These people never returned our calls after my dog took a turn for the worse and never asked for a follow up ans had the AUDACITY to say WE disrespect and don't value them for a negative review? Super unprofessional! I will never bring another animal back and why? Because we're also banned FOR A NEGATIVE REVIEW!

Definitely go here i have a bunch of dogs and if anything ever happens to them i know where to go the workers are kind amazing and friendly yeah theres some days where mistakes happen but its just mistakes its not like everything is perfect pets are still getting taken care of and getting better thats all that matters your there for your pets the only reason why you’d ever be there. It has good service and a great manager the vet assistant(Destiny) is wonderful shes kind and she always works hard you can tell they love what they do and want to help your pets so I definitely recommend.

Recently called to get info mailed to me about shot history, the older lady at front desk extremely rude. I understand that you may need to multitask but there is no reason why you need to be rude or make me feel like I'm inconveniencing you. this is your job and if it wasn't for the animals visiting the veterinarian YOU would not have a job!

We took my cat that was very terribly sick. They charged me $55 just to weigh her, then called me and said close to $400 just to run some tests, and that covered no treatment. I had no choice but to pick my cat up without treatment and hope for the best. I made more calls and was able to get her tests done and treated for under $200. "Pleasant" has zero care for your animals and is only concerned with money. I'll never darken their door way again. I took my cat to Gateway Animal Clinic in cleveland, where she was cared for and treated by wonderful people that CARE!

Pleasant's Animal Hospital saw and treated my sick elderly cat when no one else would (not even as an emergency). The staff has calm soft tone voices and they move around with quiet efficiency. This is what put me at ease about leaving my best pal alone, in a strange place, for the first time. The cost though high, was no more than anywhere else and we'll worth it. My buddy was feeling better by evening, and his social loving self the next morning! My experience with Pleasant's Animal Hospital was excellent!

One of our pets, our rabbit Ziggy, recently crossed the Rainbow Bridge. We handled his cremation through Pleasant, and I was extremely grateful and impressed with the care and empathy they showed our family. He was a beloved pet to my stepdaughter, and in his passing he was shown dignity and respect by them. Thank you very much from the heart. They are also very good with our dog, Jack. We will continue to bring our animals to their clinic.

My dog is my family, went for his check up and, as always, excellent. I was told, however, that my Bubs is starting to get cataracts, along with arthritis, but that's to be expected because he is almost 11. The vet told me what to expect and what I can do for him later on. Always happy going here and Bubs loves adding new "bling" to his collar.

Today was my first visit with my pup and I couldn't be happier with the result! This place really cares and takes the time to actually explain everything! I dropped the vet I was going to and will continue coming to pleasant from now on! They know what they are doing!!!:) Thanks so much for doing what you do to keep our fur babies happy and healthy!!
