They are great with my dog, both thorough and understanding. I don't understand some of the negative reviews. We have been to other vets in the area, and hands down, Prescott Vally Pet Clinic is the best. Great staff, smart vets, and my dog likes the staff! Other vets treat my pit bull like oh my scary dog! Prescott Valley Pet Care is the go to for me, and came highly recommended by several pet owners.

I am furious about the lack of care I received from Prescott Valley Pet Clinic and Dr. Jill Reed Roberts. I took time off work to have my limping dog xrayed. The tech took my dog into the exam area, returned him 5 minutes later, and charged me $95. I was stunned. My dog doesn't speak Human and I wasn't present for the exam. When I asked the tech what was wrong with my dog's leg, she told me they don't know and I would need to schedule an appointment for an xray.
The lack of communication and/or competency at this office is an issue. I did schedule this appointment for an xray. The scheduler was not forthcoming about new patients needing an initial visit before imaging could be completed. I was also stunned that I never spoke with the vet, only the tech who didn't know what was wrong with my dog. The vet, Dr. Jill Reed Roberts, finally came out to the waiting room after hearing my frustration.
She nor anyone in the office cared that the appointment was a huge waste of time and money. My dog is not their patient anymore. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

Prescott Valley Pet Clinic allowed me and my dog to come inside the building for the apt. They are very professional and friendly. The veterinarian was excellent. She even sat on the floor to relate to my dog. Even though they took Teddy in the back for the exam he was still calm and unshaken. I would definitely bring my dog back to this Clinic.

We brought our dog Remy in for a rabies shot. It was our first visit to this clinic after moving to PV from Miami. Turns out our pup was not ready to be acclimated to her new surroundings and will have to return after being medicated to help calm her anxiety - she was very nervous and Dr. Johnson was quite the professional in being kind and patient and willing to chat with us while allowing Remy to try and relax and not feel threatened. Our following appointment is in a few weeks and we are looking forward to returning as the staff was super friendly and very accommodating!

Absolutely top notch animal care, both the Vet and our Vet Tech, Tiffany were truly wonderful and compassionate when it came to caring for our kitten. Tiffany was very helpful I'm explaining what was going on and breaking down our cost, her demeanor was kind and friendly, very calming. They were able to give us a same day appointment at 6pm to have him seen which made a world of difference for our cat, we were in and out in under an hour. Would absolutely recommend coming here.

Worst vet experience in over 40 years. We brought our dog in for scheduled dental surgery on Monday at 7:40. My wife had called the previous Friday for pre-surgery feeding instructions. She had been told that she would get a call on Saturday; no call. At drop-off, they said that she would be there "most of the day". She called at 2:00 for an update and was told that our pet was "just getting ready to go into surgery" and that they would call around 3:00 with an update.
After again not getting a call by 4:30, my wife called again and again was told that Winnie was "just getting ready to go into surgery". When I got on the phone with their staff, I was told that they admitted all animals in the morning and got around to surgery "when they could". I was told that no manager was on duty. I then told them to not do surgery and would come to pick up our pet.
When I arrived they explained that they received all of the surgery pets in the morning and administered sedatives to them at that time. Meaning that our dog was sedated for 9 hours and was then going to have surgery by a vet that had been operating for over 9 hours. They explained to us that this was the best business practice for them so that they didn't lose money from no-shows. I was told that the manager would call me the next day. Again, no call. I wouldn't take a cockroach to them.

