I want to thank all the wonderful ladies and Dr. Smith. They have always loved and gone the extra mile to take care of Scooby for over 13 years. From multiple ear infections and hurting his hind legs.. I couldn't ask for such kindness. Thank you for helping us put him to rest and comforting us

I use to take my animals here years ago before a vet went up closer to me, they were always pretty good. I called in tears today not knowing what to do or where to go with my sick dog because no one was open expect them at the time. The lady on the phone was extremely rude to me, didn't have a care about me or my animal, and acted like I was inconveniencing her by calling to see if my dog could get in there. Will NEVER take any of my animals here again.

Used to use as my vet for horses, dogs and rabbits. Then my horse coliced and he wouldn't even come out to put him down. Very disappointing because he was the vet for that whole horses life. Why advertise you do emergency calls when you don't.

I wanted to take a minute to thank the doctor and staff for all that they have done for me and my pets. They really are a class act! I do advocate for my pets. So, when I ask for details prior to any services and a cost break down. They are always happy to answer my questions. Again, thank you so much!

My parents took their dog here YEARS ago and they were fantastic, they were super understanding when we had to put him down and they made the process as easy as it could be given what it was. When I got my first dog I knew that I would take them there even though it's not as close as other vets. My dog is reactive to people and other dogs and they're really nice about it!

They made sure her annual check up was complete. I also take her to get her nails done and I probably always will if I can. I know that it's a luxury but they're really good with her AND the price truly isn't that bad!

Excellent service all around! Dr. Smith has the keen ability to recognize and resolve my dog's illnesses! The vet techs are very professional and smart handle my dogs with tender loving care!

I was quoted $ 44 for a wellness check and was charged $ 138. They did not disclose additional costs or get authorization beforehand. Totally unethical. Go elsewhere.

They always make time for questions when you call, and they truly care. I had a puppy with a sensitive tummy, and the squeezed me in as an emergency and continued to follow up on how she was doing.

Dr. Smith has wonderful caring staff. If you are looking for a friendly, well educated, with a family like atmosphere, this is the place to go.

My Rotti does not get along with other 4 legged fur babies so when I pulled into the parking lot I called to make sure there wasn’t any others in waiting room. The girls where very helpful as far as keeping her secluded. I love going to Dr Smith he and his staff are super nice and caring!

Dr Smith and his team are the best at what they do. My family has been to a few others in the region and we go to Smith for his genuine love of animals and his courteous staff. Do not let some of these unfounded, unprofessional reviews sway your decision. I could not be happier with my vet!

Dr. Smith and his staff are absolutely wonderful and amazing. I always feel very happy when I walk in and out of the clinic knowing that my dog is getting the best possible care ever. Dr. Smith and his staff always take time to explain everything to you in appointments and go over everything to make you feel comfortable. I never ever feel rushed when I am there.

well I have too many years and to any animals to count that have been taken care of by the Smith family . They have been there I'm good and bad times. Greeting our new puppy but most of all their through the worst times when we had to make the decision to let a precious pet go. The companion and time given to me will never be forgotten. You can say they held my hand when I felt I could not breathe with out a loved animal no I can say they held my heart. The care and respect myself and my pets get is so great.

I took my new adopted cat Ginger there and my boyfriend goes there with his dog Panda. The stuff is very nice and the Doc is very patience with all question I had for him.

I have been taking my furbabies to Smith Animal Clinic for 50 years. Dr Bruce Smith has been taking care of my babies for over 30 years. We have had good times and sad times. The staff is excellent with the customers and the animals. When you have the best, why go anywhere else!

We've been taking our dog here for a couple of years now and are very happy with this clinic. We had tried other vets in the area and had poor experiences, but this clinic has been excellent. The doctor takes the time to get to know his patients personally. Doc is also kind, gentle, and keeps our dog calm when he is giving shots or clipping nails. Good prices and great experience!

I have gone to Smith clinic for over 40 years. That have always treated my dogs with tender loving care. They have been there when I had to say goodbye to my furbabies. And when I have brought new furbabies home. I would not trust anyone but Dr. Smith and his staff.

We've taken our 2 senior cats and 2 dogs here for about 2 years. They've been incredibly accommodating especially with one older cat who often finds himself in critical health situations, even when that means last minute visits the same day. Two other vet practices missed accurate diagnoses for both of my senior cats which Smith caught and prevented more serious issues.

We've also boarded all 4 of our pets with them on many occasions and they've been happy little campers when we come home. I cannot say enough - I would absolutely recommend them.

The other day I had to take my cat in, she was 17 and in kidney failure. A few weeks ago she was given 2 injections to see if it would help, it didn't. My family was a wreck, it was awful. It was hard but the compassion and kindness at the vet's office really helped us. They were so wonderful. The doctor was amazing, he just said it's time, where other vet's pbly would have ordered more tests and charged me hundreds of dollars, he didn't. I respect that. Thank you so much for everything.

Smith Animal Clinic is wonderful. I've been taking my spirited beasts there since we moved here in 2010. My dog is.ahem.a bit of a handful. He's friendly, and happy, and 70 lbs of unbridled love. The entire staff has never once rolled their eyes when they see George trooping through the door. They treat me as nicely as they do my pets and I adore them for it.

This is a wonderful place. My dog had kidney stones and Dr. Smith was able to diagnose it and give us special food to dissolve the stones with no surgery. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Smith is wonderful. He really knows his stuff, and when we had a more serious problem with our other dog, he was able to refer us to a specialist who was able to save his vision.

We love our dogs like children, so it is very important for us to have a caring vet. This is a very nice place. My only criticism is I wish they would spend a little more time explaining medications and the possible reactions I should expect from my dog. However, the few times I have had questions, I've been able to call and get an answer right away. Great place!

Thank you for taking such good care of my Madison. She is my "heart" dog and holds a place never filled before, or never to be filled again. I brought you a friend I was afraid was saying goodbye, and I am more than grateful that you did not suggest to me it was time to let her go. I brought her home last night from your hospital, and she ate like a trooper and was happy to be back in her familiar places.

I am grateful you found the diagnosis so quickly that other places missed. I believe I have found the trust to take my Madison through the rest of her days, and I look forward to your care. I wouldn't trust my furbabies to anyone else! Caring and knowledgeable staff. Outstanding veterinarian. He may not be the least expensive in the area, but you get what you pay for.
