I had to bring my dog Pua to REACH on an emergency basis. The nurses and doctors showed nothing but compassion starting with my frantic phone call. The protocol they have in place because of COVID is excellent and well thought out. I feel blessed to have such a team in my community. Thank you all for your dedication.

Our beloved Jera presented with symptoms of GDV. We called in prior to arrival and were met with immediate response. Jera was in acute distress and also developed a severe heart murmur due to her condition. The preoperative diagnosis and procedure were discussed with us in detail including risks, and she was rushed into surgery. The surgeon performed a gastropexy and splenectomy on Jera and saved her life. Postoperatively she developed more problems including a heart arrhythmia, anemia, low protein levels and the outcome did not look positive.

The surgical care team took immediate action and implemented a plan to reverse her problems. This was in no way a routine case. It was incredibly stressful for this team but they did not give up. Their love, education and experience prevailed and Jera made a complete recovery. These incredible people are totally responsible for the life of Jera. They are responsible for us to see her enjoying life and being with us today.

We are forever grateful for everyone at REACH that cared for Jera and touched our hearts. The surgical team and all supportive staff delivered the best holiday we have ever experienced. They did not give up, they did not rest and they loved her. Our deep appreciation is forever with this incredible staff.

Staff was warm and friendly... they took exceptional care of Libby. They explained everything at each step of the process. The Vet was warm and kind and took the time to discuss the possibilities and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Reach Veterinary!

Our cat, Tom Tom was badly injured just before Memorial Day. I called in before arriving and was given excellent triage advice and upon arrival Tom Tom was immediately taken to receive care. The techs and vet were absolutely amazing, professional and very well organized. Tom Tom didn’t make it however we feel so blessed to have Reach and their staff available in critical situations like this one. Thank You Reach !

The staff, surgeon, and Dr. Wetzel and Dr. Bentley were incredible. The were all compassionate and kind. They weren't frustrated when I called every 2 hours to check in our sweet boy. We greatly appreciate their honesty and bedside manner above everything else. They made us and our sweet baby Kai, very comfortable as he went to sleep for the last time. Thank you from the bottom of our broken hearts for making his time with REACH comfortable.

The staff here are so very kind and understanding. They empathize and provide comfort but do not sugar coat which I really appreciate. They are welcoming where other veterinary practices were not. I will be forever grateful for how kind they were to me and how gently they helped my baby cross over. Thank you.
