I have a dog that's very nervous of the vets office and NOAH's, specifically Dr. Colgan's, whole 'No Fear' approach made this the best overall experience for everyone involved. She was friendly, patient, gentle with my pets, and educational/informative. I totally appreciate her and her whole staff.

We have had a lovely, thorough, thoughtful experience with Norwich Regional Animal Hospital. Everyone has taken care to get to know our pooch, taken time to make her comfortable, and made every effort to inform and involve us. Cannot recommend highly enough!

My 2 cats had the BEST new client visit. They were given time to check things out around the room before their exams and were treated with patience, gentleness and kindness by their new vet and new tech, as well as the receptionist who offered to help me get the 2 carriers back out to the car! The vet gave them their shots, checked them over carefully, trimmed their nails, and gave me valuable advice about weight mgmt. I am so pleased with this veterinary practice!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability I can't even express how terrible this place is. Horrific experience. This vet is as ignorant as she is judgmental and unhelpful. The visit was so bad that I had the fleeting thought that I should never adopt another animal again so I never have to deal with another vet like this as long as I live.

We bring our cat Squeaks here, and it is always a great experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and always provide the best care for our little tailless kitty.

Our senior dog, Chelsea, has been struggling for several months with various issues. Dr. Colgan went above and beyond to help her and help us understand the problems. Sadly, we had to put Chelsea down but Dr. Colgan and her staff helped our whole family through that process too. We are very happy to recommend Norwich Regional Animal Hospital to anyone.

I brought my cat there for the first time and had an amazing experience! It's was a quiet and stress free experience for my cat. The veterinary technicians and Veterinarian were all really welcoming and answered all my questions. They were also very responsive though email and by phone. I would recommend this animal clinic to anyone.

We just moved to the area and are so glad to have them. They were really patient with my cat who is timid and have even done check in calls to see how his behavior issues have changed. Really impressed so far and will be returning.

WOW. When my kitten needed a medical exam Norwich Regional Animal Hospital was able to fit her in the same day and I was able to register my cat as a new client over the phone. Little did I know that was only the start of my amazing experience. The staff was so friendly, informative, and thorough. They explained all their concerns, procedures, and treatment options. Also, they were very forward with their pricing and availability.

They even stayed open a little later to look after my kitten. Dr. Hazzard emailed me after hours the same night with her blood panel results. I'm so grateful for the NOAH team. A very stressful experience was greatly reduced by the care we were treated with. They have a lifelong customer and I will be recommending them to all my friends.

Our dog has been a patient at Norwich Regional Animal Hospital for 5 years. We trust the team, they respect and treat our dog with kindness and thoroughness. The support team is terrific. We love Heidi. The facility is always clean and the location is convenient. Whenever I need something like food, a rabies certificate or a vaccine verification they are very responsive. Last summer they treated our dog weekly and he was in great health by the end of the summer.

This vet practice is PHENOMENAL. So, Norwich Regional Animal Hospital is not my "everyday" vet. I actually only went there because I was having an emergency with my cat and my vet couldn't see me. That being said- I will probably move care for all of my pets exclusively to Norwich Regional Animal Hospital because they have been FANTASTIC. Not only did they squeeze me in when I needed someone to see my elderly cat- but they continued with her care- was very upfront with options- emailed me VERY quickly to answer questions and provide documented courses of treatment.

My cat is also very challenging and not very nice to strangers. Dr. Hazzard has been so GREAT with her which has made the frequent trips way less painful and stressful. I feel better after talking to Dr. Hazzard and am confident in her skills as she presents herself as knowledgeable and well read. Some folks have told me that this vet office is over priced.

I disagree. For the level of care and the opportunity to have a really compassionate and caring staff work with you and your fur baby- they are very reasonably priced. I again would recommend this office and am very thankful to have stumbled upon them.

The wonderful staff at Norwich Regional Animal Hospital has always treated us and our dogs with kindness, understanding and professionalism. We have used them as our vet in Vermont for a number of years. While we winter down in South Florida, we still rely on them for their expertise and commitment to caring for our animals. They cheerfully and expertly answer all our questions and support us across the miles. We are very thankful that they are so available to their patients no matter where we might be.

Everything about the visit was very professional and high quality. This was our first visit and the exam was very thorough. They had clearly reviewed our file before the visit and put together a comprehensive history, and during the visit they took extra time to listen to all of our questions and concerns, and fully explained the different treatment options.

Lab results came back very quickly, and not only was the full report sent directly to us, but they provided a clear breakdown of all the key factors. Dr. Hazzard seems like a vet who is very knowledgeable and dedicated to providing quality care.

We love NOAH. Dr. Lesser is a kind, compassionate, competent provider who takes the time to listen and provide quality care. Her staff are energetic and caring, and ensure that pet and parent alike have had their needs met and concerns heard. Whenever I bring my dog in, he's met with an enthusiastic greeting from everyone-- receptionist, technicians, and veterinarian! Dr. Lesser will often get on the floor with Bentley, which shows me that she understands how to earn a dog's trust and get them to cooperate.

The two times I've taken Bentley in for an un-well visit, staff have followed up with us the next day, either to deliver test results (all have been good!) or to check in to see how he's doing. That level of service makes NOAH stand out from other veterinarians we've seen in the past. I don't even think my own human PCP makes follow-up calls! It's also worth mentioning that the interior is beautiful and clean.

It's nice to wait and be seen in a comfortable environment-- especially when you're there because your pet is unwell-- and even when they're there for a routine checkup. All in all, I highly recommend NOAH. I only hope we can find a doctor as wonderful as Dr. Lesser when we move to our next state.

Dr. Lesser and her team have been so great to work with. The care and love they offer to my cat at every visit is top notch. Dr. Lesser is very knowledgable and compassionate - traits that we all want in a veterinarian. My cat is especially fond of her assistant Stephanie, and I think almost looks forward to seeing her. I would recommend NOAH very highly.
