed with Rosco through the procedure and they allowed us to spend as much time as we needed with Rosco before and after the procedure. Their compassion, understanding, and care for us and Rosco made a difficult decision easier. The day after the procedure, we were surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to our home from the Goodyear Animal Hospital & Grooming expressing their condolences. These wonderful people are an amazing team and I will always be grateful for their wonderful support during a very difficult moment. Thank you!
