Unbelievably compassionate and so caring about my dog when they get the nervous Nellie's as soon they step in any vet. The especially like the good dog cookies! I just wanted to add that my last do Dolly was my mother's after my father passed 16mths prior. It was SO hard and yet had to be done. It was about 1wk or two later I got a HANDWRITTEN card expressing her condolences. Answer this: when's the last time a Dr RETURNED your call. That blew my mind and obviously it's the reason I travel an hour to see them! Hope this helps everybody

Got me in last minute and treated my dog with so much care. He behaved well because the doctor and her assistant were so kind to him. Thank you so much, definitely coming back for regular check ups and other care as needed.

I had to put my 17 year old dog down. Methuen Veterinary Hospital was so nice and understanding about what I was going through. They gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye to my Leah. I will forget it.

They were great for years, but didn't respond to my calls and messages on the last few occasions I needed something. I found a new vet that is able to treat my energetic dog without full restraint, and we're much happier with our veterinary service now.

This is my first time I take my dog to have annual Checkup. The doctor is seem really nice. However, she did not give a thorough check up for my husky. She didn't check her ears and paws. She also didn't cut my dog's nails even they are very long. I came back to a different day to ask them to cut the nails for her, they said they are very busy and no one is available for that. This is gonna be my last time ever in this place.

Everyone at the front desk is friendly and helpful, all the Veterinary Technicians are knowledgeable and great with the "patients", and Dr. Suzanne Kane really knows her stuff, is patient with worried "parents", shares her knowledge about every situation/condition in an informed understandable way, but doesn't talk down to you in the process. Been taking my dogs to MVH for 18 years.

My first dog Murphy, who I had since 10 weeks old, was under Dr. Kane's care to oversee his Spindle Cell Carcinoma (in conjunction with New England Veterinary Oncology Group in Waltham - also great). She performed the surgery to remove the tumor and Murphy lived another 2 years cancer free (ultimately and sadly had to be put to sleep for another condition). I strongly recommend everyone in Merrimack Valley to bring their 4 legged kids to Methuen Veterinary Hospital!

Methuen Veterinary Hospital is the kind of place where when you walk in the door, they remember your pet's name and greet them warmly. The staff is helpful and friendly, and we have had great experiences there.

ThquWell, I have been bringing my dog J here for his 10 years of life. I was loving it, but his daddy thought better, Bulgers!it didn't take him long to realize the difference. All the staff are caring they are very personable, so important to me that I know they are invested, especially when it's time for nail trim

We have been taking our pets to Methuen Veterinary Hospital since 2009 when we moved back in the area. Not only are the Vets the greatest as well as the techs and office staff, they also make each patient feel comfortable as well as the owners. Everyone is personable, courteous, helpful and spends time answering any and all questions. They also make special arrangements for those dogs like ours who get stressed at seeing other dogs by using the back door, which we are very grateful for. Methuen Veterinary Hospital gets 10 stars!

Staff is great, they quickly and correctly diagnosed my dog with Lyme Disease, getting her the treatment she needed and back to her normal self. We used to bring our cats here as well, will keep going to them as long as we have pets.

I've been taking my pets there for several years, on recommendation of a relative. I have been extremely pleased with the care my pets receive and the caring they give to me also. There isn't much staff turnover, so I get to see the same doctors and staff, and they treat us like family. Everyone is very friendly, and you can tell they love what they do.

They go above and beyond with follow up calls, and the doctors return my calls, even after hours. When my pet was sent to a specialist for care, they still kept up with what was going on, answered my questions, and helped me make decisions. I strongly recommend you give them a try.

The doctors, nurses, and staff here are just fantastic. My cat Skunky had lost a bit of weight, so we brought her to Dr. Fogelson who is wonderful. She explained everything so thoroughly, we always understood what was going on and the next steps with Skunky's illness. They have always been available to answer questions, refill medications, and squeeze her in for a check up if needed.

The really made treating a chronic illness as stress free as possible. Everyone there has always gone above and beyond, (even making sure we always had a clean towel/carrier after skunk would inevitably vomit in it) and I am so grateful for their care! I absolutely would recommend this hospital to anyone!

All the vets and techs are amazing and you can tell they truly love animals and making sure their cared for. They always spend a few minutes giving loves and snuggles to the animals who come in, even hyper dogs like mine!