I took my cat to vet because she wasnt eating or drinking for almost 2 days in a row and I called them and they had a veterarian so kind to help her at 630 pm at night and they waved some fees too and come to find she had dehydration and we got out of there and home and the vet said she was well taken care of. We got done within 30 minutes and came out with less then a 200.00 vet bill

I love Dr. Rogers. She takes great care of my Shar Pei Chewy. As a puppy, he developed entropion, a common issue in Shar Peis where the eyelid curves inward and causes eye irritation and if not treated appropriately, can cause corneal ulcers and vision loss. Dr. Rogers took great care of his eyes and it wasn't easy. He had to have his eyes tacked to keep the eyelids from rolling inward until he could have his permanent surgery between 6-8 months of age.
He was always pulling his stitches and/or staples out and had to have the tacking redone. We tried everything to keep him from getting to them...cone, oversized cone, pillow, mask/goggles...he always figured out a way to do it. I had him in to get his tacks redone every week for about 2 months until he could have his permanent surgery done. He had his permanent surgery done in June 2020 and his eyes are now beautiful with no issues...Dr. Rogers did such a great job.
Not only do I love Dr. Rogers, but all of the office staff and techs are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and great with him too! I highly recommend both Dr. Rogers and Prescott Valley Pet Clinic without hesitation!!

I have taken my pet dog to your facility since she was a pup. That was nine years ago. The employees are very professional and caring for your pets and any concerns you may have. I like the PVPC computer system that tracks your pet's health needs that is used to inform the owners of needed vaccines, examinations, and appointments. We have always been very satisfied with the care given by Prescott Valley Pet Clinic.

Although I already game them 5 stars I feel compelled to post again about this great organization. Our dog had a gastric upset when we bought a new case of canned dog food from Costco. He had been on this brand for quite some time so it wasn't a case of a sudden food change. Not sure if perhaps there was something wrong with that batch. Costco took it back.
At any rate our Lhasa Apso had diarrhea for 3 days even though I had put him on a bland diet of chicken and rice. I called the vet feeling that he probably would need to be seen. The vet tech asked several questions and determined that since he was eating, drinking and seemed perfectly fine otherwise that it would be appropriate to keep going with the bland diet for 2 more days before bribing him in.
Within 2 days his digestive tract was fine again! Thank you so much for your help in getting Chewy healthy again. The vet's office had every opportunity to have us come in to give us that advice, but they chose customer service over cash. I felt heard and was assured that they would get my dog in if things didn't improve as expected. I'm very grateful.

Dr Rogers took care of our 12 y/o min-pin. Lola needed 3 teeth removed which required stitches. She also had a cyst on the top of her head that Dr Rogers removed and reassured us that it was not a problem. Ryan, the vet tech was very good with Lola. Both Ryan and Dr Rogers sang Lola’s favorite song to help keep her calm. I recommend PV Pet Clinic because the staff is always friendly and professional. The doctors are very knowledgeable and truly treat your pet as if they were their own.

I brought my tiny baby Khloee to the clinic last night on an emergency as she fell and broke her leg. The staff and Dr. Frank were all absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and caring and took great care of our baby girl. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any care your pet should need. We were so thankful they were open and stayed an extra two hours after closing to make sure it was safe for her to go home. Thank you all so much for being so wonderful! I have been taking my dog here for three years. We had the same vet for 10 years before moving and finding this clinic. The staff is very friendly and fantastic at explaining everything and giving me a price ahead of doing anything. We have had several different vets but I have liked them all, so no problem. My dog likes them too.

The best services in town. I was in town for our daughter's softball tournament and my dog picked up a horrible cough and fever. I Yelp near by pet clinics and decided go with Prescott Valley. I'm glad I did the staff were just loving and kind the doctor was very informative and helpful. I was in and out at a fair price, and my dog is already feeling better.
He was given an antibiotic injection sent home with anabiotic's and some coughing pills to help him sleep at night. Thank you guys for the amazing service. Definitely a five stars! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of animal care.

They were all booked up for 4 days, but when there was a cancellation, they remembered me and called me. I was able to get there with Charlie, my yellow lab, and they helped me by taking Charlie in - and after the appointment they took Charlie back to my car. I am 80 and that helps me so much. And the Vet answered all my questions - I can tell they really care about my dog!

Thank you for offering after hours emergency care! Everyone here was so nice and compassionate. There were several people here with all different types of medical issues with their pets and even though we could not go in, all the employees were so friendly and helpful! Hopefully we won't have to go back, But if an emergency were to come up, we would definitely go back here!

