Megan was born and raised in Morgantown. She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Animal & Veterinary Sciences from West Virginia University in 2001 and started working at Hillcrest the summer of 2003 as a receptionist. She worked her way up and took over as Office Manager in 2008. She received her CVPM degree in 2012.

Dental disease is the most frequently diagnosed health problem in pets. Dental disease causes pain and can affect other organs in the body.

6-8-22 "Kade Lin" had her first new patient appointment w Hillcrest Vet Clinic. Updated her shots & thorough physical exam. Office staff, Vet Tech, Katy and especially Dr Pollock were exceptional with her care. Dr Pollock has taken care of our other " fur babies" & therapy dogs . Thank you for treating us like family. Highly recommend this clinic.

The best vet clinic in Morgantown. I'd been to many of them with my dog, and nobody ever told me has a heart murmur. Hillcrest noticed right away in our first visit. Their care is much more thorough than other vets we've been to. Our surgery was also several hundred dollars cheaper than the estimate from another vet. The surgery was risky but my 14 year old dog came out good as new : thank you Hillcrest!

Came today with my fur-baby as a first-time appointment. Everything was clean and managed well. I had to wear a mask [eyeroll] but they did have FTF interaction with the appointment and staff -- some of the other area veterinarians were not allowing in-person appointments. The tech and Dr. Kennedy were SPECTACULAR. They were professional and compassionate; you could tell that they really like animals and providing quality care.
Appointment fees were reasonable, and they offered an app for follow up and communication. Overall, I highly recommend Hillcrest for the personal care and service I experienced today.
