I brought my bunny in last week as an emergency, he was unresponsive and hardly breathing. They saw my bunny immediately, checked his temperature, weight, asked for the history of meds and diagnoses his regular vet had provided already. They agreed with the vet on his diagnosis but then also said my bunny had head tilt because his head collapsed to the left when they weighed him on the scale. HE WAS TOO WEAK AND ILL TO HOLD HIMSELF UP HE WAS ALREADY UNRESPONSIVE?!?!
Not head tilt. Anyway, they told me we could go in between 2 options, said they will have me fill out paper work since i'm a first time pt while they go get a quote for treatment to get started. Literally barely 5 min into the appointment right? they handed my bunny back to me while i fill out paper work, and 2 mins later my bunny passes in my arms.
After they gave me a couple of minutes to say my goodbye, a lady walks in asking for payment for the visit. I was too heartbroken and emotional to even say anything at the moment but I do not think it was right that they made me pay FULL price for the "exam and consultation" when i was there less than 10 min before my pet passed and we didn't even get a chance to start anything.
I paid almost $200 for them to tell me the same thing my vet told me and for them to check his vitals?!? I just don't think it's right, they could've at least offer a discount. I will not be coming back nor suggesting this inconsiderate pet hospital to anyone i know.

Last night my yorkie got in fight with his dog cousin which caused a pretty nasty accident to my yorkies teeth/gums. I couldn't find anyone near me that had someone able to deal with a dental emergency but found this place which was like a 45min drive but it was completely worth it. Everyone was extremely kind and caring. There was an emergency that delayed my visit but they communicated the delay and it was completely understandable. Although it's a long drive I'm glad that I know of a place I can trust IF ever needed again. Thank you ladies for being so patient and kind you are all appreciated.

I came in hysterical. My dog had been mauled by an unknown animal and was in major need of help. I drove and rushed to the door all I could say was my dog my dog and mauled. next thing you know 6 people rushed to my car and a loud speaker went off saying to get a room prepared for my dog. The whole staff was extremely nice and helpful. One last In particular I forgot her name but she was wonderful to me And my son.
She even gave my son a toy and told us where the free snacks were. Unfortunately, we had to put my dog down but I honestly don't think I would have been okay without them.

I brought our cat Squeak (14yrs) in because he wasn't eating and was very lethargic. Dr Choyce checked him over and did a blood test. They ran the tests right there so we could get quick results. The results were not good so we made the very difficult decision to euthanize. The whole team was very compassionate and Dr Choyce assured us we were making the best decision. We highly recommend this vets office! Thank you to the whole team!

Worst place ever! DONT GO!brought in my dog for help they did not take her vital properly they would not give more information other than pay $1000 upfront or put your dog to sleep.unprofessional when walked in they were under the impression it was a different dog and than hear the other lady say oh no it's not the one with the bone just the one gasping for air.
The ladies that came in to help did not really do much but grab my dog take her to the back scaring her and telling me to basically kill my dog because I did not have the $1000 to get her the "stat" service. DID NOT SHOW CARE OR COMPASSION!

We have been going to All Pets for years and are always so grateful for the amazing doctors and staff. Their 24/7 hours offer such peace of mind, especially when boarding, knowing there is always medical staff there and my pets are not in a building alone. Our recent visit was for one of my older pets. Dr. Choyce is absolutely amazing and truly the dog whisperer. He is always striving for the best and cutting edge treatments for his clients' pets.

We brought our pet to All Pets. They were so kind and informative. This is a great place for emergencies and open 24/7. The entire process was smooth and easy, and everyone was helpful and informative. Very clean inside, and well kept. Can't say enough good things about the staff here from the front desk, to the techs, to the vet.

