THEY KILLED MY DOG! Myexperience with this clinic is the stuff nightmares are made of. This is the hardest review I have ever had to write, but I feel it is also the most important so that what happened to me and my family doesn’t happen to anyone else. They destroyed my family.
On March 29, 2023, I took my 2 year old Corgi puppy here for a routine spay. This clinic is not my usual vet, but they offer a more affordable price for what I was told is a routine procedure. My dog was very healthy, but to be safe, I opted to have her blood tested to be sure she could handle the anesthesia. They did the test, confirmed she was good, and proceeded with the surgery. I had no idea that when I said goodbye to her that morning, it would be the last time I would see her alive.
She died in surgery with no explanation. What is worse is that they have made no attempt to give me any explanation. They have simply shrugged their shoulders, apologized, and sent me on my way. They would not perform a necropsy or make any other attempts to explain what happened. They have accepted accountability for the matter in that they refunded me the cost of the procedure and the cost of the dog. But neither of those things will bring back my dog. I feel that they are hiding or don’t want to admit to their negligence. Money will never give me or my family back our beloved dog. Me, my family, and my other dog are devastated. We will never be the same after this.
Through all of the grief counseling I am currently in, I know that step one on the road to recovery is forgiveness. I have forgiven this doctor but I would never forgive myself if I didn’t tell my story and this happened to someone else. I will never get over the guilt, regret, or sorrow I am experiencing as a result of taking my dog to this clinic. I would never take an animal that I loved to this clinic. NEVER.

Blue boy got his neuter and he's doing amazing so far they're great here so friendly and welcoming very busy too so they're doing something right!

A very efficient and friendly staff. I was totally impressed by how quickly my sick cat was diagnosed and prescribed treatment. They also called to check up on her well-being the following day. They were recommended to me and I would definitely recommend them to my pet owner friends.

We have been coming to Dr. K for 15 years. He is the best vet ever. Truly a talented and amazing kind person and his staff is also very knowledgeable and very caring. The process is always smooth here, they always give the best care possible, good information, and extremely honest and fair.
We have brought both cats and dogs here, over the last 15 years - we've brought all four of our animals here, for everything from basic check ups to major surgeries, there is no one else we trust are animals with more than Dr. K. People need to remember that good things take time, and usually the staff is working there very best to get everybody in and out and seen by the doctor, so I wouldn't mind waiting 3 to 5 hours for a walk in/ emergency to have any of my animals seen by Dr. K knowing how honest and trustworthy he is. We have always been very happy here, as well as the fact that pricing is fair and honest as well.
So if you are in Orange County, looking for a vet, look no more the team here is A+, too notch & 10 out of 10.

Compassionate staff and doctors. They all seem to love animals. They are busy and popular for a reason, which is a good sign. Reasonable pricing compared to other vets I've been to. Happy with the care I received for my dogs.

I brought both my cats to this facility. The staff are patient, kind and passionate towards you and your fur loved one. The prices are affordable. I am taking my dogs here within the next few months to get fixed and finish their shots. If you are looking for a clean, caring place to bring your animals to for health care, I would highly recommend this establishment. Thanks Trinity Hospital for the love and compassion you have for all of the animals you work with!

Lovely experience, and remarkable pricing. Only suggestion I have is to let new clients make an appointment. I was told I could just "walk in" I showed up at 8:05, filled out the first time form and was told at 8:45 that they would try to squeeze me in at 9:10 It's OK, they are very nice; I just would prefer not to have my Boston Terrier wait an hour with all the traffic of people coming in and out with their pets. At the end of the day, this is minor, and I only share it as a suggestion that they not recommend walk ins over the phone. I do highly recommend this wonderful clinic!

Again, cannot thank enough Trinity Pet Hospital, exceptional service with affordable prices. Dedicated team not only taking care of fur babies, but also deeply care about the pet owners. I strongly recommend this place. Both my pugs got a dental cleaning and vacillating at the same time. Everything went with no surprises (including the total cost).

Everyone who works there is incredibly helpful and friendly. We had to put our down under for a teeth cleaning and get a few teeth extracted. Others quoted outrageous amounts but they were very reasonable. The doctors were great with our pup and took good care of him. Highly recommend this place!

We've been taking our pets here for over 10years. The Dr. Is amazing. He is so kind and attentive to us and our pets. We feel well cared for and appreciate all that they do so much. Their advice is always honest and their prices are fair. We love Trinity Pet Hospital!

