Services
Care Credit is a healthcare credit card designed for your health and wellness needs. It's a way to pay for the costs of many treatments and procedures and allows you to make convenient monthly payments. Spaying or neutering can be done as early as 4 months of age. We require a physical examination by one of our veterinarians prior to scheduling the surgery to ensure that your pet is healthy and has received all necessary vaccinations prior to the procedure.This is a blood test that we recommend prior to any surgical procedure as well as some prescribed medications.

Great in the begining in order to get our money, but when it came down to the final care of my girl, completely failed. i was told "we dont know what happened" when i had called in for more prednizone to find out they took her blood when i brought her in for her treatment, and NEVER gave her her pill. 0 communication. i had brought her in a week before for what im sure now was poisoning, and i was told then at my emergemcy vet visit, that 'just symptoms of the cancer' even tho we all knew it wasnt, but the few tests they ran didnt say anything wrong.
No urine test included in my $700 emergency vet visit. My girl passed in pain. because they forgot to, or just decided not to. either way. at a minimum. pretend you care, amd at least talk to the patient. almost 2 weeks since my girls passing and still not even a phone call back. dr was supposed to call me the day she passed. my husband went in 3 days later to ingore me them because we never heard from anyone. Picture of my beautiful baby girl I will forever miss she was only 10.

Spend $780.00 to find out my dog need more caloric intake. What a joke. He has NDI, I was sent there for an expert opinion. And thats all they said. I had to call they didn't even call me back. Then all I got was a note from the front desk. I don't understand where my money went. What a waste of money. Never go there they just want money and were of no help to me at all.

I switched my dog's care to this clinic less than two months ago, and I'm so glad I did. Their customer service is far better than the previous clinic I was going to, which is really invaluable when you have a pet with a chronic condition. I particularly appreciate how they make sure to find the pharmacies with the lowest pet med costs without even being asked.
I am so grateful to the friendly staff for making the stress and anxiety of my dog's diabetes diagnosis much easier to handle than it would have been at my previous vet's clinic.

Brought my cat in earlier than my scheduled appointment due to his not eating. I was able to go inside with my cat and speak directly to the vet. Everyone was amazingly kind and helpful, making sure to get to the bottom of the issue. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. My cat is well on the way to recovery now because of this awesome staff.

I thought he was a goner after he quit eating and drinking and now he's jumping on the counter and chewing open bags of dog biscuits like always. Incredibly unkind and unprofessional. I do not recommend taking your furry family members to this place if you care at all about their well-being. Our daughter's cat almost died from a routine spay that they completely botched and then charged an absorbent amount. A $200 procedure turned into almost $2000 and extreme suffering of the kitten.

I really loved this clinic for my last pet, Dr. Brenda was great and communicated well especially at the time of his death. I have since had 2 wellness exams for puppies at the vet, without even being able to talk with a vet. My dog had an eye injury, I had to drop him off, again no call from the vet, other than to pick him up. My pup was neutered today, I was also worried about hip dysplasia.
The tech calls and says pick up the dog after 1 with no update on how he is doing. No communication on the hip, I asked them to call if they thought he needed an x ray. No call. The pup did get an x ray, after all, I asked to talk with the vet for one minute to the front office, it was like I asked fora big favor and it was a huge imposition. Brought the dog to the car, went back inside, asked to talk with the vet.
I was upset with a charge when there was no communication. She was mad, I asked about the hips., and x ray. She did not see them or evaluate the gait. I informed her that communication was bad, and I could no longer go them because I I had not talked with a vet about my dogs the last 4 visits. Things have changed here significantly and I'm pretty disappointed.
I guess I must be wrong, if I pay money, I should be able to at least talk to a vet for the service rendered. Now communication is only through the vet techs. I still have no status on the hips

I have taken my dog, Daisy here since 2012 and have had great service until my last visit in December. On that visit a new Veterinarian saw Daisy and I could tell she never reviewed Daisy's records after asking her several questions that she couldn't answer and had no idea that Daisy was currently on prescription dog food for kidney stones or previously had liver tumors removed.
On that visit they took blood samples and sent them away to be tested for Cushing's Disease. The very next day I called to ask to speak to Brenda or Britt, and I still have not heard back from either one. And then right before Christmas, Daisy stopped eating and drinking, I made two calls to the emergency line and never received a call back. Finally I found another Vet for an emergency visit, which happened to have cost less than the last visit to Montana Vetinary Specialists. I have called twice since and have been told that the test results are in but Brenda has not reviewed them yet. I have now changed veterinarians.

Britt, Brenda and team are amazing. They know our fur kids and take extraordinary care of them. I recommend becoming an established client and doing all services through them. This will allow your pet to get the most effective treatment because they know everything about your pet. I have both a dog and cat.

I don't know what that other woman is talking about, when she says that this veterinary office has poor customer service. this is a WONDERFUL veterinary services office. They have been with me through regular visits, death of my baby girl and so much more, with such compassion and understanding that I could never even think of going anywhere else with my pets.
They are my babies and I thoroughly trust Brenda and her husband with them. MVS treats my pets just as well as I treat them, with love and respect. Brenda has a way with my little dogs too. This is a rare gift. I have to say, I am a difficult customer and hard to please and have been thoroughly pleased at every visit. All of my questions were answered, every issue was addressed at each visit and I felt that all services were completed thoroughly and with great attention to detail. So, sorry lady if you feel that you were not cared for. You are not describing the MVS that I and the people I know who go to MVS.

We drove down from Bozeman on the whim, in a kind of emergency situation to see Dr. Britt Culver. We were very pleased with the quick appointment availability, Dr. and staff. Also so happy with the amazing care our boy received. Would go here for veterinary care if we lived in Helena for sure. Defiantly recommend.

While they seem medically competent, they could use some customer service refresher training. You don't give a brand new patient (new to Helena) a cancer diagnosis, leave it with, "let us know if you need anything, " and then not be able to fit your pet into the schedule or seem at all concerned when there are issues that need to be addressed right away. (And yes, a former vet that we had to drive 2 hours to see said that this was an issue that needed to be addressed right away and that couldn't wait 7-10 days.)
