Good place to go. Location is rough cuz of Tallmadge Circle, but they seem to actually care about the animals

Old dirty smelly run down building. Rude staff. Put us in a room and made us wait a 1/2 an hour and then told me if I didn't want to wait I should go somewhere else so I left. Do not go here

Wonderful veterinary practice. Dr. Andrews is polite, professional, enjoyable to work with. The ladies/techs are so nice and helpful. We want the best for our furbabies. This was one of the ONLY vets that allowed owners inside with their pets during covid, extremely important to most pet owners. Knowledgeable, compassionate, answers your questions, explains, patient and understanding.

They got me an appointment quickly, and took good care of my cat. They explained everything to me, in language that I could understand.

Very caring staff. Felt that my dog was in good hands. Giving 4 out of 5 cause she was at the vet from 8am to about 5pm for xrays! Why so long? Originally they said 8am-noon.

We took a kitten, that my daughter found, to see if it was micro chipped. They were so helpful. Unfortunately, it wasn't, so we were unable to find it's owner. On the positive note, my daughter has a new kitten.

We've taken all of our pets here. They clearly love animals. Everyone is thorough and knowledgeable.

The people are awesome! Was in and out very quick for just regular vaccination visits. But very expensive. Paid almost $400 between 2 vaccine/check up appointments for a cat. Was told that neutering and declawing STARTED at $660 dollars! I don't think I will be going back.

They are the friendliest Veterinary clinic that I have ever had the pleasure of my dogs being patients of theirs.

My mom's cat needs surgery and the vet we go to isn't "full service". Dr Andrews was recommended by a friend of mine who is also a vet. He is one of the few doctors currently allowing the owner to come into the exam room which is extremely important as you can imagine when you are meeting someone for the first time. Most pet lovers do not feel comfortable handing their pet off to someone and waiting in their car.

The office and tech staff are all friendly and professional. Dr Andrews gave a thorough exam, explained everything as it was being done. The cat also needs a dental cleaning procedure. My mom is 92 and is very attached to her cat. We've been worried about him going through this surgery but we have the utmost confidence in Dr Andrews and his staff. Surgery is scheduled in a couple of weeks. Everything was explained for both procedures and a cost estimate given in writing. I would highly recommend this practice.

This is hands-down the best vet that I've been to. Very minimal wait especially with this covid-19. Both of the vets that my animals have seen are absolutely amazing. You will not regret bringing your pets here, these guys are the best. Was going to the vet in Stow/Kent for a long time and just was overcharged and waited hours and hours and hours for scheduled appointments, though the folks in Stow do take fantastic care of your pets also.
