I have been going to Dr. Ibrahim over 20 years. He knows what to do in a dire situation and has helped my sick dogs many times. My dogs feel safe in his care, his staff is always friendly and competent. He is the best.

All of the staff are kind and professional. My dog has been a patient of Good Shepherd since he was a puppy. He is 3 years old now and is still at ease there even though he has required invasive procedures. His tail always wags when he arrives and when he leaves.

Dr I and his staff are the best! We love them all. We just lost our best friend Stella they were all so understanding and kind I can't say enough good things about Good Shepard veterinary and Dr I and his staff.

Dr Ibrahim was taking care of our dog Shadow 14 years. He was compassionate and fantastic veterinarian. We loved his care. Our dog passed away and he took care of that and gave us peace and comfort to whole family

I cannot thank the entire staff at Good Shepherd enough. Today our 8 month old lab puppy decided she liked the smell of fish so much she was going to try to inhale a fishing lure. Obviously not something you can just pull out. Our normal vets brushed us off saying, they were too busy with other appointments to see her. Thankfully, these amazing souls at Good Shepherd who had never known us before didn't hesitate.

One of the techs actually interrupted the doctor on another appointment to check with him. We brought her in and not only did they immediately get to work on our baby, they made us feel like everything was going to be okay. The doctor was amazing, his bedside manner on one of our worst days was so refreshing and put us at ease. The office is clean and well equipped. I will be pulling all of my animals from the other vets and moving them to Good Shepherd!

Dr. I and his staff are the best. He always explains the diagnosis and different treatment options. Honestly, his prices may be a bit higher than some places but his experience and skill are priceless. He cares for my 4 cats and 2 Boerboels.

Words and money mean nothing when experiencing the loss of a 12 year friendship. Last Tuesday evening, we had to say goodbye to my son's dog, Quincy. I cannot put into words the compassion and kindness Dr. I and his staff showed us. It was as if he was feeling our pain. Dr I explained my son's options for Quincy and gave us time alone so he could make his decision.

In fact, Dr I gave us time to be alone with Quinny several times. We were able to take our time to say "our goodbyes" to this beautiful Golden (he was a beautiful red, I called him Big Red) Retriever with the sweetest face you ever saw. Dr I and his team were just wonderful, kind and treated Quincy with the care one would give to a family member. The next day, Dr I and his team had sent us flowers. Dr I, thank you so much. These words do not nearly express the appreciation we feel towards you and your staff. May God greatly bless you; you are the best! You deserve more than 5 stars.

I have been taking my 2 yellow labs to Good Shephard for over 10 years. They always provide the best care. You will find them exceptional. Everyone at Good Shephard is knowledgeable and compassionate.

The Staff and Dr is friendly and knowledgeable and the place is clean. I also like that Dr I will give options of treatments when available and that they see emergencies for their clients! Best vet hands down!

Wow. Amazing Vet, Dr Ibrahim! Staff so very kind as well. Have had some issues w my pups. They are Covid babbies & they have some difficulty at the doctors as a result. This doctor handled my pups so well! Was able to get them examined, up to date on their necessary shots. But Dr Ibrahim especially help the little one who has been lame for 9 months. He helped get her to the proper testing & treatment. N she's putting that foot down already! Truly they're amazing here! Highly recommend.

Critical: Reliability New to the area and my wife woke up to find our dog super lethargic and seemingly in a lot of pain. We called "Good Shepherd" who said they don't have any openings until January. Pleaded with them to take a quick look at her and was told "sorry." If they had as much concern for animals as their name implies, we would have been seen.

Good Shepherd is an excellent Veterinarian facility! Dr. I is an amazing person, who has a very caring and professional staff working with him! I highly recommend Good Shepherd for your beloved pet!

GSVH is everything I want in a vet. Dr. I is very knowledgeable especially for my large breed bullmastiff. He is also very caring and I don't feel like a number, he and his staff make me feel like I'm part of the family. They treat my dog like he is their dog. I recently had to have my pit bull cross the rainbow bridge. We did this in the office. Dr. I and his staff were so comforting and respectful not only to my dog, but also to me. I highly recommend GSVH.

He is patient and explains everything, so there are no surprises. The office staff call with reminders and follow-ups to ensure all your questions are answered. I highly recommend this practice!
