We liked the staff at White Oaks, but they've become so busy that they couldn't get my pups in for anything, even routine checkups. If there were an emergency I would be more than happy to take my dog to an emergency vet because I know White Oaks is probably not equipped to handle emergencies, but when my dog had a bad ear infection they told me it would be 3 weeks before I could bring her in.
She was absolutely miserable and I knew that was too long to wait. I (politely) told the receptionist we would be finding a new vet and she said "wait just a second" and came back two minutes later telling me she found an opening and I could bring her in that afternoon. Why wasn't that offered to me initially? We were never unsatisfied with the care our pets received but not being able to get our dogs seen in a timely manner was unacceptable to us.

I've been bringing my two dogs to White Oaks for over 11 years. They have had regular check-ups, all of their vaccines, heart guard and teeth cleaning at White Oaks. I also buy their flea and tick medicine from them. This week I called to make an appointment for our new puppy. They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks. Obviously, anyone who is a dog lover knows this is an unacceptable time frame for a new puppy. However, I own my own business so I understand scheduling can sometimes be difficult.
My main issue was the absolute and complete rudeness of the woman who answered the phone. She basically hung-up on me! All of that after 11 years of loyalty not to mention money spent here. I called another vet and will never be going back. If you love your animals, find a place that cares as much as you do! ( I think there is a previous review basically echoing mine)

I tried to get medication for my pet from another source which required White Oaks approval for a med they furnished my fog. Their customer service is so bad that a 1 star rating is much to high. My daughter also had an emergency with their pet and were told come back in 3 weeks. Never again will I bother them!

Can't say 1 good thing about this place. The ladies in front are nothing but rude. Won't even say hi. Ever. They give false info. Try to discuss your animals outside of the room. Get an attitude when you are worried about your animal. And I have 5 dogs and three cats. The most heartless vet I have ever been to. As I have met with every single doctor there. Highly suggest not to go to this vet.

Great staff & employees who genuinely care about pets. Have taken my dogs & cats here since 2010. They take their time to get a good diagnosis of you dog or cat; tell you about treatment options. Most important to me, they treat your animals & pets as though they were their own.
Trusted veterinary clinic with second-to-none service you'll find anywhere.

We love 2 out of 4 of the vets! They do an amazing job! And the woman we like are extremely sweet. But.the front desk lady's are not very pleasant at all. they have zero personally. When you walk in your lucky if they even say hi or how are you. it's very disappointing. Customer service is very important. We are now switching vets just because they are not friendly to anyone. So sad that a great company doesn't care about how they respond to their customers.

Very friendly and caring place to take your beloved family pets. They really care and it shows. Several years ago when one of my cats died they sent a sympathy card, seriously, that was so kind and thoughtful. They are just a tad bit more expensive than the vets in town, but the convenience is worth it to me. Highly recommended.

Great experience! The doctor was so incredibly knowledgeable & gave us so many options for the issues we were facing. I felt like she wasn't just trying to sell us on the most expensive option, or the one most people pick. She listened to us, asked a lot of questions, and gave us plenty of options. They are very focused on preserving the lifetime of your pet through preventative care.
So much so that they have signs everywhere about heartworm prevention, obesity prevention, etc. They even have a live heart from a German Shephard who passed away due to heart worm in their front desk. Gross, but I get their point. It was effective. This will be our longtime vet. As long as that doctor stays with the business!
