First of all I have to say that this clinic gives the best of the service as mentioned in the name
My Rocky the German shepherd could not walk while he was at the beach
Immediately I took him to this clinic and they gave a comprehensive check-up and tests as well they gave a value for service
And the doctor and the staff were very friendly with the pet and kind
They immediately diagnosed the issue and it was a urine infection and gave the medicine
The special thing was the after treatment, surprisingly the doctor gave two calls to check on the status of my Rocky that is impressive thank you very much for your kind service
I highly recommend this institute

Avoid this place at all costs!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place cannot be trusted with your animal. My dog has been groomed here a few times and in 3 separate instances, he was nicked. Now - I understand sometimes things happen, but this last time he suffered severe razor burn to the point that he was limping, and the groomer AND doctor tried to cover it up and claim he was already injured when he came in.

We also know they tried to cover it up by putting glue on the wound. When we requested him to be seen by the doctor, they wanted us to pay for treatment from a mistake their employee made! We ended up taking our dog to our usual vet because we did not trust them, and it was confirmed that he suffered razor burn. Again - I understand things happen sometimes, but the fact that they tried to cover it up, blame us for the injury (like we would not know if our own pet was injured) and then charge us for an exam due to something they caused - is extremely unacceptable and shows they cannot be trusted to actually care for your pet.

No accountability whatsoever. They also used to try to get people to sign a form after their pet was groomed but BEFORE they were able to see them, to confirm nothing was wrong with the pet. Very sketchy and I think there have been many complaints in the past. The complete irony of their name being "Best Care." Do not trust these people.

Amazing vet. I wish they had boarding for larger animals. Aside from that, good pricing and great service.

They seem to genuinely care about the animals and I'm aways satisfied with their service and price's.

Best Care has taken care of my pets since I moved here in 2017. They are very capable, kind and cost effective. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Best Care provided excellent treatment for my cat's grooming difficulties. Twinkles was hostile to grooming efforts so sedated treatment was the remedy. Twinkles is much happier now and makes quite the fashion statement - an unexpected bonus.

Ladies at the hospital were really nice and handled Niko with care. The doctor was very professional and thurrow with his diagnosis and explained everything clearly.

The doctor seemed to care about me and my dogs and they were reasonable priced

This is the best vet/grooming ever, they are so professional and caring once you step foot in there, I felt so comfortable leaving my Persian in their care. My baby is happy I am happy. I have found my long term vet.

Have taken my Yorkie to Best Care Animal Hospital twice. He has anxiety and trust issues with strangers. He has been to several groomers and Vets in Harris County for the last 4 years. None were able to groom him and labeled him aggressive. He was partially groomed at times and sent home w/o complete grooming but we were charged for entire services.

With all this said. My husband who cuts his own hair bought clippers did not know how to use them and ended up having to scissor cut which was not too appealing. I located Best Care Animal Hospital in Oct 2021 and was assured by staff member that my pet's needs could be met and he would be treated well. The first time our Yorkie was sedated because of anxiety, nervousness and of course the aggression. Services received were excellent.

I was very satisfied with the services and the way he responded to me and the staff. The second time (last week) the Vet advised that sedation would be used if necessary. It was not needed and our Yorkie received full services with no problems. I could detect his calmness after entering. The staff are amazing, friendly and take time to speak with you about your concerns and to interact with your pet. The groomer is patient and works at gaining the pet's trust. I am so pleased and I know our Yorkie is as well!

They gave me a quote on a tail docking/neuter for $475, I explained to the woman on the phone that we just want the tail docking and she assured us that was no problem. Then when I showed up first thing the next morning the nurse told me that quote was only for the both procedures and that the tail docking alone would be more than $600 but she would need to send a new quote for the $600. Needless to say they were a total waste of my time and was late to work for no reason. UPDATE: They reached back out to me with a new and much cheaper price. They apologized for any inconvenience and my puppy was able to have his surgery. So refreshing to see a company actually make a effort to do right by their customers.

The staff is sweet and I appreciate that, but I've had to take both my adult cat and now my kitten to the ER vet for upper respiratory infections after visiting this place and them receiving their booster shots. My dad also told me they had a dog get sick after going here also.

I brought my 12 year old Rottie that I have had for 10 years after making the difficult decision to euthanize him so he would not longer suffer with this difficulty walking. The doctor examined him, diagnosed a torn crucial ligament and arthritis. After the exam the doctor left the room and vet tech came back in with about $700 of blood work etc recommended I asked to just euthanize which is why I made appointment. Was told doctor was busy for the next hour in an meeting and no one was available to see me.

