Gave my dog 2 more vaccines than requested and he had a bad reaction. Didn't realize they gave him 4 vaccines in one day until the next day when he was a painful, swollen balloon. He was having a bad reaction, (he's never had them before). He had to return the next day for Epi-pen, steroids and antihistamines. They still charged me an office visit. Just saying, they should have cut me that break. It's been a month now and he's still not right. This is sad.

Dr. Baker and staff saved my day! I had just rescued a 3yo Aussie, 3 days previous. He had huge trust issues and was not ready to be touched by just anyone. He ended up having an ear infection. After my current vet left me in a lurch, Cary Grove got me in immediately. From the start, the phone attendant calmed me down and reassured me that they will work with me.
The front desk staff were aware we were arriving and had support staff out to help me get my mad doggo out of the car. The nurse was a super trooper in keeping my uncooperative doggo steady while Dr. Baker got swabs, then meds on board. I felt the pricing was reasonable and will be bringing my other doggo to see Dr. Baker. Thank you so much for turning a traumatic situation into a road to recovery for me and my doggo.

Just brought Spud & Sprout in for their first wellness visit and wow, what an incredible practice! Everyone is super friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable - plus it's such a nice facility and rates are very reasonable. We saw Dr. Baker and both pups loved her and the vet tech! We can tell they (and we) are in good hands and look forward to our good boys growing into big dogs here!

After our long-time vets retired, we were looking for a caring facility near our home. We are so glad we found Cary Grove Animal Hospital. As a first-time patient, I was very pleased with the prompt responses, super friendly staff, and thorough exam the doctor provided our dog. I appreciated the doctors taking the time to discuss pre and post-treatment for his surgery, and answer all my questions patiently. We are thrilled to have found a place to bring our four-legged family where they are truly cared about.

I am very happy with CG Animal Hospital. I have been bringing my dogs here for about 6 years after starting with another local provider and then a farther away clinic. CG Animal hospital is a perfect blend of great Doctos and Staff plus reasonable prices. Bonus. April in the front office makes us feel like family! Highly Recommend!

I have already recommended Cary Grove Animal Hospital to several friends. The staff was so welcoming and the vet tech that initially saw our dog was terrific. The vet, Dr. Quinn, was completely up to date on Augie's three year record from the previous vet, and very professional and friendly. She recommended a more extensive heartworm check which included three tests for tick related diseases.
As Augie had a previous tick related elevated titer when we adopted him I was relieved to have this option. She took her time and asked if I had any other worries or questions. I felt secure in our decision to choose this very well run practice.

I called to possibly schedule our dogs annual exam and several shots with them as we are new to the area and looking for a new Great Vet for our pup. The receptionist said that I can come in the building with my dog but not into the exam room, what. I said I am always present for exams and shots as he is a dog and cannot tell me that something went wrong. We are fully vaccinated and can they accommodate us? She said no. Great customer service.

I would give more stars if I could, the vet and everyone who works here deserves it. We received Sarah about five months ago needing to be rehomed. The moment we brought her home we knew that the vet records we received did not match up. We took her into Cary Grove Animal Hospital when we had confirmed our suspicions of her vet records. We were in the process of looking for a new vet anyway for our other dog, we didn't like the vet we were going to currently.
I was not going to take Sarah to a vet we didn't trust knowing we had no clue what we were in for. The moment we brought her in, everyone was welcoming and very kind and sweet. They treated Sarah like family. She had so much done the first day we had to split it up into two visits. We figured out she was heartworm positive, has two tumors that need to be removed, and she wasn't spayed.
I remember starting to cry when we figured out that Sarah was heartworm positive, we thought the worst but Dr. Quinn had and still is giving us so much hope that our new family member is going to be okay through these trails. (The records we received said she didn't have heartworm, only a lipoma that was noncancerous, and she was spayed.) For the five months we've had her and five months that they have worked with Sarah, we've seen amazing improvements in her health.
I think Dr. Quinn is amazing doctor, who has always taken my concerns into consideration and has helped us with everything all of our animals have needed. We have also had Dr. Levine, when we had an emergency with Sarah. Dr. Levine took her in immediately, stayed about 30 mins past close to figure out what was going on, and I know she also conducted Sarah's second heartworm treatment. Dr. Levine is caring, hardworking, and also an amazing doctor. Today is Sarah's last heartworm procedure and it is being conducted by Dr. Fritz, I know he is just as amazing as the other doctors.

