Office staff is always kind and courteous. My dog suffers from severe allergies and anytime he experiences a flare up the office does a great job of getting him in quickly. Dr. Rand is very good with both of my dogs and is nice to work with. He always explains the reasoning behind the issues my dogs experience and I appreciate that.

We have used The Animal Clinic for over 20 years and we love everything about them. Our dogs are very well taken care of when they go for their check-ups. Staff is very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring. We used them for just about every aspect of their clinic. High recommend them to anyone who loves their pets as we do.

Doctor Nick took his time and was very gentle examining my senior fur baby Lexie. He was very Thorough in his examination and explained in detail Lexie's treatment plan. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me the time to think about everything in order to make a decision going forward. I am very confident that my girl is in excellent care moving forward. The entire staff is friendly, compassionate and caring.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Did the best they could with the Covid restrictions. They allowed us into the exam room with our little Ringo so we could get all our questions answered. Dr. Rand was absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. We weren't rushed and he filled us with lots of information. So glad we made the move to this animal hospital. We bring our little Rikki in tomorrow to see him.

I have been very pleased with the care my five-pound Yorkie has received at The Animal Clinic. Suzanne was my first impression with the clinic - she sounded like she really cared about getting my dogs in and tried hard to accommodate us. The person who answers the phone or greets you is so important! She was the reason I chose your clinic. Then the girl who assisted Dr Nick was great. Dr Nick was fabulous with the dogs and seemed very engaged and cared about the dogs. Our appt was on time and not rushed. I'm very relieved to have discovered your clinic!

I am a new client with The Animal Clinic. Getting an appointment was a quick and easy process. I was grateful for the opportunity to have an in person appointment with the doctor. I really appreciate the time that Dr Seibert spent with me reviewing options for the mass on my dogs shoulder and her chronic allergies. He explained diagnostics, treatments, expected outcomes and his advice to what he would do for his dogs.

This helped me make the best decision for my dogs plan of care. My dog can be very nervous and she is a pit bull mix breed, he did not hesitate to get on the floor with her and take his time with the exam for her to warm up. The nurse and other staff I encountered were equally kind and helpful throughout the process of becoming a new client.

A wonderful team of caring individuals who love my dog almost as much as I do! Dr Paul is the best Veterinarian I have ever had. He is kind and compassionate and cares about pet parents and their pet.

Dr. Paul and staff are incredible, caring and professional! My dog loves them and they have been amazing since we first started seeing them when he was a puppy. When my dog got an eye injury on Christmas Eve, the Animal Clinic staff were able to treat him quickly and with the highest quality of care. They are wonderful people and caretakers. They treat your pet like family!

Dr. Rand has been such a caring Vet to my dog Gibson. He has been with us through a lot and my dog is doing better than ever! Also want to say that Courtney and Julie are top notch! I have been going to the Animal Clinic for more than 15 years and would recommend them highly.

I really like Dr. Rand and think he is an excellent vet so my rating of a 3 is no reflection on him. I don't like the continued practice of requiring pet owners to stay in the car for the visit. I understand this was necessary during the height of Covid but I think it's continued because it's easier for the clinic in that they don't have to deal with people as much. This practice is stressful on my pet and stressful on me. Also visits (while I am sure competitive) extremely expensive.

Our cat Holly received caring and professional treatment by Dr. Rand and his staff at the Animal Clinic. They took their time and explained everything they would be doing. Even got a follow up call to see how Holly was doing after her annual exam and vaccinations.

We love Dr Paul As always he is so professional, compassionate, caring, gentle, and personable. So pleased that we found him and transferred to the Animal Clinic Office seemed so organized and we enjoyed being able to pay in the exam room! Treatment was so successful!

We recently moved to the area and I was looking for a vet. I found The Animal Clinic and scheduled an appointment based on the excellent ratings and reviews. They did not disappoint. We were able to get an appointment quickly. The staff immediately contacted our former vet for our dog's records. Upon arrival, the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Rand and Katie were informative and wonderful throughout the exam. Casey was comfortable and content during the exam-even during the biopsy. I am squeamish about clipping her nails, which Katie did for me as well. Overall, our experience was fantastic. Casey and I left the visit relieved and happy. Thanks!

We moved here 30 days ago and our neighbor recommended The Animal Clinic after an unexpected emergency with our little girl. I called The Animal Clinic and they were able to get us in promptly. The staff was professional and Dr Nick assured me that they were there and available if any further issues arose. We decided to take our new little boy for his vaccinations 2 days later.

Dr. Rand was so good with my elderly Basset mix, Angus. He got down on the floor with him and was very gentle and let him feel more comfortable before doing the exam. The tech was fantastic and Angus just loved her! Updated to add another experience with Dr. Rand! He is so awesome with all of my dogs and loves hounds just as much as I do! He gave me so much more information than I've ever received about my dachshund mix, Boomer, and what is going on with him. Best vet ever!

Dr. Rand and everyone at The Animal Clinic have always been terrific, professional and compassionate in caring for my two dogs. This was especially appreciated recently when I had to take my beloved 17-year-old Havanese in for his final visit. I wouldn't have gone anywhere else.
