I have only good things to say about this veterinary, sadly my experience was a heart breaking one, we did have to bring my boy to the rainbow bridge with heavy hearts. But I am leaving this review because here at Brook Falls they really do everything in their power to get you the help your pet deserves. They went above and beyond my expectations and definitely helped in our grieving period, we were worried about how to get our boy back home and Kara and the team went behind our backs and got him delivered home.

We are very grateful I know I gave a phone call but I wanted to also leave a review. I appreciate everything you guys did for us, and will always recommend you moving forward.

Everyone here is beyond nice and really knows what they're doing. I was incredibly nervous for my rabbit's neuter surgery, and they made me feel so much better. They did pre-op blood work and chest x-rays to make sure he was healthy enough for the surgery. The extra steps taken were really reassuring, none of which my previous vet offered. Dr. Krisp and tech Sheila did his surgery and it went great. They answered all my phone calls after his surgery and got him in asap for a onesie fitting when he was licking his wounds. I couldn't be happier with the care we get here!

This is my second time coming here. They are very knowledgeable about birds. They got me in the next day because of a cancelation. I had a different doctor this time, but both were experienced with birds. This is my new veterinarian place to take my pets where I feel they are very caring and concerned and don't do unnecessary tests.just what is needed. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Wittenberg did an awesome job with my bearded dragon Smaug. We came from 200 miles away, and she was able to fit him in for surgery. The rates where reasonable for the amputation of a very swollen toe. He is now on his way back to good health. I definitely recommend Brook Falls! I would like to thank the entire staff for their kindness and care.

The staff here are great! They always go over pricing with you before doing anything. They don't nickel and dime you to death. Dr. Barajas has always taken exceptional care of my birds. I'm so thankful to have an actual avian vet.

As usual they are fantastic to work with. My dog is very shy, but they work with him and make him feel comfortable. Much appreciated from both of us.

I've had trouble finding a decent groomer with the experience and patience for our 14 year old dog who is sadly experiencing a lot of cognitive confusion and arthritis. Today, Dana groomed her and did an excellent job! She was highly skilled, understanding and calm, even as our dog squirmed and startled. Great groomer, very kind person. I highly recommend her!

I have a leopard gecko who had some issues with an infection. I live in a small town with no exotic vets. I initially brought him to a vet that was 1 hour and 45 minute drive. They referred me to Brooke falls because they were unable to meet his needs. I was a little hesitant to drive the almost 4 hours but am so glad I did. Dr Barajas has been amazing!

I am a new reptile owner and was very anxious about everything my gecko had going on. Dr Barajas was very patient with me and all my questions. He took the time to explain everything that was going on. All the staff have been friendly, helpful and caring! Well worth the drive! Thank you all at Brooke Falls!

The poor service does not stop with Brook Falls. While cat sitting over Thanksgiving break the kitten I was watching had roundworms and the owners let me know about it and said that their vet can't treat mine because they have not seen my cats. However my cat, kitty, was in for her annual wellness visit just in September and I called to see if I could get the medicine kitty considering the other vet recommended it. Brook-Falls Veterinary Hospital & Exotic Care, Inc. said that the doctor would like to see kitty again and get a stool sample before they would prescribe anything for the roundworms.

The other vet was even willing to send the results to them. How could a vet not be comfortable in doing so when the cat has had the medicine before in the past and have just seen my cat in September to me it looks like all this place cares about is money. Not to mention they already know how stressed my cat gets just trying to get an exam at the vet and needs sedation every time and took 4.5 hours last time for just her check up. Wisconsin state law says that it is okay for a vet to prescribe the roundworm medication as long as they have seen the animal within the past 12 months. Brook falls saw kitty at the end of September that's less then 3 months.

The manager I spoke with did absolutely nothing to rectify or try to explain why the doctor did not feel comfortable with this. To me and the other vet that I talked to said it all must come down to money and poor animal practices. Again I just want to reiterate to others if you think about using this vet I HIGHLY suggest looking elsewhere that really cares and looks after your pet not themselves.

I transferred my cats records and will never ever step foot in this place again and they don't seem to care if you leave either. It also took over two times calling to get the records sent to myself and the vet and said that it was probably due to having the wrong email which is another excuse when I repeated it several times. I don't trust this place at all and their staff needs to be a little more organized, understanding and better at communication. Also compared to other vets in the area they tend to have some of the highest prices for the lowest quality service.

