Dr Cruz saved my puppy’s life and so he’ll forever be a saint🐾 and now I have 2 kittens to bring into these fabulous humans for they’re chk up

I had an emergency with my tiny little chi in the middle of the night and we immediately called over to see if they were open, Dr. Jason answered the phone and was very calming and reassuring and told us to bring her on in. Once we arrived, they placed us into a room right away and Dr. Jason initially assessed her and then Dr. Fayth took over. Dr. Fayth was very thorough, Intentive, took the time to listen and explain things, and was very compassionate. I’m very glad that they offer the 24/7 emergency care. Through this experience and the way they tended to my little girl and myself, they have gained 6 more patients. I highly, highly recommend them!

They are the most caring Vets office I have used in a long time. They will tirelessly help your fur baby in every way humanly possible. Just lost my little angel and there are no words on how they tried to save her and how caring and helpful they were to us. Great pet hospital, they are very friendly and knowledgeable of what they're doing. One of our dogs needed a lump checked and the other one needed to get fixed. I will be taking both my dogs there from now on for sure! It is worth the drive from Key West. Price wise is good too.

Everyone was so helpful with Zeus. He had a bad experience somewhere else and did not want anything to do with a vet, they all spent so much time with him that he finally relaxed.

We had a big scare with our 15 month Mini Austrailian Shepard Mayaa. We had been at the beach playing frisbee in the water the day before and Mayaa woke up at 0500 vomiting. We looked up symptoms and found the worse that she my have Saltwater poisoning! 50% mortally rate! So we waited till 0900 when most vets opened. And Cruz AH was the only place we could be seen at but it was at 1400!

The staff was awesome! We saw the Dr. and she gave Mayaa some meds, and probiotics. She was great! And Mayaa was ok! Much better by the next day. Thanks so much to all the loving staff! And good luck with taking over the practice!

Such an amazing experience. My little guy had a huge mass growing on his neck. From the first visit until the last follow up visit I was so thankful that a co worker recommended this place. Everyone I was in contact with were very caring. What a great animal hospital. Thank you to everyone there who helped me and my baby through such a stress Time. Highly recommend this place. A local gem! Under new ownership, located on Ram Rod key. Excellent, clean, professional care. "Wally" my tuxedo kitty (with an emergent bladder issue) appreciated his care under their gentle hands. Thank you for fitting him into your schedule, treating him, and answering all of my questions. Wonderful staff and reasonable fees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My dog was attacked and injured by two dogs in my neighborhood this morning and my regular vet could not get us in. Cruz Animal Hospital told me to come right over, and she was seen, treated and released immediately. Dr. Jason is wonderful, and the staff is amazing. I am transferring all of my pets to this office!

Busy place. Nice lady at front desk. The Vet Techs were all great. We brought our 10 wk old Rottweiler puppy and all went well.

Guess I'll be driving to Marathon or Key West for my cats. Had to wait long enough that I was planning on just leaving, then when we were finally seen the vet & vet techs interactions with my cat did nothing to improve our experience, wasn't comfortable with how they were handling my (admittedly difficult) cat at all. Also didn't appreciate the open examination room with staff coming in an out, using the trash can in the room etc., feels like these are supposed to be calm quiet places.

Front desk staff were nice but I guess 45 minute wait wasn't unusual enough that they felt the need to say anything to me. Examination was only $65 which does seem the same or less than other vets I've been to in the Keys but I'm not really looking for a discount experience when it comes to my cats.

Caring staff and vet who explains what he's doing and looking for to diagnose and recommend treatment for our senior dog. I felt comfortable and welcomed and could tell the pet's welfare was always priority. We're only here for 2 months over the winter but truly love this place.

My little dog needed to surgeries at once. Dr's prices and service beat the now Corp hospital in Marathon. Service is great at Cruz Animal hospital.

Cruz animal hospital was great. The vet and the vet techs were very experienced. I am a new client and they got us in quick. Cruz animal staff were calming with my dog Brody that gets nervous at the vets office. All in all was a great experience. Thanks

My dogs have been to 3 other vets for ear scratching and prescribed different meds and I was told they just had dirty ears and ear infection or too much hair. Took them to Dr. Cruz and within minutes he found ear mites and even tried to catch one to show me. He prescribed the correct medication and after a year and a half of incessant scratching my dogs are cured,

I'd like to thank Dr. Diane for helping me say goodbye to my very special Grumpy cat. I was in town from Miami and Cruz Animal Hospital was recommended by my Big Pine neighbors who bring their dogs regularly. We are here on vacation and my dog became sick. I called when they opened at 8 am and they got us in by 10:30. The front desk staff was so kind upon entering the business, very professional. Dr. Cruz and his team were very thorough and handled my fur baby with much kindness. The main part that impressed me was the fact they ask for my vets info and had his records faxed over. Anyone traveling or local should use Dr. Cruz, he is a man that runs a very good business and his bedside manner is fantastic.
