Staff is friendly. They help with the dogs getting them to and from the car. They are patient and understanding. They take great care in explaining everything.

Excellent service from the front office to the Veterinarian. Explained all that they were doing and what I needed to have performed on my dog.

We started coming here when we moved to Roanoke and we could t be happier! We love Dr. McDermott and all the office staff. Rose gets so excited every time she comes in the office. Also she has boarded with them several times and she always looks so well cared for in the pics they send. We will be coming here as long as we are in the are! Thank you NBAH! Unique animal hospital tucked away at Natural Bridge. Unique meaning? One-of-a-kind. Could not ask for a more caring and dedicated veterinarian and staff. Some may say "they're pricey ", I say " you get what you pay for, top quality ". They go the extra mile it takes. Dr McDermott saved my precious Mac's life. There is no doubt in my mind he would not be alive today if it was not for her. Mac is cancer free almost five years later. They have my vote. Two thumbs up, you cannot go wrong.

We love Natural Bridge Animal Hospital! They've been caring about and helping up take care of our dogs for almost 15 years. They love our pets as much as we do!

Called for an annual exam and got in later the same day. They are so good with 2yr old Teddy. Teddy loves coming to the vet's office. He really does.

We were visiting in Lexington, VA and my friend's dog hurt her foot. Being an elderly pup, we needed to get it looked at right away. After calling four or more closer vets, which could not fit her in, we lucked out with Natural Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the owners to the technicians to the receptionist were incredibly accommodating and welcoming.

I cant recommend them enough. My fur baby was not well yesterday and after 4 previous calls, imcluding our regular vet they were the ones who fit us in. Everyone was exceptional and my Tye got great care. Im so thankful for everything they done. My boy wont go anywhere else from now on. Dr McDermott you Rock!

I was not a client with Natural Bridge Animal Hospital until I had an emergency whilst driving from TN to NY. My beloved senior schnauzer was treated with love and care as though we had known everyone for years. The team knew my girl was very sick and got us a quick referral to an emergency clinic after exhausting all approaches. I will be forever grateful to Dr. McDermott.

I miss my sweet girl more than words can express but I feel beyond blessed to have happened upon this amazingly kind, genuine, and honest clinic. The team was so authentic and showed genuine concern for a 15.5 year old schnauzer and her sobbing dog mom. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Mcdermott and Dr. Seix are both very caring, knowledgeable, and friendly veterinarians. They have taken great care of both my dog and my cat. Both of them had major emergencies and needed immediate attention and NBAH got them right in and fixed them up. Highly recommend

Everyone here are amazing. They are so great with my animals. I have a dog who hates the Vet. Everywhere shes been we have had to muzzle her. Today, my Wookie went with them so happily. I would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be using them. Thank you for living animals like we do.

I have to say that I am very impressed with Dr McDormett and all of the NBAH staff. They have been excellent to Scamp and all of my/his friend's furry friends, who frequent the facility. They have been professional, thorough, personable; and they follow up with you because they genuinely care about our animals. I also just let Scamp stay at their.

Pet Hotel & Spa. I was really worried about boarding him for the first time, but he had a great time and was very well cared for - I even got emails daily regarding his activities. I am quite pleased with their services and will continue to take my BFF there for his health care. I recommend NBAH quite highly.

My Jasper is an older blue healer mix. The secretary was a pleasant surprise.she had a great care and concern. Dr. McDermott and the assistant were very kind and treated Jasper with love.yep.love! I thank them so much because I love my Jasper soooo.

I just called today about our missing pups and Mandi was the sweetest most compassionate person over the phone. When you are missing your fur babies it's wonderful to hear comforting words from a caring person so grateful to your establishment and your wonderful employees!

I'd like to thank everyone at the Natural Bridge Animal Hospital for thier kindness and care that they have shown me and my Chocolate Lab Remington. Remington underwent surgery due to a viscous dog bite to his neck. The staff stayed over till 9:30 pm that night helping Remington with injury.