Last week my husband and I had to make the very difficult decision to put our Boxer, Jack, down. Dr. Levine was so helpful, informative, supportive and kind. April and Shauna were so sweet and caring.. they kept bringing Jack yummy treats, (the strawberry ice cream was so tasty, he even got seconds!) and gave him so much love.. Thank you so much for making our last memories with our sweet boy ones of him smiling ear to ear. We have been bringing all of our fur-babies to CG Animal Hospital for years.. We always trust our babies in the hands of the staff here.

I cannot say enough about the staff here and Dr Fritz. We had our bunny Brutus in a couple weeks ago for a routine surgery that we all thought would be a breeze. Well numerous visits later and 10 days in a cone, we realized that was not the case with this stubborn bun! Everyone was more than accommodating and always willing to help our little bunny get better! We’re happy to say after 3 weeks Brutus is back to his happy lazy self!

Unfortunately last night I came home to find my sweet bunny eternally sleeping. I called the vet in the morning and I could feel their sympathy through the phone. The poor lady had to listen to me sob before I was able to get my words out. She listened and told me to take my time, then she was able to get me an appointment within the hour for my other bunny to get checked out.
As soon as I arrived they put me in a room and someone arrived promptly to help me through the process. Everyone was so kind, and quick (which I appreciated). They also gave me a clay mold of my bunny's paw. They told me that they usually do it for dogs and cats but they were willing to try it for my bunny. That small act of kindness really made this process easier on me.
I thought I would be leaving with nothing but my memories of my little guy, and having that little keepsake really comforted me. Every time I go to this vet they impress me even more. Everyone there is so kind, and I couldn't ask for a better place to take my little ones.

On October 25th my wife Anne and I had to make the decision no one ever wants to make. Our beloved best friend and family member who had been showing signs of discomfort was diagnosed with an unusual cancer in his anal area which could not be treated with any degree of success. With faced with the reality of his future comfort we made the decision to let him cross over the Rainbow Bridge to be with the other Pugs that had blessed us in the past.
The compassion shown by Dr. Fritz was beyond our expectations. He could have not expressed our options for Stanley any better without creating more pain than we already felt. We will be forever grateful for expertise and understanding he showed to us and more importantly to Stan. When the time comes for a new addition to our family rest assured one of the first visits he makes anywhere will be to Dr. Fritz and his wonderful staff.

Warm, friendly, inviting, and professional are just a few of the words to describe Cary Grove Animal Hospital. From the moment you walk in the door, to the moment you leave, you know the doctors and staff are willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure that you and your pet are treated with the utmost level of care. My dog has seen both Dr. Quinn and Dr. Fritz, and each time they see Ruby she is treated like one of their own pets. You can tell both doctors have a true passion for their line of work.
Cary Grove Animal Hospital is a fantastic place to take your beloved pets!

Love this place! My pets are my kids, love them and would do anything for them. I've honestly been bouncing around to different vets over the last few years in search of the right one. The vet I loved for years had retired. But I recently went in and saw Dr. Heidi Quinn. She is fabulous. She really impressed me and of course was so wonderful to my little guy.
I am so excited to finally have found a vet I can trust. Thank you Dr Heidi Quinn! I am also impressed how wonderful everyone of their staff treated us during out recent visits. From the front desk to the vet techs. They treat you like family, what more could you ask for?

Today we let our beloved Abbey cross over the rainbow bridge. After a last minute cancellation from pet loss at home, Dr. Fritz came to our rescue. Dr. Quinn picked her brain and the brain of her colleagues to find out what was wrong with our Abbey-it ended up being a tumor. They did everything they could to help us and have gone truly above and beyond for us and our Abbey. We are customers for life. All the staff are amazing and you can feel the compassion from the whole team.

Dr Fritz is the best.... My older dog has had a lot in the last year, and he saved her life. She has monthly check ups and never even hesitates walking in, she loves everyone there and loves Dr. Fritz. The staff is SO amazing. Everyone is SO nice and so accommodating. Love this place. I will be bringing all my animals here as long as he's/they are all around!!! (We've had Dr. Quinn as well, also amazing)!

The best animal hospital in the Cary/FRG area! My poor dog suffered almost a year with a wound that would not heal, my former vets gave me antibiotics, and sent me home with instructions to keep her away from it and no e collar. On my first visit to Cary Grove Animal Hospital, her emotional issues were diagnosed (former vets did not give any credence to her comfort licking because her brother died and her routine changed) I was given a e collar that actually fit, and within a day she stopped the separation anxiety, and other behaviour changes. She did ultimately have her toe amputated and every member of staff were so caring during a high stress time. I cannot say enough good things about this practice!
