Had 2 cats neutered with this Company, I have been satisfied both times

The staff are what really makes the experience great. Waiting outside the building at the Greenville location was not as there was tons of broken glass everywhere and it was right on a road with no sidewalk.

Love them! Great prices, good job. I was very happy. I have referred so many people.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I brought my 7 month old her this past Wednesday. Today I had to bring her to the animal emergency room because she throwing up blood, had constant bloody diarrhea, and couldn't stop peeing herself. (She lost 6 pounds in 2.5 days) We ended up having to put our poor baby down. The doctor in the ER said she possibly had kidney problems before she was fixed that we didn't know about, she had a bunch of fluid in her abdomen, and was extremely bruised at the surgery site more than she should have been, she also start having head tremors which she never has had.

I called the doctor who fixed her and he said " I was kind of concerned about her kidneys before the procedure started but I thought it'd be ok" He had no sympathy for us whatsoever and if he had concerns he should've called us before instead of just risking it. They said she'd be done around 2:30 pm and that they'd text us saying she's ready. I got no call so at 3:48 pm I called and asked if she was done and they said "oh yeah she's done".

So we get there and they said she wasn't doing good at all and to just take her home so she sleeps. They told us nothing didn't give us any pain meds or even told us anything about concerns about her kidneys. Today my puppy died because of Spay Neuter Express.

We had a stray wander up and stay to have 5 kittens. We figure they will be great barn cats. I had two male kittens neutered at Greenville and they did marvelously. I'm taking 3 girls and their Mom to Lowell for their spay this week. They are wonderful and I would and will recommend their services to everyone.

Female cat decided to adopt us. Daughter worked at Petco. And had her vaccinated there. This place is very affordable. For having her spayed. She is doing fine and enjoys her new home.

I had my Great Dane neutered here. It was a quick and easy process, and affordable for a larger dog. They do not remove the sack, because that's a full blown surgery. All in all, very satisfied, clean incision and stitching.

I have used Spay Neuter Express several times over the years. I rescue a lot of cats and trap cats for spay/neuter. I am so thankful that we have them available in our community. The quality of care is always excellent.

I've had all 3 of my kitties fixed (spayed/neutered) here and they've always done a great job with them and my kitties have all been fine afterwards. I'd definitely recommend as it's affordable and great service. And when your animal is done and you pick them up, they give you aftercare instructions and make sure you know what to expect after taking them home.

Excellent choice and so reasonable! On line scheduling is great. I was nervous (like any pup parent) but the service was great with nice experienced staff who did an excellent job with my boy. He healed up fast. Thank you!

I had male 4 cats fixed there yesterday. The price made it affordable. When I picked up my cats I was told that they were justt waking up and told I had to wait longer. They said it sometimes takes longer with the big boys. I was eventually allowed to take them, but they were still asleep. I kept them in the cages till 8 pm and they were sstill wobbly then. I think they must way over do the anesthesia.

Fast convenient and a great easy to get the basics done with your pets without having to pay HUGE vet bills. But you bet what you pay for, they hand you records when you get your animal back, if you lose them it's HARD (if not impossible) to get ther information again. But the lack of "overhead costs" is what saved you ther money.

My cat was neutered, rabies and distemper for around $95.00 dollars last Monday. I can't express enough how satisfied I am with their services. My cat is doing great and so is my budget. Very easy to drop off your pet and pick them up in the afternoon. I highly recommend their services. They are so affordable therefore they are also a great contribution to stopping the overpopulation of cats and dogs.

They were wonderful with both of my female cats. they were very informative of all you needed to know as well. they were actually fast to get in and out of too. I would definitely do future procedures with them.

We drove from Battle Creek since not one clinic could do the spay unless it was to clip the ear half off & 3 months out. They texted us appt. Reminder, location it was smooth sailing, never has another vet ever offered as much post care. Look no further. Plus I overheard the male vet did humanitarian work all over the world.

So many mixed feelings on this review. I'll start with the positive, and you can skip the sad part at the end. The prices are very reasonable, you can schedule an appointment online, and there are a lot of different locations to meet. I called the day before to confirm my appointment, and they gave me instructions to bring my cat, Joseph. When we arrived, we had no idea where to go.

No signs, nothing. There was a bus out by the mall, so we waited there while I called someone. Finally we found out they were inside the mall, tucked way back. When we went in, it was a bit chaotic. There were dogs everywhere, since check-in is done all at once. We filled out the paperwork and I handed the carrier over to the tech. She was very friendly, and spoke softly to Joseph to calm him down.

A few hours later, I got a call that Joseph had died during the surgery. I started crying, and gave the phone to my friend who was driving me. She asked if we could come get him, and we were told to come pick him up at the normal time. Once we arrived, everyone was standing around waiting to be let back into the area. The vet finally came out and opened the doors, and once he saw me crying he took me aside and brought me to the bus where Joseph was in his carrier.

He said he had no idea how it happened, and he was sorry, and he left. One of the techs gave me his collar, a refund, and asked if she could call me in a few days. She ended up giving me one of her rescued cats, who has now been with me for a year. I adore him, but I still miss Joseph greatly. Overall, I think there are better places to take your pet than something with the word "Express" in the title.

I knocked off a star because of the way Dr. Langlois treated me, I was just another number to get through. I would rather pay a little more and have someone pretend to care that my pet just died.

All three of my dogs have gone here to be fixed. No issues whatsoever, one dog had licking issues but they called medicine in as soon as I called and took care of the problem.

They are only way i could afford to keep my kittens.got two cats spayed cheaper than my vet wanted for one...these people are very dedicated to offering good quality care at afordable prices.

All four of my cats fixed, vaccinated and very well carred for by these professionals. And all foot added up to equal the same $$$ I would have spent for fixing one cat at our local vet. I am a vet happy believer

I took my dog here to get fixed after she had an accidental litter. The staff was so friendly. They let me know how she was doing, and kept me updated. They went above and beyond with that process for my girl. I also got all 10 of her puppies their first round of shots and first round of dewormings for very cheap. I would definitely trust them with your animals! They love what they do, and that makes it better for everyone else.