I brought my sick hamster to Brook-Falls for the first time. I was so impressed with the receptionist that took my call. She was kind and patient and got me in next day to see a vet. Hailee and Dr. Wittenburg examined Henry my hamster. Dr. Wittenburg was so knowledgeable and took extra time to answer my many questions. Both Hailee and Dr. Wittenburg were so kind and took the best care of my little Henry.

He is on the road to recovery thanks to you both. I was so impressed by all the staff at Brook-Falls that I will be changing my current vet that I take my dog to, to Brook-Falls.

Dr Barajas is a wonderful, caring, very knowledgeable doctor. He assessed my little tree frog with compassion and confidence, and treated him with success. My little dude seems to be recovering well and time will tell for the rest. I'll be back and definitely recommending you to my friends and family. Thanks so much!

My bunny wasn't feeling great, and I quickly learned how difficult it is do find vets who do anything more than nail trims on small animals. I was referred to Brook-Falls, and they were thankfully able to squeeze him in that day to check him out. The few staff members I spoke to throughout the day were kind and caring, and very thorough about his treatment and medications for the next few weeks. Dr. Wittenburg was great, and I would certainly recommend her to any small animal parent! Veterinary care is rarely cheap and this was no exception, but I felt that their rates were both reasonable and comparable to others. I'm so grateful for Brook-Falls and the care they gave my boy. He is feeling much better already :

Great experience so far. I took my 7yr old bunny there to establish care for possible regular dental work, and was impressed with the staff, atmosphere, and products they offer for rabbits. Loved the coffee bar and comfy waiting room. The Dr and the tech I saw were both really personable, understanding, honest, and knowledgeable. I'm very hopeful that this will be a good place for my bunny boy to receive care. Just wish it wasn't almost a two hour drive for me!

Poppy LOVES Brook Falls! Wonderful Doggy daycare and boarding. We've done 2 nights to 9 days. They loved our baby girl while we were gone. Great staff. Enrichment sessions and more included in daycare.

I have been taking my pets here for a bit now and have had nothing but great experiences. My 3 dogs and 2 rabbits have received top notch care. There have been a few times where I have needed a quick appointment and they always are able to get me in. Everyone has always been kind and loving to my animals from the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors. Dr. Harris is great with all of them and always gives options/ explains things clearly. It is not cheap, but as with anything, you get what you pay for. I know my pets are always in good hands with them.

Everything was outstanding. Came in for an emergency hamster visit from an hour away due to my normal vet that Ive been having issues with being fully booked. They were able to get me a same day appointment, and were so kind over the phone. Honestly everything was done right and they were so willing to work with us. They allowed us in the room, were very informative and supportive.

We ended up having to get our boy cremated and they went above and beyond in care. I would like to leave a personal thank you for all the staff here. I don't mind driving the hour for great service and will now prefer this vet over the one in my town.

Very impressed with this clinic so far! They were very kind to our bunny Bernie. After his neutering procedure we even got a photo of him saying that he did great!

The staff is really friendly and the facility is modern and clean. I’ve taken my bunny to three vets now, and I’m confident that this place is the most knowledgeable in the area when it comes to care of exotic pets. Not to knock the other vets, this place just seems to be more all-animal-inclusive.

The best rabbit care I've ever seen, both from a technical standpoint and a explaining-to-the-human standpoint. My wife and I are moving far away for her job soon, but I love this place so much for my rabbit care that I joked with my wife that we have to stay here and can never leave, just because I want my rabbits to get such good care for their entire lives.

Ultimate Care and Friendly environment! Excellent place for Sugar Gliders and other pets! I was having a hard time finding a vet that would neuter Sugar Gliders. I found 3 vets that did, one place had only a 3.5 star review and the other place was in chicago, and Brook Falls was the other choice. Brook-Falls had a much better review and was just as close as the other places were fairly close.

I'm so glad I chose Brook-Falls! From the moment I seen the building it looks like it's a professional establishment. I brought my Glider, Mungo in and was greeted with very friendly receptionists, and waiting to get called in by the nurse. I had to first bring Mungo in for a wellness exam to see if he's healthy and fit to even do neutering, and brought my female in as well to get checked out.

Everything went great. I had the pleasure of getting Dr. Bloss as my vet. She was very informative and friendly with my gliders as if they were her own and trimmed the nails for both my pets without charging me. She gave me a pamphlet all about sugar gliders and went through everything with me as well. They had 2 other vets that did neutering of sugar gliders, but I picked her to do the surgery, because definitely knew what she was doing.