One of the terrible service I ever seen in my entire life. My pet vomiting and abnormal urinate over two days. He did not eat nor drink and severely dehydration. I brought him to this emergency room. While arriving they did not give her any vital check up nor exam her. They told me to wait haft of an hour and I was waited almost two hours. Without exam my pet they told me there was another pet at critical condition and asked me if I can wait another hour.
This is the most terrible service that I ever experienced. Without exam my pet how the hell they know which pet is at the severe condition. I felt they are super unprofessional and I left the ER. If I can describe in words that would be that the stuffs working at this ER are super rude and unprofessional. I will definitely file a complaint at the animals control center and the department of animal health. I would definitely never ever come back nor recommend anyone about this terrible place. No wonder they call it as: " animal emergency"

Emergency. this is where you need to go! My husband brought our puppy in emergency on Thursday night. She had ingested some Sago Palm fruits which are extremely poisonous. Doctor Zangre explained how the poison was affecting her and the treatment in great details with possible outcomes. We got right away a detailed treatment plan with the cost. The staff and vet updated us 3 times daily over the phone on her condition and progress.
On the second day of hospitalization her condition got a little worse so she had to stay longer. Doctor Bosh explained us what was going on. While visiting her in the evening she give us more information and reinsurance. The all team is dedicated to your pet health and well-being but also understand what it means to you. Here are the most caring text with pictures from Vet Tech Kelly while updating us at night.
She is so sweet. Valentina was also great while discharging her. She answered all our questions about the numerous medications and when and how to administrate them but also what signs to look for if we need to bring her back. Having our little lady alive, and well back home tonight is such a joy. We are very great full to the doctors and staff for their outstanding and loving care. Thank you to all!

I took my bearded dragon here in hopes of getting her better. Crazy expensive price for xrays! ABC in Sugarland is way less but I could not go there as they were fully booked. When I arrived here, they took an initial payment right away ( prob to make sure you dont walk out) and then was told the wait was over a hour. My dragon desperately tried to hold on.
One plus thing the tech did was bring a tank with lights to set her up while we waited. However, she did not seem confident in trying to help my dragon eat through a syringe. She gave up after the first try and did not call the doctor to help. So my baby was sent home with not having any nutrition in her, just sent home with formula. They told me they could not do a fecal here and I would have to do it myself.
Every other place has probed my reptiles for fecals. What craziness so I asked to be refunded for that which I was. My dragon did get calcium and fluids which I think actually made her worse. It was NOT recommended for my dragon to be hospitalized but I inquired about it anyway. It was not an option for me as they require payment up front. Had they would of let me pay at pickup OR had the doctor said that my dragon RELLY NEEDED TO STAY, I would of left and returned with the money!
I took my dragon home where she took a turn for the worse. I saw blood stains in her tank so we called and was told we could pick up some medicine. She could not hold on and eventually bled out. The floor in her cage filled with blood, no stool. Just blood. She passed away in pain and when I told them, they said my dragon was in critical condition!
Why couldnt they just have given some dewormer and/or pain med as preventative while I was there? Also, before I had left, I told the tech I was afraid my dragon wouldnt make it. She took a quick look and just said, "oh poor thing" without a care in the world. If it was HER pet, would she have looked and just dismissed it? I dont think so! Do not go here unless you want to wait forever and waste money!

Horrific experience here with the negligent vets who allow animals suffer & do nothing to help. The staff is not only unprofessional but not experienced. I would never take your pet here if you're in an emergency situation. They will make you pay & wait for an hour before turning you away & offering no help. This is the worst vet. If you love your pet protect them. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

We've been taking our cat, Pepper, here for several years. Sadly, we had to put him to sleep last night. The staff at All Pets were amazing. Very compassionate, from the check in, to the preparation to the procedure. They offered me time and privacy with Pepper. Very efficient and professional. Pet euthanasia is incredibly stressful and painful. Having a team handle it so sensitively helps a lot.

This place is amazing. My dog had ingested something he shouldn't have by accident. I called in not knowing what to expect, the first person I spoke with was awesome. She helped me get some information ready for when I arrived. As soon as I got there I got greeted by the most friendly staff I've met overall. The process was quick & they were very informative of everything. As someone who's treated human patients, I have to say they out did themselves. I'm grateful for their help as Charlie is running around the house as normal.

