I took my German Shepard in because he has something going on with his eye. This was his first time there and I loved them. They were very good with my dog and complemented him on being such a good boy! They gave me a prompt diagnosis and what the next steps were. I was nervous about cost of the visit and medicine because I have heard horror stories of costly vets. But they have very reasonable prices so that eased my mind and this will be my dogs forever hospital from now on!

I love this vet. I've been bringing my dogs here for over 10 years and they always provide great care for my pets. I recently brought Fergie in for vaccines and I appreciate the way they've adjusted their service to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. Their quality of care is much appreciated by me and I will always bring my pets here!

The doctors and staff are excellent. Recently I adopted a new dog shortly before the pandemic hit. Changes were made to protect the pets, customers and staff. I am able to get the care and grooming I needed. While this note is late, I had a beloved pet beagle, Max. When he had a lump in his throat, he was immediately diagnosed and I was given referrals to specialist.
The same month my mother had a lump on her neck. Her doctor did a poor job and recommended that she take "lemon drops". it turns out both Max and my mother had cancer. Max survived and my mother did not.

I have been bringing my dogs to All Pets Medical for the past 3 1/2 years for a reason; quality of service and compassionate care. The staff is always professional and respectful. Dr. Mintzer is professional and really knowledgeable on the newest technologies of veterinary medicine. I wouldn't trust my pets to anyone else.

I brought me dog to have her ears cleaned due to an infection. They charged me almost $500. Had to bring her back in a week to have medication applied.,a nd was told they want to charge me again to clean her ears out. Unbelievable quality of workmanship, reliability and value. Beware and forewarned on bringing your loved ones here! I would have given 0 stars but that was not an option.

We live in Glendora but have been making the 20 minute drive to see Dr. Mintzer and his staff since 2007 when we got our first dog. The doctor, Cornell educated, has endless experience. Not only does he love his craft but he also cares about his patients. He is accurate with his diagnoses every time, and he offers options to reduce cost when possible.
In 2015 one of our Rotties had a toe amputation -- surgery done there -- due to cancer. To stabilize his leg, Dr. Minzer and his partner/surgeon, Dr. Beaglie designed a special "shoe" of sorts for my pup. It was a priceless act which was helpful and highly appreciated. It's acts like that which will keep us faithful customers.

I absolutely adore this vet and have overall extremely positive experiences with them. My siberian husky Shiloh has been a patient here since the beginning of 2017, 2 years now. Over time the vet techs and receptionist Angelica have developed a really great relationship and shown their admiration for Shiloh that always makes me feel great and appreciated!
I can certainly tell that Angelica and the vet techs are the utmost concerned for Shiloh’s best care. Me and Shiloh also underwent a very serious TLPO surgery with Dr. B that was very successful. It did come with complications because she had gotten infected from the plate, but once they took it out she has been brand new. Dr. Mintzer is also VERY knowledgeable and clearly shows an effort to learn the most vet science and info.
He always explains to me his thought process and the science behind why I brought Shiloh in. He also suggests several different options for treatment. I have not needed financial assistance, but I do know they provide opportunity for payment plans and $1 examinations! I have also boarded Shiloh here many times and gotten her groomed, which were great but I do take her other places for those things now and mostly use APMSC as a vet. Thank you so so much to the staff and doctors for showing Shiloh so much care and love, it warms my heart!

First time there. Very polite staff, they treated my cat with care. Dr. was very nice and sufficient with my CAT. They helped me with the medication I need for my cat. It is a very clean clinic. I appreciate their time for caring and treating my BELLY (MY CAT)

The Very Best: I am raising a puppy, Vida, for Guide Dogs of America. Dr. Beighlie is my vet of choice. Dr. B. always calms your dog down first. then looks the dog over carefully, he is efficent, courteous and really speaks "dog" well. The Dr. also charges reasonable fees for his services. I Thinks he is the very best.

Based on my experience when I brought my dog Jack here to get him neutered, I was thoroughly pleased with the process from start to finish, although I'd have to say that Jack probably wasn't as thrilled about it as I was.
First, they allowed me to drop off Jack before the office opened, which enabled me to still get to work on time. The office was very clean and inviting.
Second, the staff was friendly, good about answering questions, and great with follow up. I don't have a "third", other than to say that I am a satisfied customer!