After researching vets in the area, I finally decided to give Prescott Valley Pet Clinic a try, and I'm glad I did! I was concerned that my puppy had an eye issue called entropion, an eye condition that is common in Shar Peis. I was happy to find Dr. Rogers, who has a special interest working on eyes. My puppy does, in fact, have entropion, and had to have his eyes tacked. Dr. Rogers was able to take care of the procedure the same day. Unfortunately, the staples kept coming out of his left eyelid and he had to have the procedure redone several times. However, each time I called to bring him back in, they were able to get him in the same day or the next day at the latest.
This is important because this issue can cause eye damage if not treated in a timely manner. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Rogers, her nurse Sami and all of the staff here. Not only have they taken great care of my puppy, but Dr. Rogers and Sami have tried to do everything they can to help minimize the cost of 4 surgical procedures in as many weeks (he had his 4th procedure done today). Dr. Rogers and Sami are both knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and a pleasure to work with.
All of the other staff that I have dealt with over the past several weeks, from techs to client services, have all been friendly and helpful. I'm pretty picky about the vet clinic that I take my pets to (I had one clinic that I used for over 20 years in the Phoenix area and one in Flagstaff for the past 5 years, including the last two years since I moved to PV) but I highly recommend Dr. Rogers and Prescott Valley Pet Clinic without hesitation!

This Clinic is one of the best I've been to. The three times I have gone I've had zero wait time and was treated with cheerful attitudes, kindness and compassion when I had to put my kitty down. I will continue to go here with my other pets. The ambiance is very lovely and the three veterinarians I have met have been awesome, especially Dr. Frank! They are understanding and considerate of the situations we have dealt with with my pets. And the frosting on the cake is that they are reasonably priced!

Thank you to the staff and Drs at PV pet clinic. They have been fantastic in both my dogs and my life over the past 3 months. We moved to the area 6 months ago and after 3 emergency vet visits, and 2 doctors in Phoenix, we were able to find PV Pet clinic. Thank you to Dr Frank and how wonderful she and her staff have been to us, while my dog goes through chemo. Your knowledge and caring nature has made this stressful time in our life's so much better and easier to handle. Thank you

I needed to change ceterinarians for my cat. My friend recommended Prescott Valley Pet Clinic and I'm so glad I listened. There are two entrances and sides in their waiting room. One side is for cats, the other for dogs so this keeps your precious pet as calm as possible. The paperwork is fast. The vet tech and vet are prompt. My cat saw Dr. Muchin.
She was very through, listened to what I had to say about my cat's behavior, and made recommendations. Dr. Muchin was calm, made my cat feel relaxed and welcomed, and she didn't judge. I highly recommend Prescott Valley Pet Clinic!

My dog was running out of anxiety meds so I made an appointment to see the vet. They took me in right away. I always feel like vets are a hit or miss. You either get a good vet clinic or a bad one. This place is a pretty good one. My dog was super nervous and afraid but they were all very calm with her and didn't push my dog into anything she didn't feel comfortable with.
The vet suggested I leave the room so my dog wouldn't be so territorial and want to protect me so much. The vet eventually ended up bringing in Jenna, whom my dog warmed up right away. Thank you Jenna! This helped the vet alot since my dog needed a few shots too. After all the drama we finally got the prescription for anxiety and checked out.
My dog was so happy to leave even though they treated her very well. I was told this clinic has happy times for dogs. You just make an appointment to bring your dog in for happy time at the clinic. It's to help nervous dogs not to be so afraid of going to the vets. Your dog will get the chance to enjoy doggy treats, sniff a few butts and play with some toys ect. I'm all for that!

First visit with my 10 week old puppy, they are amazing! Such sweet employees from the front office to the nurse and the vet! They did an in-depth check on my little guy, much more then I have experienced in the past! Very happy with my first experience! Will definitely be going back for all of my dogs needs!
