Our non-profit made an order for a fecal float solution, the company rated the order fraudulent, they called me, verified the info over the phone (addresses, credit card etc.) and then decided to cancel my order and were super rude about it and told us "you can order it somewhere else" over the phone. Well, we will. And I hope all your other customers will too. Such customer service has no place in the world.

Website ordering did not work correctly so I called them to place an order for Accel. They were very helpful and I received it the next day.
