They knew my pet well and she trusted them like family, couldn't have asked for a better visit!

They were so good with my big boy. I also love that their tags come with my number and the animals name in case they get out.

They explain things very clearly so that I could understand the care my dog needed. It was also very affordable for such a big surgery that other vets quoted at a much higher price. My dog feels comfortable with them more than any other place I've taken her in the past 6 years.

Lisa and Terry are so reassuring and positively the most helpful veterinary staff I have had the experience of working with since the good old days with Dr Ralph Malnou and staff at Countryside Vets. In MN.

Saved my dog last summer. Saved one of my cats a couple years ago. They are always polite, friendly and nice. Do a fine job with routine care, too.

Took our dog here yesterday morning to be spayed. She was a healthy 1 year old with no issues. Even had them run the extra blood test to be sure she was healthy. All came back well. Got a phone call 3 hrs later from the vet, who had zero compassion, telling me my dog died during operation. They had zero answers, no reason why. She just died. Will never take a pet here again.

We went to pick her up and there was zero empathy from anyone. Vet said they have no idea why she died and a tech tried to tell us she must have had a heart condition that isnt detectable. We are devastated. How does a healthy 1 year old dog die during a routine spaying surgery?

I brought my cat here to be spayed. I spent 130 dollars for the operation and picked her up the next day. Over the next week she became more and more aggravated and eventually it turned into me taking her back in to have her stitches checked out. They said she just had a small infection so they gave her a shot and sent her home with me with absolutely no instructions on what to watch out for or what to do if there was a problem.

In the next 24 hours after her shot she was barely moving and throwing up. I called the clinic again and they put me through to one of their technicians who told me this was normal and to call back in twenty four hours if it continued. Later that evening my cat had become completely unresponsive and wasn't moving and just staring and breathing heavy.

By the time I found a clinic to call for help my cat started flailing around and then she laid on her side and died on my kitchen floor. This clinic completely disregarded any concern I had that something was wrong with my cat and had they been more interested in the well being of my pet they would have noticed something else was wrong. I would not ever wish this kind of treatment to anyone's pet under any circumstances and thanks to them my cat who was just over a year old is no longer with me. I'm disgusted with the service here and hurt by their lack of responsibility and care.

The registration staff were easy to work with and very friendly. Our dogs, for the first time in their lives, were not fearful of the vet techs that in my impression liked all animals. The Vet Techs kept us up to date and were very personable and friendly. Dr. Clement is extremely knowledgeable, gave me information, that I, as a former step down Cardiac Nurse, was able to make a logical decision to help one of my Chihuahuas, who is 13 years old, to help make his life easler, and more than likely to prolong his life.

I did ask Dr. Clement if Max was in Heart Failure and that I did not use Dr. Google. I explained my background, he smiled and said yes. I told him I didn't want to know what stage, and wanted him to know Max, although overweight, had lost half of his body weight, which surprised me since he has Cushings and cannot afford the $90.00 to $100.00 cost for the medication. Dr. Clement took all of this into consideration and agreed with us.
