Took our lab puppy in, because she wasn't eating. The front office staff and the male nurse were all great but when it came to the veterinarian himself that's where things took a turn for the worse. He was very rude and condescending, he treated me with disrespect and disregarded my concerns, I left with the same questions and concerns that I arrived with. I would not recommend wasting your time or money with this veterinarian

What can I say about this place. It was time to part with my wife's dog that was 20 years old. They were very respectful about it and they light a candle in the foyer to acknowledge a difficult time for a pet parents life. We felt so thankful for how they treated my wife during that time, that we now go to them for our other dogs needs, and they were top notch about it. Top down from the secretary, the assistants and the vet, always puts the animal first.

I would give 0 stars if I could but since I can't, the 1 star goes to the Vet techs who honestly were great. The vet on the other hand has absolutely no bedside manner whatsoever. My dog was obviously scared to be at the vet and he did nothing to ease that anxiety and honestly made the whole situation way worse. The only time he spoke to me during the appointment (that started 45 minutes late) was to scold me. He was beyond unprofessional and incredibly rude. He also still charged me for the visit despite not completing the exam. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!
