Dr. Kent and her team are awesome. Personal; professional. Making house calls seems old fashioned - but if you have a pet who gets too stressed out going to an office, her mobile service is the answer for you.

Service has been top notch, the crew that comes in is extremely professional and courteous, they've made us feel listened to in good hands. We have a feisty kitty that likes to show vets that he doesn't like them and they managed him very well. What's more, if we have questions or issues to follow-up on Dr. Kent responds lightning fast!

Such a wonderful Vet and service! Having Dr. Kent and her 2 assistants show up at my apartment to see my sick kitty was soooo convenient and pleasant for me as a pet owner to accommodate compared to a traditional vet appointment and soooo much easier on my little mister man compared to the traditional experience of being drug to a strange and unfamiliar building full of strange and unfamiliar smells only to be poked and prodded on some metal table like an alien abduction. Mobile veterinary care has completely changed the game and blown my mind, and unless it's absolutely necessary I don't see why I'd ever want to go back to the old way of doing things!

I also have to mention that it's SO apparent that Dr. Kent actually cares about the animals she's treating, which makes all the difference in the world to me. Prior to booking an appointment with her, I had an absolutely nightmarish experience dragging my kitty to an emergency clinic after a health scare only to have him taken away from me at the door and made to sit in the parking lot for 7+ hours with zero updates I didn't phone in for myself.

It was very clear to me that they could not care less about me or my cat, and that I was just another person-shaped wallet to them. Very stressful for both me and kitty and absolutely night and day experience compared to the wonderful and caring bedside manner and mobile service provided by Dr. Kent. Can not recommend highly enough!

Dr. Kent is knowledgeable and caring... there is really nothing more that one ask from a Doctor. She brought along 2 assistants, who helped make for a more efficient exam, which included 2 vaccine boosters.

Dr. Elyse and her staff arrived on time, we're very friendly and professional. They attended to my sick cat and were did everything I needed in just 30 minutes. They saved me an all day trip to the vet. Unfortunately, my cat was diagnosed with cancer and Dr. Elyse pulled up her records from her phone and then emailed them to me. She also showed me the tumor in my cat's mouth and explained what to expect in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about my appointment with Elite Veterinary Care. I have another cat and dog and will use Elite Veterinary Care again when or if I need to.

Wow. Just wow!! Vet to you home? Yes and yes again. What an awesome service. My dog Sebastian has anxiety and hates leaving the house for grooming, vet, etc. This team was over the top amazing. You pay a little more but the efficiency is well worth it!! Thanks Elite Vet!!

Being new to the state, needed to find a veterinarian for my two pups Came across Elite Veterinary Care in a Google search and glad I did. They were prompt, professional and very friendly. My pups felt very comfortable getting their check-ups in our home rather than an office. Price is as expected for a mobile unit. I highly recommend Dr. Kent and team and I thank them.

I don't know where to begin as Dr. Kent and her team have been the best Vet experience we have ever had! We have a beautiful Pit-bull that has been terrified of going to the vet office. Having the team come to our home to have an annual physical was nothing short of amazing! There is no fear, Dr. Kent and her team are so gentle and compassionate towards the animals it puts everyone at ease.

Our other child, Marley, is a wonderful cat that unfortunately is not very nice to anyone outside of the family. At the traditional Vet office (VCA) they would basically wear a hazmat suit to see her. We warned them multiple times and once they took her in the "back room" apparently she bit one of them and they reported her! Dr. Kent and team simply had us medicate her slightly and put on a muzzle, Marley was fine with everything! OMG. I Will never go back to a vet office again! I'm incredibly thankful to have found Dr. Kent. She and her team are always friendly and efficient, and my pup is in love with her-which is the most important part! I trust that all my pets are safe in her care and I can't imagine having a different primary vet for them. I cannot say enough about Dr. Elyse and her team. I'm extremely picky when it comes to a level of service especially when it's about the care of a loved one. In this case, it's my 17 year old cat Knewt. From the first point of contact I know whether or not I am going to want to do business with someone. I was looking for a partner in caring for my little old guy through in what might be his last year.

I called several places and people on the phone were just so abrupt and rude. To me it's an indication of how they do business and who they are internally. Since the moment I made an inquiry with Elite, it was incredible customer service that leveraged technology, which I appreciate. My entire experience with this team has been stellar. They had flexible mobile appointment times for my little one to be seen in his home.

They looked polished and kick a** in their team uniforms. They were extremely professional and caring. They also took the time to educate me on test results and how to care for my baby going forward. They were efficient. through and took their time to ensure we were good before they left. Dr. Elyse even gave my little a guy a salmon treat and head rub on the way out.

What can I say, she was super cool. My fella thrived a day or so after their visit. His fur felt like mink again, he chased his string, he was up before me watching the sun come up and once again enjoying watching the humming birds outside. Even my oncologist was excited I had this team in our corner. My boys' prognosis is not good but I am comforted & grateful to know he & I have this team to guide us through these uncharted waters. I finally don't feel so alone in this fight. If you have an elderly cat, this is the team you want by your side.