I give 5 stars as they are reasonable with their fees as compared to other places I've called and been to. They get the treatment done. No fluff meaning I don't need a Dr. to be excited to see my pet, makes no sense to me. Most vets are this way that I've seen. Appointment times, yes sometimes you may need to wait depending on the other appointments and someone having to put their pet down.

I will wait for them to be done. It's very traumatic to put your loving pet down and the owners will cry, so sad to see this happen when I was there waiting for my appointment. I appreciate their hard work in getting the treatment done for my pet once they see her. People should understand that once your pet is being evaluated that things may change and take longer. Yep that happened to me when we realize she had to have her ears cleaned out and be on antibiotics.

I was recommended Trinity Vet Hospital and am very happy them. I've read some of the one star reviews. Oh boy. Some maybe very valid and understand my things happen sometimes. Thank you

I love this vet! I've been going for years and always walk away feeling so grateful for it! They are everything you want in a vet. heads up always be prepared to wait. They truly take their time with you and each patient giving their best. Better than being rushed through and just a number.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet dog of 13 years due to cancer. They made it such a beautiful, sweet experience. We were given all the time we needed and everyone was so kind. We even received a sweet card and poem a few weeks later signed by the staff offering us comfort. They went above and beyond to make our sad experience a little easier. I will always refer people to Trinity!

Definitely not recommend, very awkward experience with waiting an hour to see a vet that saw my animal for 3 minutes or less. I felt as if multiple medications were immediately pushed just to make money. Oh yeah and while i was in the waiting room, the two receptionist women were talking badly about other customers that were just there while I was in the room waiting. It was the most uncomfortable situation ever, and I contemplated leaving while I was waiting.

Very nice staff. They did a great Nail Trim. Because we made an appointment, the Dr. saw Raider quickly. We have been going here for over 5 years. Our daughter recommended this Vet and office.

Thank you for the care and thoughtfulness with my basset hound. It was a hard day for me to put her down and you were all so kind. The cremation box is so lovely.

I love this place and they are amazing with my puppy when she got spayed. i was very nervous but they walked me thru it

Everyone is so nice, friendly and helpful. And, it is reasonable which is so nice. My dog has to have surgery to remove a growth on his right thigh. It will be under anesthesia. The cost will be around $400.00 which is very reasonable and another $175.00 to have his teeth cleaned, again super reasonable. The vets and vet techs are so nice with all the dog.

They do walk-ins during the day and so it can be very busy but with an appointment you get in right away. And I think it is nice they do walk ins for people who need their animal to be seen last minute. First office visits is no charge. Nail trims are $14.00 and can be done as a walk in. Just overall very happy. We feel welcome here, our dog feels safe and well cared for, and it is convenient. Love Trinity

Most compassionate staff ever! Dr K is so smart, professional and loves my dogs! Carin and Unesis are two of my favorite people EVER! Office is always very busy, but they will never turn a sick dog away!

I found out why so many people with dogs flock to this place. I brought one of my puppies for emergency and I was very impressed with the care and treatment we got from Dr. korrolos. Since then, I bring all my three dogs there and did not go back to our former Doctor. Dr. Korrolos is the reason why this place is so busy. Not only is he nice , He is also, a well experienced, knowledgeable and great doctor.

I took my little Chihuahua Peanut in with a broken paw, Dr. K took such good care of him for the 5 months he had to have his cast. The staff were so good with Peanut, Karin and Catherine are amazing. I highly recommend taking your animals to Trinity.

I discovered that Trinity helps an organization that rescues pups because I was fostering for the and would take the fosters for needed treatment. I switched to Trinity after about 5 years when my pup needed to be fixed so I could foster. After checking my then Vet's cost versus Trinity I decided Trinity is the one for me. Their staff are helpful and concerned about pet. I recommend them to anyone who needs quality care for their pet.

Been taking my dog there for 5 years. Very busy office , be prepared to wait. But prices are great and Dr. K is amazing & very thorough and patient

I have been using Trinity for about 4 years now. Their prices are reasonable and the staff is incredibly estute.
Dr K is a diagnostic genius and has saved me months of exploratory lab work and literally thousands of dollars by narrowing the possible culprits and tests in order of likelihood. He is a kind, compassionate and very wise man. Don't go to Trinity if you haven't already... I want to keep them a secret!

Absolutely the best vet my animals have ever had. He is such a kind and honest person. I have a rescue shihitzu with a lot of behavior issues. I was so surprised to see my dog let the Dr examine him and didn't try and bite him or even growl. This is so outta character for my dog. I know he felt the drs good energy. The staff is amazing as well. I highly recommend trinity pet hospital.