Our old Chihuahua finally passed on a Sunday afternoon, when our vet was closed, and all vets were closed, but All Pets was open and took care of our little guy for us. They were kind and helpful. Although I only saw the inside of one room, it was a high quality place. I was impressed. I can't speak to the quality of the care, since our guy was gone and just arranging for his remains, but the people we dealt with were great.

WOW. Came in lastnight with my mini schnauzer due to a bladder stone issue, and all I can say is wow. Dr. Zangre was AMAZING! I have been to multiple vets before, including 2 pet emergency rooms and none of them were nearly as great of an experience. She was well spoken, very educated, answered all our questions and took her time examining and explaining to us all that was going on and the procedures and following steps to my dogs care.
Her assistant Cynthia was also very kind and gentle with my dog and explained all the paperwork and medication plan thoroughly so we knew exactly what to do once we got to go home. I'd recommend this place to any pet owner. I am so happy with my experience here and look foward to making this place my dogs new permanent vet clinic. Thank you for the amazing care :

I had to take my cat there for an emergency a few weeks back. I've had a lot of bad experiences with vet offices, but this place was a m a z i n g in every way. From the way the office looked to how they interacted with my cat, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was so worried when I went in but I left my cat there for a few hours knowing he was in great hands.
The staff is SO friendly and helpful, I would recommend ANYONE to take their pets there. The staff that helped me was so knowledgeable and sweet and are very transparent about pricing. I'd give them more stars if it was an option. Thanks again!

Ridiculously high priced for X-rays and don't treat the situation as a emergency. Ended up leaving and going to another pet ER that was more reasonably price and affordable for being an emergency! Also felt staff wasn't friendly at all and very rude! The entire time there waiting felt awkward and I felt very uneasy about my pet being seen there. Will never go back or ever suggest this place to anyone.

Great service. Doctor Fraser was very knowledgeable and helped us during a stressful emergency. Valentina eased my nerves and was very patient as I looked through all of the costs and chose what would work best for our budget. Things add up quick but they went above and beyond to help my Lola. Scratch pay helped me afford all of the costs and my girl bounced back quickly. They really do care its just a shame healthcare is expensive but worth it.

We've been taking our dogs here for about 3 years now and absolutely love the staff. We recently had to put one of our dogs to sleep and the staff was so caring and gave us all the time we wanted to spend with our dog. Dr. Choyce called us the next day to give his sympathy to us. They have always been responsive to our calls and visits. I would highly recommend this vet to everyone.

I brought my cat, Marshall, to All Pets Animal Hospital with a broken leg. It was clear from the minute we got there that Dr Choyce and the staff really care about the animals they treat. The took the time to ensure that Marshall felt at home, and they also explained everything carefully so my wife and I also felt comfortable. They communicated constantly through the process, and even followed up after to be sure Marshall was doing well. I would definitely recommend APAH to anyone for urgent care or well care! Thanks to all the staff at APAH for making aMarshall healthy again!

Oh man. I don't even know where to start. A pet owners worst nightmare happened to me earlier this year - my dog got ahold of, and ingested, an incredible amount of chocolate. She was puking blood and very clearly poisoned. This happened past midnight in the height of corona, and I didn't have a gander to take her, except for this vet hospital.
I was thankful they took her and were open and kind. They did save her life. That I am thankful for. However, the experience I had with these vets was less than great. they made me call poison control and pay their fee- to not even speak to them and make me reiterate all of the answers and questions I had just gone through (mind you, I'm obviously panicking as my dog is puking blood).
They charged me up front for three nights in the hospital and all of the treatments that come with it (around $3600) informing me I would get a refund if she was released earlier. I have NEVER been asked for this before. Usually a day or two worth of payments but never three full days of treatment upfront. - she wound up only being there for 12 hours -.
The vets were rude, and consistently pushed me to sign a DNR despite me crying and saying I did not want to. They gave me a terrible run down of how her quality of life would "be close to nothing" if she was to continue to seize and have brain damage throughout the evening. Basically it seemed like they knew they were the only 24 hour animal hospital during covid and wanted to take advantage of the traffic but didn't care about the pets or the owners.

