My male cat has started spraying in the house. What can I do? A. Male cats will mark their territory by spraying. This is a hormone driven behavior. Having the cat neutered will generally stop this behavior because the cat no longer will produce hormones. However, if this behavior is allowed to go on for an extended period of time it can become a habit and neutering will not prevent it.

Have been using Park Hill for 15 years for various dogs we have had.our mini dachshund developed what appeared to be a UTI and needed to be seen pretty quick. Called and the earliest they would see her was 6 days away. We asked if there is anything they can do as she is in pain. They gave us the number to an emergency clinic in LR. To deal with a long term customer this way is simply ridiculous.called Interstate Vet hospital and even though we never have been there they agreed that she needed help and would work her in the same day. Use this info if you are in the market for a Vet! Time for our little dog to find a new one.

Always a wonderful experience there Dr. Emerich most certainly knows what she is doing across all challenges places before her. They always have a kind, and understanding staff. For a small operation it sure does have a LOT of traffic which is excellent to see since the care the pets get is too notch.

I recently had to put down my 10yr old fur baby, Treela. As you know, having to put down a beloved and cherished pet is excruciating. The staff and the vet were so very kind. I was pretty much a wreck, but they took time to respect how fragile I was and were gentle and kind through the process. My baby girl passed as gently as they were as gentle with me. These wonderful people are going to be my fur babies clinic from now on. Thank you Park Hill Vet Clinic.

I've been taking my pets here for over 20 years. During COVID they have to navigate patients a different way, and they keep things clean and socially distant. When setting my appointment, I was able to get an estimate of costs. Everyone in the clinic are very kind.

1st of all the price for a yearly check up was outrageous, over $100, but you have to pay it to get your fur baby protected from heart worms, fleas and ticks. 2nd, I told the vet I would be ordering the meds from Chewy's online. She suggested I go look at THEIR web site first which I did and compared her prices to Chewy's. Hers was over $17.00 higher so I placed my order with Chewy's.

A couple of days later Chewy's sends me a text telling me that my vet no longer allows online prescriptions. I called the vet office and they agreed to write the scrips I need. Why didn't she tell me when I was there? Chewy's was been filling the prescriptions from her since I got the dog, two years ago. Needless to say she lost a customer. It probably won't bankrupt her but I don't like doing business with someone like that.

I'm going to drive 40 to 50 miles one way to another vet that charges a lot less and allows online prescriptions. I just didn't want to drive that far but I guess I will before I go back to Park Hill Pet Clinic in North Little Rock, AR.