On the day of neutering, I had to bring Mungo in at 7:30 to drop off and I came and picked up Mungo at 3pm. They gave me a number I could text to get updates during the operation at any time which I thought was very awesome to have. I didn't use it, but it was nice to just have an option to do so. I got Mungo back and they have me pain meds for him to take for the next couple days, but Mungo healed up very nicely and I'm so a happy that I had it done at Brook-Falls.

Another Great thing was the price wasn't crazy high, and wasn't super cheap but it was definitely reasonable and to get the care and service I got, I'm more than happy to pay. They even gave me a follow up call just to see how Mungo was doing. So if you want some great care for your animals you love, bring them to Brook-Falls! I forgot to mention that I'm in a wheelchair and everything there was wheelchair friendly, and all the doors in and out were wide enough to get through without and trouble and the staff assisted me whenever i needed help.

I love this place! I took my two budgies in for their first ever visit to a vet, and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Bloss is passionate about educating pet owners, and I learned so much. I feel great knowing that my birds are happy and healthy, and that I have so many new ideas for food, toys, and training to try.

Dr. Bloss and the staff are wonderful. They helped save my dog Lexi's life. They have given compassionate and loving care for many years. Lexi has many health issues that Dr. Bloss has taken the time to research and talk with other professionals to come up with the best plan. The staff is gent all and loving not only with Lexi but myself. I will be forever grateful for their help.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is very accommodating. They do everything they can to ensure my pet is taken care of. They explain everything they are doing in full description and answer any questions I may have. They clearly love the animals that walk through the door and give me peace of mind. I've never been so confident in a clinic.

It's not easy to find a vet who can work with parrots. I enjoy the friendly service. They do a fantastic job with my bird and they seem to genuinely care about his wellbeing. They offer a smartphone app that is very useful. They even sell bird toys. I am sure they provide excellent care for felines and canines as well.

Very friendly and smart staff!! My bearded dragons are very happy and healthy beardies now :) The price for the vet wasn't super high but maybe could have been a little lower.

I rescued a dog who was initially very fearful of pretty much everything. The staff at Brook-Falls have taken many extra hours to allow Kenya to become comfortable with the staff, and getting exams. She has gone from a dog who would freeze and shake just walking in the door to one who will willingly walk back to the exam room, and even seeks attention from some of her favorite staff. I'm very grateful for the patience, and knowledge of the entire staff. They take great care of my precious dog, and have made a huge difference in her well being!

The doctor and staff was very kind and and supportive when delivering devastating news to my family about our beloved Tank. He has been seeing this doctor for most of his 12 years and we will be forever grateful to her and her staff.

Brook-Falls is a state-of-the-art Veterinary Facility with highly qualified Vets, thechnitians and administrative supporting staff. Our dog Mr Dean, a Miniature Schnauzer, is “spoiled” by Dr Wittenberg every time he goes for a visit. The waiting time is minimal as you come in with a previous appointment and though it is somewhat pricey; you get your money’s worth by the high quality of their professional healthcare services. We travel all the way from our home in Wauwatosa just to have our dog get the best care it can have and the place for that is Brook-Falls.

If you have an exotic animal this is the place to go. Awesome staff. Answered all of my questions, they are very knowledgeable.

Very passionate and caring... even tho they weren't able to help my ferret BOBO.... the vet knew what she was doing n tried every angle before we couldn't help him anymore.... broke my heart!! But the vets and staff at brook falls were so caring and helpful! Never honestly felt that way at any vet!!

Brook-falls is the only place I would ever take my birds. The doctors and staff are so caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Bloss goes above and beyond to make sure my birds receive the best care possible. She always treats them like they are her most important appointment of the day. In an emergency, they always find a way to make the time to fit us into the schedule. I'm thankful everyday that I have such wonderful people caring for my feathered family. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have been taking Chloe to Brook Falls Vet Hospital ever since I got her. The doctors and staff always have time for my phone calls, questions and have never made me feel rushed. Yesterday, I took my new fur baby, Mia, for her first check up and set of vaccines. The staff took the time to get to know Mia, really examine her and answer my questions. Plus Mia received a lot of treats and love. Everyone at Brook Falls loves my fur babies and knows how much I love them. Exceptional care for your pets.

I have 4 dogs and will never take them anywhere else again. The vets here are caring, passionate people who love what they do day in and day out. They are kind and patient with us humans who can be overly emotional when it comes to our pets health care. The front desk staff are awesome as well, they are always polite on the phones and very welcoming when you walk in.

The techs are amazing with the animals and never make you feel uncomfortable when taking your pet from your arms and walking away with them. I'm very fortunate to have found this place and am very proud to call them my veterinarian of choice! Great people, great place in a great location.