I will forever be grateful to Dr. Fraser because he did everything he could for my dog when I brought him in. I followed his recommendation and took my dog to see a specialist, I just wished I would have taken him here sooner because the outcome may have been different. Yes, the wait time is long but the receptionist provided this information before driving my dog to this facility. The people here are understanding and really care about the well being of your pet.

I would not recommend this place! Don't take your pet to this place! My mom brought her fur baby here last week because he wasn't eating. She was told that her tea cup yorkie had gum disease and was given meds. After giving him the meds that were prescribed by this establishment his health started to quickly worsen. She took him to his regular vet on Tuesday, who took blood work and said he had kidney disease.
If this pet hospital would have taken blood and diagnosed him correctly maybe he would still be alive! Sadly we lost our Kashy Wednesday night, due to this hospital's negligence.

We recently moved from Dallas to the Med Center and we were very cautious with finding a vet because we only want the best care possible for our fur babies. Though Katy is a bit of a drive, it is worth it. This is an amazing animal hospital where they treat your animals with the care that they deserve. Some people may say it is too pricey, however you can trust that everything that they do they do with the safety of your pet in mind.
While also treating the problems on hand, they are also looking for preventatives to help your pet stay healthy and happy. They are accredited and high quality which ensures the best care possible for your pet.

I went in last night with my poodle in distress. Unfortunately, it was best to let my fur-baby go, due to his condition and age. I can't say thank you enough to the Dr.'s and all staff there. Everything happened so fast, but they were all so understanding and sympathetic to the situation. I hope to never need them again, but I will keep them in mind for any future pet emergency. Thank you to each and everyone I interacted with for the amazing caring and compassion you showed me and Hersey last night.

Definitely recommend this place for emergencies. First time coming to this pet hospital and I was impressed by their professionalism and quality of care towards my pet. The vet technician Ms. Kristy and Dr. Bosch were extremely gentle, informative while doing the examination, and provided instructions how to provide care for my pet at home.

Last night was my first experience with All Pets. My fur niece wasn't acting like her usual self. I called and spoke with a very nice lady and explained what was going on. She told me the price upfront for the initial visit and gave me directions on how to proceed once I arrived at the clinic. Once there, a tech promptly came to my vehicle to evaluate her.
After filling out a few papers, Dixie was taken back to be seen by a Dr. After a very short wait, a tech escorted me into a room. Dr. Zangre entered the room, introduced herself and began to ask questions about Dixie. She explained to me in easy to understand terms about what she thought to be going on with Dixie. During the entire visit, Dr. Zangre made sure to not only keep me informed but she also checked in on me.
She exuded not only a very professional manner but a caring one as well! The attentiveness by not only Dr. Zangre but the entire staff is without a doubt going to keep me a loyal client. Thank you again APAH for everything last night!

Writing this is very difficult considering I had to put my baby to sleep. He was 12.5 and suffered from congestive heart failure and when it was time, it was time. He was my daughters first puppy when she was 4 and in the last year became our salon dog. Everyone loved him. I was so thankful to have found such a caring and wonderful staff. They made this process, which was so heartbreaking a lot easier than anyone could imagine. I highly recommend them and am sending my other dogs information to them. They will be our new vet. I hope if you have to go though this, you choose them.

Roni kicked off our experience and got us scheduled for a same day new patient physical. She was great and reassured us we were in good hands. Dr. Purnell was great with our baby rabbit (6 weeks old) and taught us a lot during our visit. We literally had about 15 questions and she took the time to answer each one that my 13 year old and I asked. My daughter was pleased with the visit and I was as well.
The one topic we asked and she didn't know the answer to she checked her resources and gave us info to leave with. I hope to only see them annually but I feel confident knowing if something is wrong we have someone to take care of "Clover." Also, the vet tech that initially took down our info was great. I hate I can't remember her name because she deserves her credit too. She was thorough with her questions and was willing to educate during that process as well. Amazing staff! We'll be back.