I am very frustrated. Left having to get my aged dog back into the car on my own. He is home now and refusing to walk. Calling an in home euthanasia instead. Surprised by how this vet has changed.

I have being in many places but this one is the best. They took care of my puppy like was theirs. Doctor speak with directly. You feel at home. Very professional. They really cares. I will recommend with my eyes close. If they have 10 star I will give it to this group. Awesome.

If I could give this place less then one star I would. I don't even think they deserve one star. This place took my baby and said they would take car of him and they did not. My poor cat was in pain after, wouldn't let us touch him, didn't eat for a whole week! Come to figure that he had scratches/ cuts all over his left side. God knows how they treated him.

Just to give him a simple grooming, they told me they had to put him under and I was iffy about it. But then I'm like okay. I know he gets scared, but they did not take care of him at all. I even called them and they said they can't do anything. Definitely not professional! Like this is their fault. They won't even see him again to see the cuts and scratches they did to him!

Then they won't even give him any ointment or anything to help him! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE! I can't believe they have 4+ rating. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH. our babies our voiceless. They can't tell us what's wrong. We need to be more careful! Reading more into the reviews I read that so many peoples babies DIED. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BABIES!

I have been taking my dogs to see Dr. Eduardo Jimenez, for almost14 years. Last visit was 10/6/21 yesterday. He is the best treated my little doxie for allergies. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer all questions. His staff is also nice and very professional. I give them 10 stars if I could

I had 1 of my best experiences I have ever had at any vet. My dog just needed a quick check up. Usually vets try to sell you more products for your pet but Dr. Jimenez is a very honest and professional veterinarian. I will definitely come back. His staff also is top notched!

Dr. Jimenez is a wonderful doctor to both my pets. I have taken both my puppies in to see him and I can't express how amazing the experience was for both my puppies and I. He is professional, knowledgeable and truly loves animals! Great place for your pets. Recommend 100 %

Definitely recommend. I've been here on 3 occasions now and each time have had a great experience. All of the staff are very friendly and polite and the vet does an amazing job of explaining everything in detail to you concerning your pets issues. It's easy to get appointments, even on the same day, and the prices are so much more reasonable and fair compared to many other animal clinics. I will continue bringing my pets here!

Great care and attention, I'd gone to another vet first and was not satisfied with them. Best Care went above and beyond in explaining things, which for me makes a big difference. Prices were better than expected.

Love the people that work here always know my cat is in good hands so glad I found this place.

What an amazing place to bring my dog.she gets so excited when we turn into the parking lot it's hilarious. Very Professional staff, knowledgeable and caring which is important because Lucy is family ( the dog ) I was helped by Megan who works in the front she was very helpful and respectful to my needs. Lucy loves her! 10 out of 10 Reasonable pricing and professionalism plus one of the best Animal Doctors in Houston great combination.

We have our 3 dogs in their PMP plan and their amazing service and big heart have been everything we could have asked for, while dealing with different issues with our older dog!
Dr. Jimenez and the staff are awesome, they are always ready to help and explain everything in detail, so you can have peace of mind! On top of this, they have helped us with our rescues and fosters, Dr. Jimenez is always just a phone call away and never disappoints! I give them all the stars possible

Dr. Jimenez saved the lives of my puppies who were both diagnosed with Parvo at 7 weeks old, just days after we got them from a breeder. He brought them back to full health and continues to watch over them with great care. His staff is very professional and caring.

Best vet and techs EVER. Jimmy and Cody are rock stars! They love my dogs as much as I do. And Dr. J will NEVER try to sell you what you don’t need. They present all options and WE decide how to proceed. I love that! His prices are more than reasonable, too. I highly suggest the PMP- “insurance” type plan. It takes the financial worries out of caring for your pets! It’s hot in the office and sometimes the wait is long BUT it doesn’t matter to me a bit because I’ve been HAD by bad vets before. No worries here- EVER.

The Vet here is amazing! He tried to help one of our elderly dogs live a little longer and then when her time was up, he was so compassionate with us and he really helped us through the process....

for our other dog he gave her a thorough exam and went over every detail of her health! When it came time to remove decaying teeth he gave us a very fair price! He has a phenomenal monthly health plan for both cats and dogs, from babies to seniors!!! I really recommend his services!!!!

Dr. Jiménez treated my dog during his last months of his life. He went the extra mile to make sure my Willy had the best care possible given his difficult conditions. Even during the most difficult moment, he was always caring for my dog. A special word to one of his technicians, Tato. He is a loving human being. Thank you doctor Jimenez.
