Dr. Lonnie Davis, DVM, MS
Growing up on a farm in the panhandle region of Florida and experiencing God's wonderful creation therein instilled in me a strong desire to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. I am very grateful to my dad and mom for nurturing my interest in animals and for their support along with the support and encouragement received in 4-H, FFA and from neighboring farm families.
I received both a bachelor of science in animal science and a masters of science in animal nutrition from the University of Florida. I am a 2008 graduate of the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Go Gators!!!! :) Since graduation, I have worked as an associate veterinarian at veterinary hospitals in Tennessee, Florida, and Pennsylvania. Currently I have the pleasure of working full time as an Urgent Care Veterinarian with North Mecklenburg Animal Hospital in Cornelius, NC.

I am SO thankful for Dr Davis and his exceptional service while attending to the needs of our 4 family pets. Dr Davis is extremely reliable, professional, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough positive things to describe our experience with Dr Davis - we are so happy, and relieved to have found the best Dr for our fur babies. Dr. Davis is the absolute best vet I have ever trusted to treat my family pets. He came out to our house and treated our 3 cats, and our dog who is terrified to go to a vets office. His gentle and kind treatment of our animals put us all at ease. I wish I could leave 10 stars. Thank you, and bless you Dr. Davis!

Yesterday we came home to a sick cat. Dr Davis came out this afternoon and examined her and gave us all our options. We decided to put her down because she was very sick. Dr Davis was very professional and loving. I hate he had to come but glad he could help her feel better. He was so compassionate!

Best veterinarian we have ever had for our cats! Dr. Davis is very professional, compassionate, and has a wonderful sense of humor. We were skittish along with our cats about having a stranger come into our home for their annual exam and other issues. It could not have gone any better! Dr. Davis is very fair with his vet bills, does not do anything that's not necessary, and we were all completely satisfied. Thank you so much for your attention to our pets and your care. I would highly recommend dr. Davis and the convenience of having them come to your home.

Dr Davis is a GREAT vet. He is always there for questions you have and will answer via e-mail or phone call. My dogs really like him and it's wonderful to have him come to us. We are in Monroe and he's in Mooresville but he drives all that way whenever we need him. He stays about an hour or more and you don't get that when you visit a vet. He is very gentle and we couldn't be happier

Dr. Davis treated my Siberian Husky who had a horrible skin condition. She had bleeding sores and was losing all her fur on her sides and back. She looked and felt horrible. He made us a priority and had the available medicine in his van such that we could start treatment immediately. The best part was he went down in the basement where she was laying.
I didn't have to bring her to the van, which would have been an issue as she couldn't navigate the stairs very well. I am happy to report that she is doing so much better! She has energy for walks and can get up the stairs without issue. Dr. Davis is a life saver! I would recommend him to everyone I know.

I cannot express how thankful we were for Dr. Davis and the service he provides. We had a 14 year old Lhasa Apso who had multiple health issues. We made the decision to put her to sleep as her quality of life was not good. Dr. Davis came out and administered the medication. He is compassionate, caring, calming and just a downright good man! I highly recommend his services!!

This Dr. is the most kind, sweet, and gentle Vet I have ever met. On top of his amazing manner with pets, he comes to you! I first called him because my dog HATED going to the Vet office, he came and before long my dog was coming up to greet him. You won't be disappointed! Also prices are comparable!

Dr. Lonnie Davis and Davis Mobile Veterinary Service are awesome!! He is by far, the best vet I have ever had...for any pet...period. He is caring, compassionate and dedicated to the health of all pets! Dr. Davis' service and follow up is extraordinary, it cannot be beat. Besides his fantastic care, he is mobile and makes house calls. Right to your door with his mobile exam room, how this reduces your pet's stress.
Our cat hated the vet, but not anymore with Dr. Davis. I only wish we found him sooner, I will only use Davis Mobile Veterinary Service from now on! I highly recommend him, he can't be beat!

We started using his mobile services about a year ago when our chocolate lab started having problems with his hips and he was unable to walk. Dr. Davis came out to our house when we were out of town and met with out pet sitter. He called and let me know what was going on and walked me through all of our options. His is a very genuine person and his love for animals comes from the heart.
During the past year, he came out several more times until we finally had to make the tough decision to put our dog to sleep. He was extremely helpful during this trying time, and I don't know what we would have done without Dr. Davis. He is truly one of a kind and you won't find anyone better to take care of your pets!

Dr. Davis came to my home to treat my 15 1/2 year old dog, Pancho, for arthritis and a torn ACL injury. Dr. Davis' compassion and patience helped Pancho feel comfortable and at ease with him right away. I was very impressed with dr. Davis' professionalism and recommendations for Pancho's treatment. Dr. Lonnie Davis is amazing. I have a 10 year old Black Lab that pinched a nerve in his neck and I was unable to move him at 8 pm several nights ago. A friend knew a Vet and she recommended Dr. Davis. We called and he came promptly, examined my dog, administered his treatment and helped get my dog back in the house. He came back the next morning to give my dog another shot.
That night he contacted us to check on his patient. I also was able to call him days later with questions. I have had the same Vet for 30 years but will use Dr Davis for the rest of my dogs life.

I would like to recommend Dr Davis as I was very pleased with our visit. He was very kind and gentle with my horse while he was giving routine vaccinations. He answered all my questions as he looked my boy over. I am very satisfied and glad we had him come out. We will continue to have him care for our veterinarian needs!

Called Dr Davis and his mobile vet service on Tuesday, and he was able to make home visit on the following Thursday. It was wonderful to have the doctor come to us, due to the age of my cats, traveling was not a good idea. He took his time and gave them a great checkup and treated their problem areas. I will be using Dr Davis again. Having someone to come to me takes the stress off of me and also the pet. His rates are inline with an office visit with a regular vet. Thank you again Dr Davis!