The people here are so kind and helpful. My dog died on the parking lot before they could even see her. They came out and carried her in to have a vet check to make sure she had really passed. Then they took her and put her in a cardboard coffin with a pee pad in it so she wouldn't leak body fluids on my car on the way home. They did not charge me anything! They were so compassionate- it really moved me.

This is the one place I trust to treat all my animals. All the species that I have. I wouldntngo anywhere else. They also have the best treatment too. My dog has had never ending ear issues and every other place we go too it feels like they treat it just enough for me to come back and spend more money while this place did something new and different and now finally he is comfortable and not crying when he scratches his ears. They have my loyalty

I made an appointment for my 30 year old cockatoo after being told the vet on duty was personally trained by Dr. Choice. Actual time with vet was less than 10 minutes. Vet never even touched the bird. No physical exam at all. Prescribed antibiotics and gave me a nearly $200.00 charge. 2nd worst vet experience for my bird. Guess I'll be traveling back to Salado for the vet. Received a call back from Dr.
Choice and a video visit for Domino. Seems the original vet was concerned about hurting my bird and due to emergency Dr. Choice was unable to be on the office. Situation handles professionally and promptly. Thank you.

Dr. Stone and her staff are amazing! I had to take my Harligold Macaw in for a emergency blood feather situation and they took my concerns seriously and got "Baby" taken care of in no time! I will not take my Macaw anywhere else. She also called to check on "Baby" 2 days later and tell me that "Baby" was super sweet and the staff got to cuddle and play with him.
She even asked me to bring him by to continue getting used to the vets so he won't associate it with a bad place to go. She recommended that I bring his favorite treat and they would get him comfortable! Absolutely love her! The price is reasonable for emergency visits but the love and care is what makes it even better!

When I called to make a appointment, the staff were rude, disrespectful, and condescending. The medical director Dr. Choyce was even worse than the staff. If they treat pet owners this poorly, they will treat your pets even worse. Don't allow people to act in this manner and treat people with such hate.

Do yourself a huge favor and don't trust your pets to this clinic. In my opinion, if the staff treats the pet owners with such rude disrespect, they would treat your pet even worse. When I called to establish care for my pet, the office staff was rude, disrespectful, and condescending. When I complained and asked for the office manager, they lied and stated that she had called and left a message. Doctor Choice called and was even more rude than his staff. Don't trust your pets to horrible people.

Until yesterday, this was the best place for emergency and even appointments. However, things changed completely and I will never be back. I scheduled an appointment asking for exams that could give me piece of mind that my dogs are totally healthy, without any cancer or tumors, since they are not neutered (it has always been my biggest worry). Detail: I also told that they had just made check up and everything was fine. my only worry was about cancers, since their check up was not focused on this, and couldn't give me this info.
At that time, they recommended blood work, saying that this was the best/only option to give me this information (200~300usd per dog). I scheduled. I remember of asking if this exam was enough to give me this certainty. Their answer: "yes". Yesterday, I reinforced AGAIN the reason why I as there and my worries, and AGAIN, they said that blood work was the exam that would give me this CERTAINTY (yes, they used this word).
The price: 455usd "both". When the vet called me to explain my dogs' situation, I was shocked, surprised and disappointed because she said that blood work would hardly give me the answer that I was looking for. Image exams and X-ray are indispensable (and much more recommended). When I came back to take my dogs, the total: ~1100usd. Shocked again!
They had just said 455usd "BOTH". And worse: for an exam that the vet had just said that was almost useless! I refused to pay it, since they have NO alignment about their procedures. The manager came and said that, all the appropriate exams for this kind of diagnosis would cost ~1200usd per dog! I would never accept this amount, and this was not the case anymore!
The thing is that I spoke with, at least, 3 different assistants and all of them told me that blood work would give me the answer that I was looking for. Bullshit. They refused to make the value informed one hour before, when they took my dogs (455usd both), and I refused to pay more than one thousand dollars for an exame that was unnecessary and would not solve my worries!
I came back paying just for the appointments and they declined the blood work. I will look for another place where the front desk has total knowledge about their own exams, to avoid bad surprises and disagreements between front desk/vet. And most important: a reliable place that honor its words. I don't trust them anymore.