My rescued puppy love had bloody stool and I was scared. I was relieved to avoid ER and make an appointment with Dr. Kent on Yelp for the next morning. She and her assistant arrived on time and took great care Prince. and me too. They are efficient and effective! I was surprised that they had everything they needed for treatment, from an IV to several meds. Dr. Kent is very personable and talked me through everything.

Her assistant wrote down her med instructions very clearly, thank goodness, because I couldn't remember all the details for 4 different medications. I would much rather call Dr. Kent than wait in an ER parking lot or waiting room for hours. I depend on ratings and recommendations when considering a new business or service, and that is how I found Elite Veterinary Care. You can absolutely count on Dr. Kent for great pet care and quality service. She cares, and it shows.

We found Dr. Kent when we were searching for in-home hospice care for our senior kitty with renal failure. She was kind, informative and took her time with our sweet boy. She provided several suggestions to make his final days more comfortable and was there us when we needed her for his last day. Our only regret is that we didn't start with her sooner - but we weren't aware that in-home hospice care for pets existed.

Known this incredible woman for about 20 years, have brought her every single one of my pets for care and she has always been honest, thorough, upfront, and provides excellent service. Look nowhere else, she's THE BEST

During my dog’s last few days after fighting cancer, Dr Kent is the only Veternarian that provided me with some guidance on what to do. The other vets just looked at me like “what do you want me to do.” Very frustrating. I never got to meet Dr Kent as I had to euthanize my boy as an emergency- but plan to use her with my next dog.

I was looking for a new vet for my fur babies and was asking around to friends and family and Dr. Kent came highly recommended by my neighbor who has been using her for many many years. So, I have been using Dr. Kent now for a few years for my senior dog (who has passed), my 10 yr. old and now a new puppy that I rescued. I am over the top when it comes to my pets. Dr. Kent takes my calls, texts at weird hours, weekends and gets right back to me. I appreciate her knowledge, professionalism and caring attitude. I trust her thoroughly and highly recommended her. Dr Kent treated me and my dog like family. She was always professional, respectful of my time and had fair pricing. I loved the way she communicated and that she always gave me all of my options. In the future she is the only vet we will use. Her facilities are always clean. My dogs health improved 100% of the times we saw her.

For some years now, through good and not so good times, Dr. Kent has been caring for our family (cats). Last year she helped us bid adieu to our 18+ year old mini Maine Coone and shortly thereafter welcome a new (adopted) member of the family. When we fostered a third, postsurgical and on tube feeding, Dr. Kent was there for us.

Having since adopted the third, as transporting our wild bunch would be quite a chore, we so appreciate her coming to the house whenever the need arises. Thank you Dr. Kent for your love, caring and skill.

Dr Kent has been taking care of our cats for over 10 years. That right there says a lot. If we didn't feel that Fred and Baboo were getting good care, we wouldn't keep going back. Our cats have a history of behavior issues. They are really difficult to get into a pet carrier and they are not shy about letting us know. Her house calls are a real advantage for us and our bad boys.

The cats pretty much get what's going on really fast. Dr Kent handles them with just the right amount of firmness and love. She is a person who was definitely meant to be a veterinarian. It shows in her work.

I found Elite Vet Care while looking for veterinary services, with extended operating hours. I have seen Dr. Kent several times now, and each time I am extremely happy and pleased with her services. She is on time, thorough, very knowledgeable, and more than happy to talk, at length, about your pets health and care. She takes her time, and the animals are much more at ease being at home in their own environment.

In the event Dr. Kent finds something more serious, or something she can't treat at your home/her fully equipped van, she will refer you to come into the hospital where she can provide care. More expensive, but worth it!

Dr. Kent saved my dog's life - my dog was in misery, for days crying all night keeping me awake and feeling helpless. I had been to several different vets and specialists before Dr. Kent saw my dog. Having the most current knowledge of veterinary medicine, Dr. Kent prescribed a new medication and different shampoo (the Rx shampoo I had previously been using was doing more harm!) It has been almost 7 months and my dog has been without discomfort. Dr. Kent has keen diagnostic skills.

Dr. Kent has been providing all essential and routine care for my cat, Lou, for several years and my new kitten, Sid.

Lou doesn't like going on trips to the vet, so the mobile service is key. Dr Kent always manages to make the appointment quick and painless. I have contacted Dr Kent on several occasions regarding any questions and concerns and she is very quick to respond.

I recently found a 4 week old kitten and Dr. Kent has been an incredible resource. I was able to get an appointment with Elite Cat Care over a holiday weekend to get the kitten checked immediately. Dr. Kent gave me all the information and medical care I needed to take care of him. He is now 6 weeks old and so healthy. I truly wouldn't bring my pets anywhere else. Her knowledge and passion for her work is unmatched. I trust Dr. Kent for all of my veterinary needs.

Dr. Elyse Kent is a loving person and a very caring vet, she is in practice for a long time and loves what she does.

The staff here are awesome, had a pleasant conversation and they provide great customer service. Had a great talk with Marty about very interesting all natural products. I work for VCA and really liked what they had to offer here especially for cats, thank you for all the help.
