My parents been going here for around 7 years now to treat the cat and dog our cat "ace" was limping one day my dad called to make an opponent for him and they said " go somewhere else " seriously talk about bad customer service all that time and money paid was like it meant nothing to them I don't know what crawled up there a*s besides being disrespectful to a good paying customer buts its upsetting they never called or apologized for their actions so if your looking for a good animal doctor its best to look somewhere else

I love this clinic! Dr P and her vet team are top notch! They did such a wonderful job with my angry kitty, I was so impressed. I will defiantly be bringing both of my pets here because I know they will be in good hands. Thank you! You have a wonderful team

I brought my 3 dogs to them for everything. Thousands of $$ spent. My one dog had a small emergency and just asked them to take a quick look at her. No, sorry we can't help you today. But we can see her tomorrow, but it'll be an extra $89 fee. They are useless and have no respect for loyal clients. UPDATE: In answer to your response my last name starts with MAVR.

Look it up. Yes, I was offered one for the following day for "urgent care".at an extra cost of $89. Why the surcharge if you offer urgent care appointments? I can fully afford to pay whatever price, but that's just SLEEZY business. If whoever answered the phone would tell you the truth, all I asked for was a quick look to make sure my dog wasn't in pain.

She got what looked like an abscess overnight on her jaw and I wanted to make sure it wasn't a bad tooth. Another local vet took us in, took a quick look and gave me an answer in 2 minutes. That's all I wanted. As it turns out it was a blocked salivary gland that could have waited. So sorry to have supported your business since we moved into the neighborhood.

We've been customers of Paws and Claws for many years, with all kinds of pets, and we've never been disappointed with the level of love and care they give. Absolutely proud to leave a five-star review, they've EARNED it!

Really liked this place. Check in from car but let me go in with my animal. Didn't wait. Vet came right in. Fast thorough and not costly.

I received three medications which caused problems for me and my dog over a two year period. One which caused my dog to have seizure symptoms, a vaccination which caused my 12 pound dog to have a permanent sized lump the size of an olive on the sight of the shot forever, and then they sold me an ineffective flea treatment which after two weeks, my dog and I were being bitten by fleas.

The worst thing was that they said they cancelled my association with them in October. I had two interactions with them since October where they were very helpful. It wasn't until I called them for a simple question about Heart gaurd, that a very rude technician who wouldn''t even answer the question said that she refused to talk to me because my service had been cancelled in October.

It took several calls to the office manager to call me back and wouldn't even spend a few minutes with me, kept talking over me. She lied about what she said she had told me, when I said I was not notified of cancellation she said she would send me a letter, five months after I had supposedly been cancelled by them which is a lie. I am glad to be rid of them, they have poor quality medicines, and I couldn't believe how unprofessionally I was cancelled. They are a bunch of jerks!

I've seen many veterinarians and taken my pets to numerous clinics over the years, but none compare to the care my pets and myself have been given here. It's been a tremendous blessing to have such knowledgeable & highly qualified care over the last 11 years. I highly recommend the doctors here.

You have to park and call. Someone escorts you in. Door is kept locked it felt very strange. Love our doctor though. COVID rules seem excessive to me

We have gone to claws paws for 5 years. I don't what has happened with the staff but they have become extremely rude and it is as if we are a chore to deal with. I am extremely happy to say we are leaving this facility. The doctors do an exceptional job but service is what sells business. I am not telling anyone to not try this place. I just believe that the receptionist need to learn how to talk to customers and not make us feel as if we are worthless. ***This is strictly for the Vancouver Location.***

I called today 10/8 for an appointment to get my dog. She told me she couldn't see me until December but there December calendar isn't open so I would have to call back. We are new to the area and our neighbors gave us the referral and said great things about this clinic. Good thing my dog isn't dying because they don't care if he was.

So far so good. Have only had 1 appointment with them so far (During Quarantine). Took almost 45 days for the appointment, but I understand times were a little tough. They were very polite and professional and pricing was decent.

Just took our pup here to get neutered and they did a great job. He wasn't in pain. The stitches can't be seen and will dissolve. No need for a return visit unless there is a problem. Great care at reasonable prices!

Kind, compassionate and efficient care. These folks go well beyond expectations. Our old dog had a bad last year. The staff always handled him gently. When our doggie died, they honored the dog he was by letting us know why he had been special. His vet put in long days, but when an after hours phone consult was needed she never made me feel rushed. I believe that our vet and the staff really cared for our dog.

Too my cat in for a wellness exam and shots. They picked up my cat outside in my carrier and delivered back the same way. Quite professional in both vet service and Covid-19 protocol. They said no shots needed and good overall health. I knew about her early stage kidney problems but they said it was not as serious as I had imagined. Suggested special kidney diet and check back in six months.

Even though I wasn't able to see the vet in person, she did call back several times with exam and lab results. Very cordial and professional. I'm quite satisfied and will return and will recommend them to anyone.

We've been going there for years and my Duncan has always loved them. Highly recommended

The receptionists are so friendly and professional and the vets as well as their technicians are the best pet care givers I have ever seen. My dogs love them all too

My kitty hates other people. She hates crates, cars, dogs and new experiences. So taking her in for a check up doesn’t happen often. Thankfully she’s very healthy! We went in yesterday because she’s been a lot more vocal than normal and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. The staff and doctor are definitely animal folks. She was calm and allowed them to do all the checks with no complaints or stress.

This is not her usual reaction to these visits. I was also impressed that they didn’t pressure me to give her vaccines or to buy a bunch of products or packages. They just cared about my kitty’s health and respected my wishes. This was a very welcomed change after years of interacting with terrible vets. I definitely recommend them!

They were very polite, respectful and helpful not only with our situation but with my two children also thank you! you guys were great!

Vets go above and beyond. Had blood work done on my senior cat in the afternoon on a Friday and got a call back with results around 8pm. Luxy was diagnosed with hyperthyroid and has responded very well to treatment. Was able to pick up meds first thing Saturday morning. Thank you to the wonderful staff for your stellar attention and help.

Quality Care and Compassion from the entire staff. We’ve been coming to Paws and Claws Pet Medical Center for over 20 years. Until the recent passing of our almost 9-year-old bunny, and although we had moved an hour away, we still came to Paws and Claws Pet Medical Center. Wouldn’t trust our FurBabies with anyone else.

Thank you Paws & Claws! Dr. Huntsinger and staff really helped me and showed me support as I had to staff goodbye to my sweet cat Cheech. It was a very tough night for me and I couldn't have done it without them being so loving.

We absolutely love Dr. Pollock. She goes above and beyond and really cares for our pets. I recommend her to everyone I know!

Dr. Pollock and her team made the impossible to ensure my pet bird could travel down to Argentina. International bird import/export is very complicated but they helped me through the entire process to make sure my pet bird was healthy, and that all the paperwork was in compliance with USDA and international regulations. Very caring professionals. I'm very grateful, and I highly recommend them.