All though the price was very steep, there's no money in world worth my dog's life! I made a promise when I got my dog to make sure my dog had a good life! Unfortunately my dog was too sick so the best option was to put her down so she doesn't feel pain anymore. I rate this hospital a 5 due to how amazing and sweet they were when I had to put my dog down.
Since Covid-19 happen and I couldn't go inside to be with my dog, they euthanized my dog inside of my car so I can be with her to her last breath. They gave me all the time to say goodbye and held her in my arms when she passed away. When I picked up my dog's ashes, they had given it to me in the most beautiful way. Weeks later I got a mail from them and it's a card and it's not just about the card but what they had written down. Thank you so much for making my experience personal.

Dr. Choyce and his staff are absolutely wonderful. All of the little things they do make you feel like they really care about the welfare of your pets. We had to put down a rescue in 2019 and they were so supportive and caring. They cried with us and even called to check on us days later. Once we felt like we could get another dog, they were actually grateful to us for taking in another rescue and taking care of his health, especially considering we had no idea how expensive his care was going to be.
It was not cheap, but again it's the little things they do to show us they do care. I'm sure the other vets there are great as well, but we always schedule with Dr. Choyce whenever we can. We just like the way he explains things, the care he takes, and he just seems like a really great guy. Thank you All Pets for all you've done for us!

I came to APAH as many pet owners do -- we had an emergency. My husband accidentally drop my little PomChi, Sawyer. He had a broken leg. I was frantic. The staff and doctor were fantastic. After 8 weeks of treatment -- including laser therapy -- I knew this was Sawyer's new vet. Especially when his cast slipped off at 4am! Dr. Choyce truly carries about each animal that comes through their doors.
I enrolled Sawyer in the annual care plan which is a great value. The plan, care, and overall treatment beats similar annual wellness plans at Banfield, for example. Three months ago I adopted a little 8 years Pomeranian. And now Daisy is a patient and part of the happy, healthy annual wellness plan pets. If you want the best care for your pets -- this is the place.

I have been very impressed with the quality of care and level of service I have received here. I have brought my rabbit (on IG as @camithebunny) here and a rescued rabbit. Both times they have been superb in their thoroughness and care. They fully and clearly explain the care plan, costs, and options. They are super caring and gentle and treat my furbaby like it was their own.

I LOVE THIS HOSPITAL!!! I have a lion head rabbit, Clarlie, (5 months old) and she got spayed in other clinic. Situation got complicated after her surgery and, almost 3 weeks later (yesterday) a saw my baby with a huge ball on her pelvis area. I went this morning to the hospital and she got the BEST attention i have seen. Dr Jennifer Shultz was the emergency vet who was all the time with her and she, and all the staff, are the most caring and lovely people I have seen and spoken to.
Now this is my hospital. I truly recommend, with closed eyes, this place for all our beautiful babies. They are very professional, lovely, considered, and, the most important thing of all: they treat my baby as theirs.

This is a wonderful pet clinic. We have recently taken our 15 year old tabby cat in to establish him as a patient. Dr. Choyce and his entire staff are just great! I toured the boarding facilities and plan to board my cat here in the future. We found this clinic on Memorial day weekend when our 11 year old cat went into kidney failure and we had to have her put to sleep.
It was an emotional time for us and everyone at this clinic was so kind and gracious to us. I read a not so favorable review of Dr. Sarah Heineman on this website. But, I found her to be very caring and compassionate. When we took our cat in to have her put to sleep Dr. Heineman gently explained the process to us. As I left I turned back to look at my little girl one more time and I saw Dr. Heineman covering her up with a towel and then she leaned over her to hug her. It was such a comfort to me to know that my little girl was cared for with such kindness. This clinic and all who work here are just the BEST!

