Meadow Wood Animal Hospital

The lady I spoke with to make an appointment for a new canine customer was super polite and efficient. We looked forward to Charlie's check-up this afternoon. When we walked in, there were 4 people in the lobby and 5 ladies behind the desk. It was chaotic. When it the chaos became controlled, not one person recognized me as I hesitantly and awkwardly stood there waiting with my dog for service.

A quick "Hi, be with you in a minute" would have been welcomed. However, I had to ask if we would be waited on and already, that was too much anxiety for me. A lady on the phone motioned me over to a quieter area, and I was happy to wait for her to finish-- waiting our turn is not an issue! Then, there was a search for Charlie's records that they assured me they received from our old vet clinic. No, she didn't have them. No, she couldn't find them.

At that point, I decided that I would not trust my dog's lifetime of health to a place that was poorly organized, inept at providing positive customer service, and could not locate medical records! We have a new vet now. I gave two stars instead of one because of the ease of getting in for an appointment (next day if we were able) and the helpfulness of the lady who made our first appointment. I want to say Chloe? If the front --where you put your best foot forward with the public--is any indication of the back, then no thanks.

This vets staff is very friendly and they definitely will work with you to make sure you can afford the care your animal needs.

Front staff is very nice, vet is knowledgeable and compassionate. She always spends time to understand issues and explain treatment.

Brought my doggy in for skin allergies (it was bad) her previous owner couldn't afford her care. The vet took awesome care of us! Its been 2 weeks since our visit.

My husband and I had a great experience here. They are all super nice and the vet we saw, Dr. McCune, was very informative and helped my baby girl : she diagnosed her super fast and they check up in 2 weeks which I love. Her assistant, Kara, was also very good with my crazy girl! they are a little pricey but the overall is worth it. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Meadow Wood Animal hospital is the best around, hands down! Every one, especially Dr. Graham & Dr. Jackson are such caring and wonderful people. They take the extra steps to get personable with you and your pet(s) to find out exactly what is needed.10/10 would recommend.

On our way to Lawton from Tennessee, our 7mo old rottie puppy got sick. We were very concerned and unsure of who to turn to for help. Being in a new area is pretty intimidating and when you need help it can be difficult to know who to trust. A simple Google search pointed us in the direction of Meadow Wood Animal Hospital. They were able to get us in first thing. The Vet was wonderful, knowledgeable, and patient. We couldn't be happier with them. Our pack has definitely found our Vet Clinic.

FRANKIE HAS DIABETES = REASON FOR HIS SEIZURES I can't even say how many ways I am grateful to God for the many blessings he places in my path, I forever give all glory to God. Thank you God for blessing me with the best Vet Clinic, "Meadow Wood Animal Hospital", EVER in the whole WORLD! They saw my post about Frankie's recent seizures, I was scared to take him to the vet fearing the worst (brain tumor) or simply nothing anyone can do.

All glory to God for blessing me once again, Meadow Wood cleared an opening to see Frank immediately and with abundant tears of fear and joy I took him in, they ran tests and discovered Frankie has geriatric diabetes and that is a blessing considering the alternative that it could have been, definitely, it could have been much worse! Frankie has had a few sleepovers with his friends at Meadow Wood Animal Hospital (Flirting with the gorgeous Irma) A happy blessing is I got to see my friend Nicole, Irma, and the lovely ladies today at when I took Frankie in to Meadow Wood. Laura is the BEST!

I haven't had many emergencies with my fur babies but every time that there has been an emergency Meadow Wood has always been there for me, they have always come to the rescue and saved the life of my fur babies more than once. They removed a tumor from Cindy, they got Frankie's diabetes under control, when Frankie was just a little bitty baby he got hit by a car and they took care of him and helped me make arrangements for Frankie's titanium leg my referring me to the surgeon in Oklahoma City and making free arrangements with the transport to get him there safely, yes he is like the $6 million dog kind of like the $6 million man with the bionic leg, I just can't say enough good things about Meadow Wood. #Grateful #LoveMyFurBabies #GodIsGreat

My pup loves this place. They're great for checkups, and we even managed a day of appointment one time for a little infection they are always so kind and so helpful, and always try to get you and your pet out in a very timely manner. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