My dog River got a lesion on her check and we brought her in. River is a blue gotti pitbull and we were concern that they wouldn't see her. I called several vets and they refused to see her because she is a full blooded pitbull. They were very sweet and took great care of her. They called every other day after to check on River. I had a question and the lady on the phone couldn't answer it and said she would have the doctor call on Monday. Monday came and the doctor himself called to answer my question. River is doing much better. We will definitely recommend and will return to this vet with any situation that might come up. Thank you for being so great.

We came here several months back and I just had to leave a review after bathing my 11 year old shitzu today and thinking about the amazing work Dr. Chang and Robin did on him. He was bit by one of our bigger dogs and we rushed him in after reading reviews that night as to bringing him to the best place possible. Yes there is a wait, as this is a hospital and will take patients in by emergency cases but the atmosphere is great.
They have a snack bar area and beverage area while you wait, just like a regular hospital not for pets. The staff are great about letting you know how much time you're going to be waiting. We figured it would be costly since we are taking him to an emergency hospital but when you want the best for your pet, you would do anything for them. Overall, the cost was reasonable as Dr. Chang helped us and saw us for a follow up when he could fit us in before emergency hours if he could.
My shitzu also had his hip dislocated from the injury and he healed after 1 week and has been back to normal since. I cannot thank enough on the amazing work Dr. Chang and Robin did on him but to leave this review to help other pet owners feel more comfortable finding a good hospital/clinic for their pet.

We already have a vet in the area but needed one after the flood as my usual vet had flooded. We called and were seen immediately on Saturday. Love the staff and their friendly attitudes. I can call if I am concerned and they don't try to get me to bring my animal in but talk through the symptoms first. What I thought would be a one time visit has now turned in to me leaving my old vet.
Not because Harvey has shut his office down until he rebuilds, but because we feel as though these people are actually looking out for our animals wellbeing and not just out to make money. Now looking back at my usual vet, I kind of feel cheated on the last visit - but live and learn. Not glad we had an emergency, nor am I glad there was a flood, but I AM so grateful to have found a new vet to look after my kiddos.

I have had and continue to have such an amazing and pleasant experience at this hospital. I have two rabbits that Dr. Choice and his team take excellent care of. I have never waited more than a few min in the waiting room or on the phone. Everyone is extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable. Appointments are flexible and outside of normal business hours which is extremely important for those of us that work. Searching for the perfect vet can be a stressful experience. I am so glad I took a chance on Dr. Choice and his team. They genuinely care for you and your animals. Thank you so much for everything you have done for our fur babies!

Dr. Choyce is one of the smartest and most caring veterinarians we've ever met. You can tell that he loves his job and really cares about your animals like they are his own. We are so happy we found him to take care of our little ones Lucy and Bullet. The senior wellness plan has helped tremendously with costs. We pay a low monthly payment and it covers most of the blood tests, X-rays and ultrasounds that would ever be needed for our 13 year old chihuahua (who is epileptic with a heart murmur and collapsing trachea). The caring staff here will not disappoint!

My dog had a deep cut on his tongue and needed to get stitches. The staff and doctors were extremely helpful. They were able to answer all my questions and called a couple times after the initial appointment to follow up. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any hospital or clinic. The only downside is that if you don't have an appointment, you may have to wait a bit. However the clinic looks at pets based on severity of the case. I highly recommend for any emergencies your pet may have.

Fantastic Doctors & Staff. We had several interactions over the phone before we even took our dog in to the emergency room and we knew right away they cared as much about my dog's health as we do. I have already transferred my records over from my previous vet. The doctors & staff at All Pets are caring, competent, organized, and supportive. They take all of the stress and administrative hassle out of the visit so you can truly focus on your pets health.
